A gift box liner automatic case packer as claimed in claim 1, wherein said paper beating mechanism comprises a paper beating cylinder and a connecting frame connecting piston rods of the paper beating cylinder; the connecting frame comprises two pairs of corner clamping blocks which are arranged up and down; the clamping angle block is provided with a clamping angle which can clamp one end of the lining plate; the paper beating cylinder is provided with a paper beating cylinder ascending sensor.

A gift box liner automatic boxing machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the limiting frame comprises a first limiting frame and a second limiting frame which are arranged from one side of the frame in the outward and inward direction, the first limiting frame is positioned right below the outlet of the silo groove, the first limiting frame comprises two opposite first frame strips, the clamped inner sides of the two first frame strips are provided with guide surfaces which incline towards the second limiting frame, and an opening for accommodating the liner plate to pass through is arranged between the outer ends of the guide surfaces of the two first frame strips; the second limiting frame comprises two opposite second frame strips arranged in a gap, the second frame strips comprise two vertical limiting strips, one limiting strip is vertical to the second limiting frame, and the other limiting strip is parallel to the second limiting frame; the push-out mechanism is a lining plate forming cylinder, and the lining plate forming cylinder is positioned on one side of the first limiting frame back to the second limiting frame.

A gift box liner automatic boxing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein two pairs of the upper and lower corner clamping blocks are connected through a connecting rod, the distance between the two corner clamping blocks at the upper side is larger than that between the two corner clamping blocks at the lower side, and the corners of the two corner clamping blocks at the upper side are opposite to the bin slot outlet.

A gift box liner automatic boxing machine as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein the bin grooves are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rack, the bin grooves are obliquely and downwards arranged from the outside of the rack to the direction of the rack, and each bin groove comprises a bottom plate and two limiting plates which are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate and are vertical to the bottom plate; the outlet of the bin groove is positioned at one end, facing the rack, of the bottom plate of the bin groove, and a baffle plate for preventing the lining plate from sliding out is arranged at one end, facing the rack, of the limiting plate; the two limiting plates are provided with sliding grooves, the sliding grooves of the two limiting plates are connected through limiting idler wheels and are provided with rollers, and pressing plates are arranged on the outer sides of the rollers.

A gift box liner automatic case packer of claim 1, 2 or 4, wherein said bin slot has two symmetrical in both sides of framework, the line of two bin slots is perpendicular to conveying direction of the conveying appliance of the carton; the bin groove is internally provided with a bin groove which comprises a bottom plate and two limiting plates which are respectively positioned on two sides of the bottom plate and are vertical to the bottom plate, the bin groove is horizontally arranged, an outlet of the bin groove is positioned at one end, facing the rack, of the bottom plate of the bin groove, and a baffle plate for preventing the lining plate from sliding out is arranged at one end, facing the rack, of the limiting plate; the feed bin groove is provided with a motor-driven screw rod sliding block mechanism at the outer sides of the two limiting plates respectively, and the side surface of the sliding block is connected with a push plate.

A gift box liner automatic case packer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carton conveying module comprises a conveyor belt, the conveyor belt is provided with a carton in-place cylinder for limiting the carton in place at the bottom of the frame; the bottom of the frame is provided with a paper feeding box cylinder for limiting the paper box to enter the bottom of the frame.
