Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种钢木入户门，门框由室内木门框和室外包裹的镀锌框钢板组成；门扇包括门扇芯板和室外镀锌扇钢板；门扇芯板包括阻燃木龙骨、保温材料层、室内阻燃密度板和室外阻燃密度板；阻燃木龙骨为矩形框架，中间固定有数根阻燃支撑料，其空隙处从室外到室内依次填充保温材料层：珍珠岩芯板和一层或两层以上的真空绝热板；阻燃木龙骨室内侧粘贴室内阻燃密度板，室外侧粘贴镀锌钢板和室外阻燃密度板；门扇芯板室外粘贴室外镀锌扇钢板；在门框和门扇的搭接处，在门扇芯板上设置有门扇的安装结构，门框和门扇上安装有阻燃密封胶条和防火膨胀胶条。本实用新型保温性和气密性能好，防盗、防火性高，保温和气密性能能达到被动式建筑的安装要求。

技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑门窗领域，涉及一种钢木入户门。
背景技术
现有入户门多为普通的钢制防盗门和具有一定防火性能的防盗门，还有少部分只是防火门。由于防盗门框多为钢制结构，门扇由内外两层钢板组成，门扇填充物多为蜂窝纸或具有防火性能的岩棉，少部分填充物为蜂窝铝箔；防火门主要为岩棉或珍珠岩。由于防盗门、防火门主体为钢结构，钢的传热系数又比较大，密封胶条有一道或者没有，导致防盗门、防火门气密性和保温性较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题，提供一种保温性和气密性能好，防盗、防火性高的钢木入户门，该入户门保温和气密性能能达到被动式建筑的安装要求。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种钢木入户门，其包括门框和门扇；门框由室内木门框和室外包裹的镀锌框钢板组成；门扇包括门扇芯板和室外镀锌扇钢板；门扇芯板包括阻燃木龙骨、保温材料层、室内阻燃密度板和室外阻燃密度板；阻燃木龙骨为矩形框架，中间固定有数根阻燃支撑料；阻燃木龙骨空隙处从室外到室内依次填充厚度与阻燃木龙骨的厚度一致的保温材料层：珍珠岩芯板和一层或两层以上的真空绝热板；阻燃木龙骨室内侧粘贴与阻燃木龙骨大小相同的室内阻燃密度板，室外侧在阻燃木龙骨的凹槽处粘贴镀锌钢板和室外阻燃密度板；门扇芯板室外粘贴室外镀锌扇钢板；在门框和门扇的搭接处，在门扇芯板上设置有门扇的安装结构，门框靠近室内侧、门扇靠近室内侧和门扇中部均安装有阻燃密封胶条，在阻燃木龙骨的上端凹槽内，靠近室外镀锌扇钢板折弯处粘贴固定有防火膨胀胶条，在门框室内端阻燃密封胶条内侧的门扇芯板上固定有另一块防火膨胀胶条。
进一步优选地，所述的室内端的真空绝热板与室外端的珍珠岩芯板之间还夹持固定有一层阻燃密度板。进一步增加门的阻燃和支撑效果。
进一步优选地，所述的阻燃木龙骨为阻燃樟子松矩形框架，面积占整个门扇面积的45%。
进一步优选地，在所述门扇芯板的室内侧粘接固定带花纹的木皮。以满足不同客户的需求要求。
本实用新型主要是改变现有入户门的主体结构、材料，将被动门的保温性、气密性，防盗门防盗性、防火门防火性几大优越性能融合在一起，使之成为一个高性能的入户门，解决现有市场上被动门防盗性能低，防盗门、防火门低气密性、低保温性的弊端。门扇芯板具有保温和阻燃性能，室外包裹的镀锌框钢板既具有阻燃效果，又具有耐外面恶略环境的性能，增加该入户门的阻燃效果和使用寿命。防火膨胀胶条阻止烟雾及火焰从门缝中进入，阻燃密封胶条既阻燃、又密封，进一步保证了门的阻燃、密封和保温性能。总之，本实用新型保温性和气密性能好，防盗、防火性高，该入户门满足K值0.8，气密8级要求，能达到被动式建筑的安装要求。

下面结合附图和具体实施对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
如图1和图2所示，本实施例包括门框10和门扇。门框10由阻燃室内木门框15和室外包裹的镀锌框钢板8组成。门扇包括门扇芯板和室外镀锌扇钢板7。门扇芯板包括阻燃木龙骨6、保温材料层、室内阻燃密度板12和室外阻燃密度板5。阻燃木龙骨6为矩形框架，中间固定有数根阻燃支撑料3。阻燃木龙骨6空隙处从室外到室内依次填充厚度与阻燃木龙骨6的厚度一致的保温材料层：珍珠岩芯板2和两层（也可根据需要设置一层或三层等）真空绝热板14、13。阻燃木龙骨6室内侧粘贴与阻燃木龙骨6大小相同的室内阻燃密度板12，室外侧在阻燃木龙骨6的凹槽处粘贴镀锌钢板4和室外阻燃密度板5。门扇芯板室外粘贴室外镀锌扇钢板7。在门框和门扇的搭接处，在门扇芯板上设置有门扇的安装结构，门框靠近室内侧、门扇靠近室内侧和门扇中部均安装有阻燃密封胶条11，在阻燃木龙骨6的上端凹槽内，靠近室外镀锌扇钢板7折弯处粘贴固定有室外防火膨胀胶条91，在门框室内端阻燃密封胶条11内侧的门扇芯板上固定有室内防火膨胀胶条92。优选地，所述的室内端的真空绝热板14与室外端的珍珠岩芯板2之间还夹持固定有一层阻燃密度板1。优选地，所述的阻燃木龙骨6为阻燃樟子松矩形框架，面积占整个门扇面积的45%。优选地，在所述门扇芯板的室内侧粘接固定带花纹的木皮。
