Before describing particular embodiments, the general concepts of the present invention will now be described for ease of understanding.
In the power module according to the utility model discloses an among the power module, replace traditional isolation transformer and DC power module through utilizing the combination of the different distribution modules including high frequency transformer, use high frequency transformer to realize isolation function, not only saved the cost of component, reduced the size of component, also alleviateed distribution element's weight simultaneously. When the power module is assembled in the cabinet, the layout of the power module in the cabinet is more flexible, and the modular design in the cabinet is facilitated.
The power distribution module is mainly designed for a power distribution system of medical equipment, and can meet the requirements of IEC 0601.
An embodiment of the utility model provides a power distribution system. Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a power supply module according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the power module 100 includes an ac-dc converter module 111, a first inverter module 112, a high frequency transformer 113, and a rectifier module 114. The ac-dc converter module 111 is configured to receive ac power and convert the received ac power to dc power. The first inverter module 112 is connected to an output of the ac-dc converter module 111 and is configured to convert the dc power output by the ac-dc converter module 111 into ac power. The primary side of the high frequency transformer 113 is connected to the output of the first inverter module 112, and the high frequency transformer 113 is configured to transfer the alternating current output by the first inverter module 112 to the secondary side of the high frequency transformer 113 without changing the voltage amplitude and frequency. The rectifier module 114 is connected to the secondary side of the high frequency transformer 113 and is configured to convert the alternating current output by the high frequency transformer 113 into direct current.
Since the size and weight of the conventional transformer itself are large, for example, about 100 kg, the size and weight of the conventional power supply also become large, the installation in the cabinet is very inconvenient, and the conventional transformer can only be installed at the lowest part of the cabinet in terms of structural layout, which also causes some waste of wiring. In contrast, in the power module according to the embodiment of the present invention, the conventional transformer and dc power supply are no longer used, but the high frequency transformer and the ac-dc converter module, the first inverter module and the rectifier module, which are matched with the high frequency transformer, are used to form the novel power module. Therefore, in the power module of the application, the four modules are used for replacing the traditional power components such as the industrial transformer, so that compared with the traditional power module, the power module of the application greatly reduces the weight and the volume, and meanwhile saves the element cost. When the power module is assembled in the cabinet, the layout of the power module in the cabinet is more flexible, and the modular design in the cabinet is facilitated.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the power module 100 further comprises a second inverter module 115, the second inverter module 115 being connected to the output of the rectifier module 114 and configured to convert the direct current output by the rectifier module 114 into alternating current. As can be seen, the power distribution system 10 can reconvert the dc power output by the rectifier module 114 to ac power to output ac power.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the power module 100 further includes a dc-dc converter module 116, and the dc-dc converter module 116 is connected to the output end of the rectifier module 114 and configured to convert the dc power output by the rectifier module 114 from the first voltage value to the second voltage value. Therefore, by further providing the dc-dc converter module 116 in addition to the second inverter module 115, the power distribution system 10 can output dc power in addition to ac power, so that either ac power or dc power can be selectively output, and the power can be configured according to different output requirements.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the present invention, the ac-dc converter module 111 is configured to receive ac power having an amplitude in the range of 380V-480V and a frequency in the range of 50Hz-60 Hz. Specifically, for example, the AC-DC converter module 111 may be a wide range voltage input module that inputs AC power having an amplitude in the range AC380V-AC480V and a frequency in the range 50Hz-60Hz and outputs DC power having an amplitude of 600V. It can be seen that the ac-dc converter module 111 can receive a wide range of ac voltages, so that the power supply module of the present application can be adapted to various power grids, etc. Although the amplitude range and the frequency of the voltage are defined herein, the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and voltages in other ranges may be input to the ac-dc converter module.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the present invention, the ac-dc converter module 111 is configured to convert the received ac power to dc power having a predetermined amplitude (e.g., 600V). In this way, the ac-dc converter module can convert the input ac voltage into a predetermined voltage amplitude regardless of the amplitude of the voltage so as to make different ac powers suitable for the high frequency transformer.
Preferably, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first inverter module 112 is configured to convert the dc power output by the ac-dc converter module into ac power having a frequency matched to the high frequency transformer 113 without changing the amplitude. For example, the first inverter module 112 may change the dc power output from the ac-dc converter module 111 to ac power of 600V amplitude and 50KHz frequency without changing the voltage amplitude. It can be seen that in order to be able to adapt the high-frequency transformer, the first inverter can convert the direct current into an alternating current with a frequency that is matched to the high-frequency transformer without changing the amplitude.
In addition, the high frequency transformer 113 does not change voltage, and its only function is electrical isolation, so the output of the high frequency transformer 113 is still an alternating current of 600V amplitude and 50KHz frequency. The voltage of 50KHz frequency cannot be directly used for the electric components, and therefore, the rectifier module 114 serves to rectify the ac power outputted from the high frequency transformer 113 into a dc power of 600V.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a medical device comprising any one of the power modules described above. The medical device is, for example, a CT device, an MRI device, an angiographic apparatus, or the like. Medical equipment typically includes a cabinet in which a power module may be mounted.
As is apparent from the above, in the conventional power distribution system, all of the distributed components, such as the isolation transformer and the dc power supply, are mounted on the mounting board, and then the distributed components on the mounting board are connected by cables. However, the size and weight of the isolation transformer are large, for example, about 100 kg for an industrial transformer, which is difficult to move and assemble, and is disadvantageous in spatial layout. Compared with it, the power module of this application utilizes the combination of the different distribution modules including high frequency transformer, no longer uses traditional size and the all very big isolation transformer of volume and DC power supply module, thereby makes the utility model discloses a power module weight is lighter, the volume is littleer, easily removes and assembles. When the power supply module is arranged in the cabinet, the occupied space of the power supply module in the cabinet is reduced, and the space layout and the internal wiring of the cabinet are optimized. From the above description, the power supply module according to the embodiment of the present invention is completely new, and can replace a power distribution system composed of an isolation transformer, a dc power supply, and the like in a conventional cabinet. The power module according to the embodiment of the utility model has the advantages of lighter, more integrated, change in assembly and maintenance, have the whole occupation space who dwindles by a wide margin.
