Abstract
本实用新型公开了冷却领域的一种新型激光水冷却机,包括液箱;还包括压缩机;还包括冷凝器,液箱底部设置有排液口,液箱上方通过主管道与进液口连接,主管道上设置有流量开关;液箱下方通过副管道与出液口连接,副管道上依次设置有球阀、液泵、过滤器、树脂罐;液箱内部设置有蒸发器,蒸发器与压缩机通过第一支路、第二支路连接形成第一回路,第一支路上设置有针阀,第二支路上上设置有热气旁通阀;第二支路上设置有第二回路,第二回路设置有冷凝器、干燥过滤器,所述有冷凝器、干燥过滤器通过第三支路、第四支路连接,干燥过滤器两侧管道上分别设置有针阀及电磁阀。本实用新型结构新颖,不易积垢,工作效率高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机床水冷却领域,特别涉及一种新型激光水冷却机。
背景技术
随着人口的快速增长,人类面临各种资源缺乏的危机,特别是水资源的缺乏尤为严重,如何节约、充分利用水资源成为全世界的关注焦点。
在生产设备在工业生产中会产生很高的热量, 从而会影响到设备的使用性能和寿命, 为了降低生产设备热量, 使之可以正常的工作, 一般会使用水循环冷却机来对生产设备进行冷却。
现有的水冷却系统中的液泵和压缩机为一键整体控制,不能单独作用,同时缺乏水的净化过程,时水中的杂质循环流入机床中,影响设备的运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供降热效果强、净化效果好、双重控制的一种新型激光水冷却机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种新型激光水冷却机,包括液箱、还包括压缩机、还包括冷凝器,所述液箱底部设置有排液口,所述液箱上方通过主管道与进液口连接,所述主管道上设置有流量开关;所述液箱下方通过副管道与出液口连接,所述副管道上依次设置有球阀、液泵、过滤器、树脂罐;所述液箱内部设置有蒸发器,所述蒸发器与压缩机通过第一支路、第二支路连接形成第一回路,所述第一支路上设置有针阀,所述第二支路上上设置有热气旁通阀;所述第二支路上设置有第二回路,所述第二回路设置有冷凝器、干燥过滤器,所述有冷凝器、干燥过滤器通过第三支路、第四支路连接,所述干燥过滤器两侧管道上分别设置有针阀及电磁阀。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益之处在于:由于将压缩机与液泵两个单独设立并控制,使得两者独立运行不受控制,即避免了需冷却的液体刚进入液箱就被液泵吸走;由于在出液口上设置了树脂罐,使得水能够被净化,避免其水垢的产生,影响液箱内部的结构及输出管道的堵塞;由于在出口管道上设置了液温探头,使得液体的温度能够被实时监测, 并由监控机器的整体的降温效果。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,所述液泵与压缩机为单独控制互不影响。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选方案,所述液箱上设置有显示液体容量的液位计及控制。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选方案,所述副管道上还设置有检测液体温度的液温探头。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选方案,所述第四支路上设置有控制制冷剂节流降压的毛细管。
作为本实用新型的进一步优选方案,所述第三支路、第四支路设置在第二支路上的热气旁通阀两侧。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种新型激光水冷却机,包括液箱1、还包括压缩机2、还包括冷凝器3;液箱1底部设置有排液口4,液箱1上方通过主管道5与进液口6连接,主管道5上设置有流量开关51;液箱1下方通过副管道7与出液口8连接,副管道7上依次设置有球阀71、液泵72、过滤器73、树脂罐74;液箱1内部设置有蒸发器9,蒸发器9与压缩机2通过第一支路10、第二支路11连接形成第一回路,所述第一支路10上设置有针阀101,所述第二支路11上设置有热气旁通阀111;所述第二支路11上设置有第二回路,所述第二回路设置有冷凝器3、干燥过滤器12,所述有冷凝器3、干燥过滤器12通过第三支路13、第四支路14连接,所述干燥过滤器12两侧管道上分别设置有针阀101及电磁阀141。
上述液泵72与压缩机2为单独控制互不影响。
上述液箱1上设置有显示液体容量的液位计15及控制。
上述副管道7上还设置有检测液体温度的液温探头75。
上述第四支路14上设置有控制制冷剂节流降压的毛细管142。
上述第三支路13、第四支路14设置在第二支路11上的热气旁通阀111两侧。
本实用新型的工作原理阐述如下:启动压缩机2、冷凝器3,蒸发器9开始运作,高温液体从进液口6进入,制冷剂在蒸发器9内吸收被冷却物的热量并汽化成蒸汽,压缩机不断地将产生的蒸汽从蒸发器中抽出,并进行压缩,经压缩后的高温、高压蒸汽被送到冷凝器3后向冷却介质放热冷凝成高压液体,再经毛细管142降压后进入蒸发器9,再次汽化,吸收冷却物的热量,经过降温后的液体通过液泵72抽出液箱外,过滤器73及树脂罐74对降温后的液体分别进行杂质去除及水中钙镁离子的净化,随后运输至所需机器处进行二次使用。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施例,在本实用新型公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种新型激光水冷却机,包括液箱;还包括压缩机;还包括冷凝器,其特征在于:所述液箱底部设置有排液口,所述液箱上方通过主管道与进液口连接,所述主管道上设置有流量开关;所述液箱下方通过副管道与出液口连接,所述副管道上依次设置有球阀、液泵、过滤器、树脂罐;所述液箱内部设置有蒸发器,所述蒸发器与压缩机通过第一支路、第二支路连接形成第一回路,所述第一支路上设置有针阀,所述第二支路上设置有热气旁通阀;所述第二支路上设置有第二回路,所述第二回路设置有冷凝器、干燥过滤器,所述冷凝器、干燥过滤器通过第三支路、第四支路连接,所述干燥过滤器两侧管道上分别设置有针阀及电磁阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型激光水冷却机,其特征在于:所述液泵与压缩机为单独控制互不影响。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型激光水冷却机,其特征在于:所述液箱上设置有显示液体容量的液位计及控制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型激光水冷却机,其特征在于:所述副管道上还设置有检测液体温度的液温探头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型激光水冷却机,其特征在于:所述第四支路上设置有控制制冷剂节流降压的毛细管。
