本实用新型涉及一种外圆磨床，用于中空缸筒的加工磨削。
背景技术
外圆磨床是以两顶心为中心，以砂轮为刀具，对工件表面进行磨削加工的机床。加工工件时，工件支承在头架和尾座的两顶尖之间，由头架的拨盘带动旋转作圆周进给运动。然而，油缸缸筒的基本特征是中空，在磨削加工时，传统的顶尖不能对缸筒进行支承装夹，因此无法完成其加工要求。
因此，如何对现有磨床的结构进行改进，以实现对中空工件的装夹和加工，成为人们亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
鉴于此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种外圆磨床，以解决传统外圆磨床无法实现对中空工件进行装夹和加工的问题。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是：一种外圆磨床，包括：工作台、卡盘、卡盘爪、顶尖座、顶尖、砂轮支撑架和砂轮，其中，卡盘固定于工作台的一侧，且可在工作台上转动，卡盘爪为多个，固定于卡盘的一侧且外周位于同一圆周曲面上，用于与待磨工件的内壁过盈配合，顶尖座与卡盘相对设置且可在工作台上滑动，顶尖固定于顶尖座上且与由卡盘爪围成的圆同轴，用于与卡盘爪配合，卡紧待磨工件，砂轮支撑架设置于卡盘和顶尖座的旁侧，且可沿安装后的待磨工件的轴向平移，砂轮固定于砂轮支撑架的上部，且可在电机的驱动下旋转，用于磨削待磨工件。
优选，所述卡盘爪的外周设置有与待磨工件配合的凸台。
进一步优选，所述工作台上固定设置有电机，电机的输出轴与卡盘连接，用于带动卡盘旋转。
进一步优选，所述卡盘上设置有滑动轨道，所述卡盘爪设置于所述滑动轨道内，通过调整卡盘爪在滑动轨道内的位置，可以使其与不同尺寸的待磨工件配合。
进一步优选，所述卡盘爪的内周位于同一圆周曲面上。
进一步优选，所述砂轮支撑架和顶尖座均通过丝杠带动其运动，所述丝杠通过电机驱动。
本实用新型提供的外圆磨床对待磨工件的加工过程如下：调整顶尖座的位置，然后，将待磨工件套于卡盘爪上并卡紧，移动顶尖座，带动顶尖运动，对准待磨工件上预先加工完成的顶尖孔，将待磨工件对正卡紧于顶尖座与卡盘之间，之后，控制卡盘转动，进而带动与卡盘爪过盈配合的待磨工件转动，配合砂轮支撑架的轴向平移和砂轮的旋转，即可完成对待磨工件的磨削。
本实用新型提供的外圆磨床可以对中空的缸筒进行装夹加工，能够提高中空缸筒的加工效率和可靠性，使缸筒达到加工要求，进而提高整个液压缸的寿命和可靠性。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供了一种外圆磨床，包括：工作台1、卡盘2、卡盘爪3、顶尖座4、顶尖5、砂轮支撑架6和砂轮7，其中，卡盘2固定于工作台1的一侧，且可在工作台1上转动，卡盘爪3为多个，固定于卡盘2的一侧且外周位于同一圆周曲面上，用于与待磨工件8的内壁过盈配合，顶尖座4与卡盘2相对设置且可在工作台1上滑动，顶尖5固定于顶尖座4上且与由卡盘爪3围成的圆同轴，用于与卡盘爪3配合，卡紧待磨工件8，砂轮支撑架6设置于卡盘2和顶尖座4的旁侧，且可沿安装后的待磨工件8的轴向平移，砂轮7固定于砂轮支撑架6的上部，且可在电机的驱动下旋转，用于磨削待磨工件8，其中，待卡盘爪的卡盘为现有结构，本申请不再赘述。
该外圆磨床对待磨工件的加工过程如下：调整顶尖座的位置，然后，将待磨工件套于卡盘爪上并卡紧，移动顶尖座，带动顶尖运动，对准待磨工件上预先加工完成的顶尖孔，将待磨工件对正卡紧于顶尖座与卡盘之间，之后，控制卡盘转动，进而带动与卡盘爪过盈配合的待磨工件转动，配合砂轮支撑架的轴向平移和砂轮的旋转，即可完成对待磨工件的磨削。
作为技术方案的改进，如图1所示，所述卡盘爪3的外周设置有与待磨工件8配合的凸台，所述凸台优选为多个。
作为技术方案的改进，所述工作台1上固定设置有电机，电机的输出轴与卡盘2连接，用于带动卡盘2旋转。
作为技术方案的改进，所述卡盘2上设置有滑动轨道，所述卡盘爪3设置于所述滑动轨道内，通过调整卡盘爪3在滑动轨道内的位置并固定，可以使其与不同尺寸的待磨工件配合。
作为技术方案的改进，如图1所示，所述卡盘爪3的内周位于同一圆周曲面上，使得该磨床也可用于对实心工件进行磨削，优选，所述卡盘爪3的内周设置有与待磨工件配合的凸台。
作为技术方案的改进，所述砂轮支撑架6和顶尖座4均通过丝杠带动其运动，所述丝杠通过电机驱动。

1.一种外圆磨床，其特征在于，包括：工作台(1)、卡盘(2)、卡盘爪(3)、顶尖座(4)、顶尖(5)、砂轮支撑架(6)和砂轮(7)，其中，卡盘(2)固定于工作台(1)的一侧，且可在工作台(1)上转动，卡盘爪(3)为多个，固定于卡盘(2)的一侧且外周位于同一圆周曲面上，用于与待磨工件的内壁过盈配合，顶尖座(4)与卡盘(2)相对设置且可在工作台(1)上滑动，顶尖(5)固定于顶尖座(4)上且与由卡盘爪(3)围成的圆同轴，用于与卡盘爪(3)配合，卡紧待磨工件，砂轮支撑架(6)设置于卡盘(2)和顶尖座(4)的旁侧，且可沿安装后的待磨工件的轴向平移，砂轮(7)固定于砂轮支撑架(6)的上部，且可在电机的驱动下旋转，用于磨削待磨工件。
