Abstract
本公开揭示了一种畜禽养殖废水深度处理装置,包括:臭氧发生装置、臭氧处理池、上向流反硝化滤池、下向流反硝化滤池和反洗废水池;其中,所述臭氧发生装置的输出端至少包括第一支路,所述第一支路连接至所述臭氧处理池的第一输入端;所述臭氧处理池的第一输出端连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池的输入端;所述上向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池的第一输入端,所述上向流反硝化滤池的第二输出端和所述下向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端共同连接至所述反洗废水池的输入端;所述下向流反硝化滤池还包括第二输出端,所述第二输出端用于排水。本公开能够较好的去除畜禽养殖废水中的难降解有机物,具有良好的脱氮效果,出水水质好且稳定。
Description
技术领域
本公开属于废水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种畜禽养殖废水深度处理装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着我国农业结构调整和农业产业化推进,规模化、集约化的畜禽养殖业得以快速发展,但随之而来的环境问题也日益凸显──规模化畜禽养殖业产生的大量废水得不到有效处理。畜禽养殖废水中含有大量有机污染物、病原微生物和细菌,且颜色深、臭味浓、悬浮物多,其中,COD高达5000-40000mg/L,氨氮高达1000-3000mg/L,总氮高达1200-4000mg/L,SS超标数十倍。畜禽养殖废水污染已经成为继工业废水污染、生活废水污染后的第三大废水污染源,高浓度的废水如不经处理直接排入江河湖泊中,将造成地表水及地下水的水质不断恶化,使生态环境遭到严重污染和破坏,并直接或间接地危害人体健康。
现有的畜禽养殖废水处理工艺主要采用厌氧-好氧组合工艺去除其中所含的的COD、BOD5、氨氮和总氮,该工艺不能高效的去除难降解有机物和总氮。畜禽养殖废水经好氧生化处理后,其有机物和总氮含量依然无法达到相关出水标准要求。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本公开的目的在于提供一种畜禽养殖废水深度处理装置。
为实现上述目的,本公开提供以下技术方案:
一种畜禽养殖废水深度处理装置,包括:臭氧发生装置、臭氧处理池、上向流反硝化滤池、下向流反硝化滤池和反洗废水池;其中,所述臭氧发生装置的输出端至少包括第一支路,
所述第一支路连接至所述臭氧处理池的第一输入端;
所述臭氧处理池的第一输出端连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池的输入端;
所述上向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池的第一输入端,
所述上向流反硝化滤池的第二输出端和所述下向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端共同连接至所述反洗废水池的输入端;
所述下向流反硝化滤池还包括第二输出端,所述第二输出端用于排水。
优选的,所述臭氧处理池的底部至少布置有一组臭氧释放器。
优选的,所述上向流反硝化滤池的底部设有配水区,所述配水区上方设有第一滤板,所述第一滤板由多个第一滤池支撑柱支撑,所述第一滤板下方设置有第一反冲洗气管,所述第一滤板贯穿设置有多个第一长柄滤头,所述第一滤板上方设有第一承托层,所述第一承托层上方为第一滤料层,所述第一滤料层上方为溢流出水口,所述溢流出水口处设有出水渠和第一反洗排水渠。
优选的,所述出水渠中设有栅型稳流板,所述栅型稳流板的倾斜角度为50°-70°。
优选的,所述下向流反硝化滤池底部设有集水层,所述集水层上方设有第二滤板,所述第二滤板由多个第二滤池支撑柱支撑,所述第二滤板下方设置有第二反冲洗气管,所述第二滤板贯穿设置有多个第二长柄滤头,所述第二滤板上方设有第二承托层,所述第二承托层上方为第二滤料层,所述第二滤料层上方设有进水渠和第二反洗排水渠,所述进水渠与所述出水渠相连。
优选的,所述装置还包括尾气处理装置,所述臭氧处理池的第二输出端连接至所述尾气处理装置的输入端。
优选的,所述装置还包括第一碳源投加装置,所述第一碳源投加装置的输出端与所述臭氧处理池的第一输出端共同连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池的输入端。
优选的,所述装置还包括第二碳源投加装置,所述第二碳源投加装置的输出端与所述上向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端共同连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池的输入端。
优选的,所述第一滤料层中设有陶粒或火山岩。
优选的,所述第二滤料层中设有粗石英砂。
本公开带来的有益效果为:通过将两级反硝化滤池串联,强化脱氮效果,且跟臭氧工艺组合,臭氧工艺降解的有机物作为反硝化脱氮过程的碳源,可减少碳源投加量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本公开的技术方案进行详细说明。本领域技术人员应当清楚,以下实施例仅用于对本公开进行示例性说明。
如图1所示,一种畜禽养殖废水深度处理装置,包括:臭氧发生装置1、臭氧处理池2、上向流反硝化滤池3、下向流反硝化滤池4和反洗废水池5;其中,
所述臭氧发生装置1的输出端包括第一支路,
所述第一支路连接至所述臭氧处理池2的第一输入端;
所述臭氧处理池2的第一输出端连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池3的输入端;
所述上向流反硝化滤池3的第一输出端连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池4的第一输入端,
所述上向流反硝化滤池3的第二输出端和所述下向流反硝化滤池4的第一输出端共同连接至所述反洗废水池5的输入端;
所述下向流反硝化滤池4还包括第二输出端,所述第二输出端用于排水。
上述实施例将臭氧氧化和两级反硝化滤池(反硝化陶粒生物滤池和反硝化砂滤池)串联进行深度脱氮处理,有效利用原水中的碳源,充分利用各级反硝化滤池的特点及优势,提高脱氮效率,同时可去除悬浮物,保证出水水质。
另一个实施例中,如图2所示,本公开还提供另一种畜禽养殖废水深度处理装置,包括:臭氧发生装置1、臭氧处理池2、上向流反硝化滤池3、下向流反硝化滤池4和反洗废水池5;其中,
所述臭氧发生装置1的输出端包括第一至第三支路,
所述第一支路连接至所述臭氧处理池2的第一输入端,
所述第二支路连接至所述臭氧处理池2的第二输入端,
所述第二支路连接至所述臭氧处理池2的第二输入端;
所述臭氧处理池2的第一输出端连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池3的输入端;
所述上向流反硝化滤池3的第一输出端连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池4的输入端,
所述上向流反硝化滤池3的第二输出端和所述下向流反硝化滤池4的第一输出端共同连接至所述反洗废水池5的输入端;
所述下向流反硝化滤池4还包括第二输出端,所述第二输出端用于排水。
需要说明的是,前述实施例和上述实施例仅做示例性说明,不作为对本方案的限制,其中,臭氧发生装置1的输出端所包含的支路数量可根据具体情况进行其他选择,而不应该被前述和上述实施例限定。
另一个实施例中,所述臭氧处理池2的底部至少布置有一组臭氧释放器2-1。
需要说明的是,臭氧处理池2中的臭氧释放器2-1的数量根据臭氧发生装置1的输出端的支路数量决定,针对前2个实施例而言,当臭氧处理池2的输出端仅包括第一支路时,臭氧处理池2中相应的布置一组臭氧释放器,具体如图1所示;当臭氧处理池2的输出端包括第一至第三支路时,臭氧处理池2中相应的布置三组臭氧释放器,具体如图2所示。
另一个实施例中,所述上向流反硝化滤池3的底部设有配水区3-2,所述配水区3-2上方设有第一滤板3-3,所述第一滤板3-3由多个第一滤池支撑柱3-1支撑,所述第一滤板3-3下方设置有第一反冲洗气管3-10,所述第一滤板3-3下方设有多个第一长柄滤头3-9,所述第一滤板3-3上方设有第一承托层3-4,所述第一承托层3-4上方为第一滤料层3-5,所述第一滤料层3-5上方为溢流出水口,所述溢流出水口处设有出水渠3-7和第一反洗排水渠3-8,所述出水渠3-7中设有栅型稳流板3-6。
上述实施例的工作过程为:污水进入配水区3-2后通过第一长柄滤头3-9均匀布水,污水向上流动通过第一滤料层3-5过滤及滤料上微生物降解后得到净化,然后通过栅型稳流板3-6流入出水渠3-7排入下一单元。
另一个实施例中,所述下向流反硝化滤池4底部设有集水层4-2,所述集水层4-2上方设有第二滤板4-3,所述第二滤板4-3由多个第二滤池支撑柱4-1支撑,所述第二滤板4-3下方设置有第二反冲洗气管4-9,所述第二滤板4-3下方设有多个第二长柄滤头4-7,所述第二滤板3-3上方设有第二承托层4-4,所述第二承托层4-4上方为第二滤料层4-5,所述第二滤料层4-5上方设有进水渠4-6和第二反洗排水渠4-8,所述进水渠4-6与所述出水渠3-7相连。
上述实施例的工作过程为:污水流入进水渠4-6,均匀将污水分布在池体表面,污水向下流动通过第二滤料层4-5过滤及滤料上微生物降解后得到净化,然后通过池体底部集水层4-2内的集水管对水收集后排放。
另一个实施例中,所述出水渠中设有栅型稳流板3-6,所述栅型稳流板3-6的倾斜角度为50°-70°。
另一个实施例中,所述装置还包括尾气处理装置6,所述臭氧处理池2的第二输出端连接至尾气处理装置6的输入端。
本实施例中,当臭氧释放器2-1释放的臭氧过量时,多余臭氧会进入尾气处理装置2-2中进行处理,以免泄露对人体造成损害。
另一个实施例中,所述装置还包括第一碳源投加装置7-1,所述第一碳源投加装置7-1的输出端与所述臭氧处理池的第一输出端共同连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池3的输入端。
本实施例中,由于反硝化脱氮过程需要消耗碳源,而原水中所含碳源不足,此时需要外加碳源。
另一个实施例中,所述装置还包括第二碳源投加装置7-2,所述第二碳源投加装置7-2的输出端与所述上向流反硝化滤池3的第一输出端共同连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池4的输入端。
另一个实施例中,所述第一滤料层3-5中设有陶粒或火山岩。
本实施例中,陶粒或火山岩微孔丰富,表面粗糙,比表面积大,利于微生物生长繁殖,挂膜效率高,可有效去除水中的总氮和有机物。
另一个实施例中,所述第二滤料层4-5中设有粗石英砂。
本实施例中,粗石英砂抗压耐磨,机械强度高,粒径小,截污能力强,可进一步去除水中的总氮和悬浮物。

1.一种畜禽养殖废水深度处理装置,包括:臭氧发生装置、臭氧处理池、上向流反硝化滤池、下向流反硝化滤池和反洗废水池;其中,
所述臭氧发生装置的输出端至少包括第一支路,
所述第一支路连接至所述臭氧处理池的第一输入端;
所述臭氧处理池的第一输出端连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池的输入端;
所述上向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池的第一输入端,
所述上向流反硝化滤池的第二输出端和所述下向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端共同连接至所述反洗废水池的输入端;
所述下向流反硝化滤池还包括第二输出端,所述第二输出端用于排水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述臭氧处理池的底部至少布置有一组臭氧释放器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上向流反硝化滤池的底部设有配水区,所述配水区上方设有第一滤板,所述第一滤板由多个第一滤池支撑柱支撑,所述第一滤板下方设置有第一反冲洗气管,所述第一滤板贯穿设置有多个第一长柄滤头,所述第一滤板上方设有第一承托层,所述第一承托层上方为第一滤料层,所述第一滤料层上方为溢流出水口,所述溢流出水口处设有出水渠和第一反洗排水渠。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述出水渠中设有栅型稳流板,所述栅型稳流板的倾斜角度为50°-70°。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述下向流反硝化滤池底部设有集水层,所述集水层上方设有第二滤板,所述第二滤板由多个第二滤池支撑柱支撑,所述第二滤板下方设置有第二反冲洗气管,所述第二滤板贯穿设置有多个第二长柄滤头,所述第二滤板上方设有第二承托层,所述第二承托层上方为第二滤料层,所述第二滤料层上方设有进水渠和第二反洗排水渠,所述进水渠与所述出水渠相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括尾气处理装置,所述臭氧处理池的第二输出端连接至所述尾气处理装置的输入端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第一碳源投加装置,所述第一碳源投加装置的输出端与所述臭氧处理池的第一输出端共同连接至所述上向流反硝化滤池的输入端。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第二碳源投加装置,所述第二碳源投加装置的输出端与所述上向流反硝化滤池的第一输出端共同连接至所述下向流反硝化滤池的输入端。
9.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一滤料层中设有陶粒或火山岩。
10.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二滤料层中设有粗石英砂。
