Description

Support structure of brake hose
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a support structure of brake hose on the automobile body component with support with brake hose support around the oil tank.
Background
In a vehicle, a brake hose for supplying brake hydraulic pressure to a rear wheel is generally arranged at a rear portion of a vehicle body and supported by a bracket (brake hose bracket) attached to a vehicle body member. Further, since the oil tank is often provided under the floor of the rear portion of the vehicle body, the brake hose bracket is often attached to a vehicle body member on the side of the oil tank.
In such a vehicle in which the brake hose bracket is mounted on the vehicle body member on the side of the oil tank, for example, in the event of a side collision, the outer periphery of the brake hose bracket may touch the oil tank, thereby damaging the oil tank. Therefore, in order to prevent the oil tank from being damaged by a side collision or the like, it may be considered to additionally provide a protective member covering the outer periphery of the brake hose bracket, but this may cause an increase in manufacturing cost.
In addition, when the brake hose is assembled to the brake hose bracket, the brake hose is usually fitted into a notch formed on the outer periphery of the brake hose bracket, and then the intermediate fixture and the brake hose bracket are fixed together by bolts inserted into fastening holes formed in a fastening plate perpendicular to the brake hose on the intermediate fixture of the brake hose and fastening holes formed in the brake hose bracket.
However, since the brake hose has a curved pipe path, a torsional reaction force is likely to be generated in the brake hose, and therefore, in a state where the brake hose is fitted in the notch portion, the fastening plate may rotate around the brake hose, and the fastening hole formed in the fastening plate may be displaced from the fastening hole formed in the brake hose bracket, thereby making it difficult to perform an assembling operation.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a brake hose support structure that can suppress the increase in cost and prevent the damage to the fuel tank and the easy assembly of the brake hose to the bracket when the vehicle collides against the side.
As a solution to the above-described problems, the present invention provides a brake hose support structure including a brake hose and a bracket for supporting the brake hose on a vehicle body member around an oil tank, the bracket including a mounting plate for mounting the bracket on the vehicle body member; the brake hose is provided with a middle fixing tool, the middle fixing tool is provided with a fastening plate perpendicular to the pipe wall of the brake hose, a first fastening hole is formed in the fastening plate, and a notch part for the brake hose to be embedded in is formed in the supporting plate; and with first fastening hole correspond, supply the bolt fastening the second fastening hole of middle fixing tool, its characterized in that: among the outer peripheries of the support plates, at least the outer periphery of the side opposite to the oil tank is bent into a bent edge, and at least a part of the bent edge is abutted to the fastening plate of the intermediate fixing tool.
The utility model discloses an above-mentioned brake hose's bearing structure's advantage lies in, because in the outer periphery of backup pad, the outer periphery of one side that faces opposite with the oil tank at least is buckled into the limit of buckling, so when taking place the side collision, even if the oil tank is touch to the backup pad, with the contact of oil tank not sharp outer peripheral end edge yet but with the limit of buckling that faces the oil tank, so can prevent that the oil tank from being damaged. Since it is not necessary to additionally provide a protective member or the like for covering the outer periphery of the support plate, and the oil tank can be prevented from being damaged by merely bending the outer periphery of the support plate, the increase in cost can be suppressed. In addition, in the intermediate fixture intended to rotate around the brake hose due to the torsional reaction force, the bent edge after bending can play a role of rotation control, that is, at least a part of the bent edge is in contact with the fastening plate of the intermediate fixture, so that the rotation of the fastening plate can be inhibited, and the situation that the bolt fastening is difficult due to the position deviation of the first fastening hole formed in the fastening plate and the second fastening hole formed in the brake hose bracket can be prevented. Thus, the brake hose can be easily assembled to the bracket.
In addition, in the above-described support structure for a brake hose of the present invention, preferably, the outer periphery of the support plate is bent to the bent side, except for the outer periphery of the support plate around the notch portion. With this configuration, since the outer periphery around the notch portion is not bent to the bent side, the brake hose does not interfere with the insertion into the notch portion, and since the remaining portions are bent to the bent side, even if the portion of the outer periphery of the support plate that does not face the fuel tank hits the fuel tank in the event of a side collision or the like, the fuel tank is not damaged.
Therefore, based on the utility model discloses an above-mentioned brake hose's bearing structure, can restrain the cost and rise, can prevent again that the oil tank from being damaged such as side collision, can assemble the brake hose on the brake hose support easily moreover.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the description of the embodiment. In addition, the dimensional relationship (length, width, etc.) in each drawing does not reflect the actual dimensional relationship. In the following drawings, Fr represents the front side in the vehicle length direction, and Rr represents the rear side in the vehicle length direction.
Fig. 1 is a plan view schematically showing a rear structure of a vehicle 1 to which a support structure of a brake hose 20 according to the present embodiment is applied. In the vehicle 1, a rear suspension 10 that supports axles of the rear wheels 3 and absorbs irregularities of a road surface to suppress vibration includes a pair of left and right trailing arms 11 and an intermediate beam 13 provided between the trailing arms 11. The two trailing arms 11 extend substantially in the vehicle longitudinal direction and are disposed below left and right rear side members (not shown), respectively. The center sill 13 extends in the vehicle width direction, and both ends thereof are connected to the left and right trailing arms 11, respectively.
The front end of each trailing arm 11 is rotatably connected to left and right suspension brackets 15 attached to the rear side member via a trailing arm bush (not shown). Meanwhile, a hub carrier 17 is joined to a rear end portion of each trailing arm 11, and the rear wheel 3 is rotatably supported by the hub carrier 17. Further, the rear end of each trailing arm 11 is connected to the lower end of a damper 19, and the upper end of the damper 19 is connected to the vehicle body, so that the rear wheel 3 and the rear suspension 10 can move up and down relative to the vehicle body.
Further, a fuel tank 5 (shown by a broken line) is disposed between a pair of right and left rear side members in the rear portion of the vehicle 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the rear end portion of the oil tank 5 is supported by the intermediate beam 13 by the bolt 5a, and therefore the oil tank 5 is located in the vicinity of the rear suspension 10.
The brake hose 20 is a flexible rubber hose, and a metallic brake pipe 7 is connected to a distal end portion thereof, and the brake pipe 7 is connected to a brake actuator (not shown). The brake hose 20 is disposed between a rear floor (not shown) and a bottom cover (not shown) and extends rearward, and an intermediate portion thereof is supported by a brake hose bracket 30 attached to the suspension bracket 15.
More specifically, the brake hose 20 includes an intermediate fixture 21 (see fig. 5) provided at a substantially middle portion in a longitudinal direction thereof, the intermediate fixture 21 includes a fastening plate 23 (see fig. 3) perpendicular to a pipe wall of the brake hose 20, and the fastening plate 23 is formed with a first fastening hole 23a (see fig. 5). The intermediate fixture 21 is fixed to the brake hose bracket 30 by a bolt 25 (refer to fig. 3) inserted in the first fastening hole 23a, and thus, the brake hose 20 is mounted to the brake hose bracket 30. In this way, in the brake hose support structure of the present embodiment, the brake hose 20 is supported by the rear side member, which is a vehicle body member around the oil tank 5, via the brake hose bracket 30 and the suspension bracket 15.
Figure 2 is a side view schematically showing the suspension bracket 15 and the brake hose bracket 30,
fig. 3 is a perspective view of the support structure of the brake hose 20 as seen from below. A suspension bracket 15 is mounted on the rear side member on the side of the fuel tank 5. As shown in fig. 2, the brake hose bracket 30 is attached to the side surface 15a of the suspension bracket 15 on the vehicle width direction inner side, and extends from the suspension bracket 15 toward the oil tank 5 as shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 4 is a front view schematically showing the brake hose bracket 30. The brake hose bracket 30 includes a mounting plate 31 for mounting to the suspension bracket 15; and a support plate 33 extending from the mounting plate 31 toward the oil tank 5 for supporting the brake hose 20. A notch 35 for inserting the brake hose 20 is formed on the support plate 33; and a mounting portion 37 having a second fastening hole 37a corresponding to the first fastening hole 23a for bolt-fixing the intermediate fixture 21. In a state where the brake hose 20 is fitted in the notch portion 35 of the support plate 33, the middle portion of the brake hose 20 is supported by the brake hose bracket 30 by tightening the bolts 25 inserted in the first fastening holes 23a of the fastening plate 23 and the second fastening holes 37a of the support plate 33.
In order to make the structure of the present invention easy to understand, the supporting structure of the brake hose 20 of the related art is also explained herein. Fig. 10 is a perspective view schematically showing a support structure of a brake hose 20 according to the related art, and fig. 11 is a schematic view for explaining a state in which the brake hose 20 is assembled to a brake hose bracket 130 according to the related art. As shown in fig. 10, in the support structure of the brake hose 20 of the related art as well, the brake hose bracket 130 is mounted on the suspension bracket 15, and the support plate 133 formed on the approximately flat plate-shaped member extends toward the oil tank 5. Therefore, in the case of the support structure of the brake hose 20 of the related art, for example, in the event of a side collision, the sharp outer periphery 139 of the brake hose bracket 130 may hit the fuel tank 5 to damage the fuel tank 5. In this regard, it is conceivable to add a protective member (not shown) for covering the outer periphery 139 of the brake hose bracket 130, but this would increase the cost.
In the support structure of the brake hose 20 according to the related art, similarly, when the brake hose 20 is assembled to the brake hose bracket 130, the brake hose 20 is fitted into a notch (not shown) formed in the support plate 133, and the intermediate fixture 21 and the brake hose bracket 130 are fixedly coupled to each other by bolts (not shown) inserted into the first fastening holes 23a of the intermediate fixture 21 and the fastening holes 133a of the support plate 133. However, since the pipe path of the brake hose 20 is curved, and a torsional reaction force is likely to be generated in the brake hose 20, in a state where the brake hose 20 is fitted in the cutout, as shown in fig. 11, the fastening plate 23 is rotated around the brake hose 20, and the first fastening hole 23a formed in the fastening plate 23 and the fastening hole 133a formed in the brake hose bracket 130 are greatly displaced, so that it is difficult to assemble both.
In contrast, the present embodiment provides a support structure for the brake hose 20 that can prevent the oil tank 5 from being damaged during a side collision or the like while suppressing an increase in cost, and that can easily assemble the brake hose 20 to the brake hose bracket 30. Specifically, in the support structure of the brake hose 20 according to the present embodiment, the outer periphery of the support plate 33 of the brake hose holder 30 is bent to form the bent side 39 except for the outer periphery around the notch 35. More specifically, of the outer peripheries of the support plates 33, the outer periphery facing the fuel tank 5 (the outer periphery on the left side in fig. 4) is bent toward the front side by approximately 90 degrees so that the outer periphery on the opposite side of the notch 35 (the outer periphery on the lower side connected to the outer periphery on the left side in fig. 4) is bent toward the upper side by approximately 90 degrees in a state of facing the fuel tank 5 and being in contact with the fastening plate 23 of the intermediate fixture 21, and the outer periphery of the support plate 33 is bent into a bent side 39 in addition to the outer periphery on the notch 35 side.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view schematically showing a support structure of the brake hose 20, and fig. 6 is a sectional view in the direction of an arrow on the line VI-VI of fig. 5. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram for explaining a braking function of the brake hose bracket 30. As shown in fig. 6, in the support structure of the brake hose 20 according to the present embodiment, the outer periphery of the support plate 33 is bent into the bent side 39, so that the bent side 39 extending in the vehicle length direction faces the oil tank 5 in the vehicle width direction as shown in fig. 5. Therefore, even if the brake hose holder 30 hits the fuel tank 5 in the event of a side collision or the like, the portion that contacts the fuel tank 5 is not a sharp outer peripheral edge but a surface of the bent edge 39, and thus damage to the fuel tank 5 can be avoided. Further, the fuel tank 5 can be prevented from being damaged without additionally providing a protective member for covering the outer periphery of the brake hose holder 30, and the cost can be suppressed from increasing.
In addition, the bent side 39 of the intermediate fixture 21 of the brake hose 20 that is intended to rotate by the torsional reaction force can play a role of preventing rotation, that is, as shown in fig. 7, since the fastening plate 23 of the intermediate fixture 21 is in contact with the bent side 39 of the support plate 33, rotation of the fastening plate 23 can be suppressed, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the first fastening holes 23a formed in the fastening plate 23 and the second fastening holes 37a formed in the brake hose bracket 30 from being positionally displaced and thus difficult to fasten bolts. Further, since the outer periphery near the notch 35 is not bent to the bent side 39, the fitting of the brake hose 20 into the notch 35 is not hindered. Thus, the brake hose 20 can be easily assembled to the brake hose bracket 30.
As described above, according to the support structure of the brake hose 20 of the present embodiment, by bending the outer periphery of the support plate 33 into the bent side 39, it is possible to suppress an increase in manufacturing cost, prevent the oil tank 5 from being damaged by a side collision or the like, and easily assemble the brake hose 20 to the brake hose bracket 30.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view schematically showing another embodiment of the support structure of the brake hose 20, and fig. 9 is a sectional view in the direction of an arrow on the line IX-IX in fig. 8. In the example shown in fig. 5 and 6, the outer periphery is bent once to form the bent side 39, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in fig. 8, the outer periphery may be bent twice to form the bent side 39'. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the bent side 39 'is formed by bending the outer periphery extending inward in the vehicle width direction by about 90 degrees toward the front side in the vehicle length direction, and then bending the front end portion of the outer periphery by a predetermined angle so as to incline outward in the vehicle length direction, that is, the bent side 39' has two bent portions.
Also in this case, even if the brake hose bracket 30 hits the fuel tank 5 when a side collision or the like occurs, the outer peripheral edge that contacts the fuel tank 5 is not a sharp edge but a surface of the bent edge 39' that is bent twice, and thus the fuel tank 5 can be prevented from being damaged. In this case as well, since the bent side 39' functions to prevent rotation of the intermediate fixture 21 of the brake hose 20 that is intended to rotate by the torsional reaction force, it is possible to prevent the first fastening holes 23a formed in the fastening plate 23 and the second fastening holes 37a formed in the brake hose bracket 30 from being misaligned and thus making it difficult to fasten bolts. Also, since the bent side 39' has two bent portions, the strength of the brake hose bracket 30 is improved, and the brake hose 20 can be stably supported.
In the above embodiment, the outer periphery of the support plate 33 of the brake hose holder 30 is bent to form the bent side 39 except the outer periphery around the notch 35. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and only the outer periphery of the support plate 33 on the side opposite to the fuel tank 5 may be bent to face the bent side 39 of the fuel tank 5.
