在图中,本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:装置是由半导体制冷片1、托盘2、水管3、铜片4、风扇5、风扇支撑架6、水冷头7、箱体8、温度显示器9、水泵10、散热鳍片11、电源开关12 组成;所述的二十个半导体制冷片1以阵列形式放置在箱体8上层的托盘2上;所述的三个水冷头7覆盖在二十个半导体制冷片1上端,水冷头7的进水口和出水口分别与水管3相连接;所述的水泵10的进水口与出水口分别与水管3相连接并安装在上层托盘2上;所述的水管3呈U型分布在箱体8的上层内壁上;所述的铜片4放置上水管3上;所述的散热鳍片11安装在二十个半导体制冷片1下端;所述的风扇支撑架6镶嵌在箱体8的下层内壁上;所述的两个风扇5安装在风扇支撑架6上;所述的温度显示器9安装在箱体8上;所述的电源开关12安装在箱体8的侧面。
一种新型冷热两用箱的水冷循环方式,主要通过水泵10与水管3相连接,水管3分别与水冷头7的进水口与出水口相连接,水流在水冷头7和水管3内部做循环运动,以达到加快制冷的作用。
所述的一种新型冷热两用箱,其特征在于:所述的半导体制冷片(1)内部的P型半导体和N型半导体形状呈一定的弧度,能产生更大的温度差,比普通半导体制冷片效率快一倍以上,节省时间。
所述的一种新型冷热两用箱,其特征在于:所述的铜片4导热性能好、耐腐蚀、抑菌性好且经济实惠的优点。
本实用新型一种新型冷热两用箱的具体实施方式的工作原理为:本装置主要通过半导体制冷片1进行制冷和制热,制冷时,覆盖于半导体制冷片1上面的水冷头7和分布在四周的水管3将半导体制冷片1发出的冷量带走,同时覆盖在水管3上的铜片4将冷量传导给待制冷的物品。制热时,通过风扇5带走散热鳍片11上的热量,并将其输送到需要加热的物品上。

1.一种新型冷热两用箱,其特征是:装置是由二十个半导体制冷片(1)、托盘(2)、水管(3)、铜片(4)、风扇(5)、风扇支撑架(6)、水冷头(7)、箱体(8)、温度显示器(9)、水泵(10)、散热鳍片(11)、电源开关(12)组成;所述的二十个半导体制冷片(1)以阵列形式放置在箱体(8)上层的托盘(2)上;所述的三个水冷头(7)覆盖在二十个半导体制冷片(1)上端,水冷头(7)的进水口和出水口分别与水管(3)相连接;所述的水泵(10)的进水口与出水口分别与水管(3)相连接并安装在上层托盘(2)上;所述的水管(3)呈U型分布在箱体(8)的上层内壁上;所述的铜片(4)放置于水管(3)上;所述的散热鳍片(11)安装在二十个半导体制冷片(1)下端;所述的风扇支撑架(6)镶嵌在箱体(8)的下层内壁上;所述的两个风扇(5)安装在风扇支撑架(6)上;所述的温度显示器(9)安装在箱体(8)上;所述的电源开关(12)安装在箱体(8)的侧面。
