Abstract
本实用新型公开一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其包括依次连接的前端预处理池组、内循环反应器、生化处理池组、膜处理装置和浓水蒸发装置,所述浓水蒸发装置包括依次连接的低温膜蒸馏装置和多效蒸发器,本实用新型新增了前端预处理,使得系统运行更为稳定;本实用新型采用两级反渗透系统,使得出水水质达到地表四类水,减少了污染物排放量,同时大大降低了渗滤液行业对于水体环境的影响;本实用新型采用低温膜蒸馏工艺处理浓水,减少了浓水产生量,同时降低了系统能耗,提高了全厂的清洁生产程度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备。
背景技术
自二十世纪八十年代末期,城市生活垃圾的无害化处理在我国逐渐引起重视,越来越多的城市采用比较规范的焚烧发电方式来处理城市生活垃圾,而焚烧发电场的最主要污染控制问题之一就是垃圾渗滤液的达标排放处理难度极大。
国内外针对渗滤液处理的主要处理方式有:与城市污水合并处理、厌氧生化方式处理、好氧生化方式处理、物理化学方式处理、化学氧化方式处理、蒸发方式处理和膜处理技术等。
目前,生活垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液处理普遍采用高效厌氧+生化处理(两级A/O)+超滤(SF)+纳滤(NF)+反渗透(RO)工艺,将渗滤液处理至《城镇污水厂排放标准》一级A类水标准,浓水用至车间,用于石灰制浆等。近几年,环保形势日益严峻,各个行业的排放要求逐渐提高,逐渐开始要求各垃圾发电厂内的垃圾渗滤液处理至更高的排放标准。渗滤液尾水的处理一直是行业内较大难题,由于其高盐分等特点,必须使用蒸发之类的工艺进行处理,随之而来的便是高能耗的问题。通过膜处理法提高出水水质,势必会产生更多的浓水,从而导致锅炉车间无法使用掉更多的浓水,所以浓水的更高倍数的浓缩要求也呈现在各位环保工程师的面前。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够有效的提高渗滤液排放水标准、同时大大减少浓水产生量的垃圾渗滤液处理设备。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其包括依次连接的前端预处理池组、内循环反应器、生化处理池组、膜处理装置和浓水蒸发装置,所述浓水蒸发装置包括依次连接的低温膜蒸馏装置和多效蒸发器。
优选地,所述低温膜蒸馏装置采用的聚四氟乙烯材质的疏水膜。
优选地,所述浓水蒸发装置还包括设置在所述低温膜蒸馏装置前的浓水池。
优选地,前端预处理池组包括依次设置的转鼓格栅机、初沉池、调节池和提篮式格栅。
优选地,所述生化处理池组包括依次连接的一级缺氧池、一级好氧池、二级缺氧池和二级好氧池。
优选地,低温膜蒸馏装置包括依次设置的外置式超滤装置、纳滤装置、一级反渗透装置和二级反渗透装置。
进一步优选地,所述纳滤装置、所述一级反渗透装置和所述二级反渗透装置的浓水排放口连通所述浓水蒸发装置。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、本实用新型新增了前端预处理,使得系统运行更为稳定;
2、本实用新型采用两级反渗透系统,使得出水水质达到地表四类水,减少了污染物排放量,同时大大降低了渗滤液行业对于水体环境的影响;
3、本实用新型采用低温膜蒸馏工艺处理浓水,减少了浓水产生量,同时降低了系统能耗,提高了全厂的清洁生产程度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
参见附图1所示,一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其包括依次连接的前端预处理池组1、内循环反应器2、生化处理池组3、膜处理装置4和浓水蒸发装置5。
具体地,前端预处理池组1包括依次设置的转鼓格栅机11、初沉池12、调节池13和提篮式格栅14;
内循环反应器2用作高效厌氧工艺的反应器;
生化处理池组3包括依次连接的一级缺氧池31、一级好氧池32、二级缺氧池33和二级好氧池34;
膜处理装置4包括依次设置的外置式超滤装置41、纳滤装置42、一级反渗透装置43和二级反渗透装置44;纳滤装置42、一级反渗透装置43和二级反渗透装置44的浓水排放口连通浓水蒸发装置5。
浓水蒸发装置5包括依次连接的浓水池51、低温膜蒸馏装置52和多效蒸发器53。
本实施例中,低温膜蒸馏装置52采用的聚四氟乙烯材质的疏水膜。
本实施例的工作原理:
来自垃圾焚烧场的垃圾渗滤液动力输送至渗滤液站,经由转鼓式格栅机,去除较大固体悬浮物,产水经过初沉池12,自然沉淀,去除水中可能含有的泥沙,沉淀出水进入调节池13,经过预处理除渣装置的渗滤液已除去粒径大于0.2 mm,密度大于2.65 t/m³的砂粒,可保护管道、阀门等设施免受磨损和阻塞。
调节池13内设有机械搅拌系统,以均和水质并防止颗粒物沉积;渗滤液在此经过加温后,由生化进水泵提升进入改良内循环反应器2。反应器设计为中温型,进水温度为35±2℃,并设计有强制外循环系统,通过专用的旋流布水系统,可保证渗滤液和厌氧微生物快速、均衡和全面的反应,在水力和气体双重的搅拌混合下,保证厌氧系统的稳定和高效运行。高效厌氧产生的沼气回入垃圾坑负压仓用于焚烧炉辅助燃料,同时设有应急燃烧火炬。高效厌氧出水自流入一级缺氧池31、一级好氧池32,通过硝化和反硝化作用去除碳类和氮类污染物,一级好氧池32出水进入二级缺氧池33和二级好氧池34,进一步去除碳类和氮类污染物。生化系统产生的剩余污泥经污泥脱水系统脱水外运处理,脱水上清液回生化系统。
经过外置式超滤处理的超滤出水的BOD、氨氮、重金属、悬浮物等已经去除大部分,但还不能达到排放水质标准。因此采用纳滤系统以及二级反渗透装置44、二级反渗透装置44对超滤出水进行深度处理,去除难生化降解的有机物、盐类和重金属等。反渗透出水达到地表四类水水质标准,超低排放至自然水体。
本实施例中,纳滤和反渗透的浓液进入浓水蒸发系统。浓水的电导率为50000us/cm,经低温膜蒸馏浓缩至电导率200000us/cm以上,即浓缩四倍以上,蒸馏冷凝水回流至系统前道生化系统,再次浓缩后的浓液泵入多效蒸发器53,进行蒸发结晶,剩余的固体量仅为原液量的2%左右。
本实施例与先育技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本实施例新增了前端预处理,使得系统运行更为稳定;
2、本实施例采用两级反渗透系统,使得出水水质达到地表四类水,减少了污染物排放量,同时大大降低了渗滤液行业对于水体环境的影响;
3、本实施例采用低温膜蒸馏工艺处理浓水,减少了浓水产生量,同时降低了系统能耗,提高了全厂的清洁生产程度。

1.一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其包括依次连接的前端预处理池组、内循环反应器、生化处理池组、膜处理装置和浓水蒸发装置,其特征在于:所述浓水蒸发装置包括依次连接的低温膜蒸馏装置和多效蒸发器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述低温膜蒸馏装置采用的聚四氟乙烯材质的疏水膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述浓水蒸发装置还包括设置在所述低温膜蒸馏装置前的浓水池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:前端预处理池组包括依次设置的转鼓格栅机、初沉池、调节池和提篮式格栅。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述生化处理池组包括依次连接的一级缺氧池、一级好氧池、二级缺氧池和二级好氧池。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:低温膜蒸馏装置包括依次设置的外置式超滤装置、纳滤装置、一级反渗透装置和二级反渗透装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种垃圾渗滤液处理设备,其特征在于:所述纳滤装置、所述一级反渗透装置和所述二级反渗透装置的浓水排放口连通所述浓水蒸发装置。
