If the transport vehicle 200 is provided with a generator, it is possible to take into account electrical refrigeration, and if not, the dry ice storage area 303 should be filled beforehand with a sufficient amount of dry ice.
Therefore, the adoption of the logistics cabinet 300 not only can ensure the fresh-keeping and cold-keeping effects of the frozen fresh goods in the chain sales transportation and temporary storage process, but also can ensure the cold-keeping and fresh-keeping effects of the frozen fresh goods in the transportation process.
The method can obviously prolong the quality guarantee period of fresh and frozen products, provides possibility for the chain sale of intermittent supply, does not need to sell dishes on the same day, and can guarantee the quality guarantee period for a long time.
Meanwhile, in the case of the fluctuation of sales and the poor sales of some single products, the logistics cabinet 300 can also be used as a temporary stock mechanism of the storefront,
in order to use only one logistics cabinet 300 in a storefront or a point of sale, the logistics cabinet 300 is further optimized in the embodiment, specifically, the logistics cabinet 300 is divided into a frozen product storage area 304 and a fresh product storage area 305; the third refrigeration pipeline 302 is arranged in the wall of the frozen product storage area 304 and the fresh food storage area 305, and the dry ice containing area 303 is arranged in the frozen product storage area 304; an air vent 306 is arranged between the frozen product storage area 304 and the fresh storage area 305; an exhaust valve is arranged on the logistics cabinet 300. The top of commodity circulation cabinet 300 generally is the lid, and the discharge valve sets up on the lid, and in the dry ice of freezing article storage area 304 holds the district 303, the carbon dioxide that the dry ice produced after volatilizing entered into the fresh storage area, as the inert gas of fresh storage area 305, and it can bring into the precooling of freezing article storage area 304 into the fresh storage area simultaneously, and the cold volume of low-grade is enough to supply the source as the cold volume of fresh storage area.
As a variant, cold storage plates can also be placed in the dry ice receiving region 303.
Preferably, a heat insulation layer 307 is arranged between the frozen product storage area 304 and the fresh storage area 305; the bottom of the logistics cabinet 300 is provided with casters 308, and the transport vehicle 200 is a cold chain transport vehicle 200.
In order to prolong the shelf life of the fresh and frozen products, particularly the shelf life of the fresh and frozen products, besides the corresponding fresh-keeping work is well done in the logistics and sales processes, the production process of raw materials is preferably controlled correspondingly, and the shelf life of 15 days can be reliably reached, specifically, the fresh and frozen products stored and sold in the fresh and frozen product automatic vending system 100 and the logistics cabinet 300 are both boxed or sealed and packaged fresh and frozen products; a water-permeable and air-permeable layer is arranged on the box or the sealing gasket for packaging the fresh food; a sealing layer which can be torn off is arranged outside the water-permeable and air-permeable layer;
before the boxed or bagged fresh food enters the fresh food and frozen product vending system 100, the sealing layer seals the water-permeable and air-permeable layer; inert gas is injected into the boxed fresh food and the bagged fresh food;
when the boxed or bagged fresh food enters the fresh food and frozen product vending system 100, the sealing layer is torn off.
Of course, if the non-plant food such as meat and fish is contained in the fresh food in the box, the sealing layer does not need to be torn off even if the food enters the fresh and frozen product vending system 100.
One of the innovations of this embodiment is: a certain fresh-keeping means is adopted in the processes of production, transportation, temporary storage, sale and storage of the fresh food, and the sales of the fresh food can reach the set target through a series of efforts.
In order to further improve the use comfort of users, the processed seasoning bags such as fresh ginger, garlic, scallion and the like can be attached to both fresh and frozen products, so that the users do not need to purchase fresh seasonings additionally.
The chain store can enable the existing fresh chain store to get rid of the embarrassment of material waste caused by the current dish selling and the current day selling, and further enables the dish selling to be changed from the theoretical unmanned selling into the unmanned selling which can be realized by landing.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be equivalent replacement modes, and all are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (11)
1. An automatic vending system for fresh and frozen products comprises a vending machine body, wherein a vending area is arranged in the vending machine body; it is characterized by also comprising a fresh-keeping storehouse and a refrigerating storehouse which are arranged in the vending machine body; the fresh-keeping warehouse is internally provided with a first environmental parameter adjusting module for adjusting the temperature, the content of inert gas and the humidity in the fresh-keeping warehouse; a second environment parameter adjusting module for adjusting the temperature in the freezer is arranged in the freezer; the fresh-keeping storehouse and the freezer are connected with the sales area through the first conveying unit and the second conveying unit.
2. The vending system for fresh, frozen products according to claim 1, further comprising an inert gas supply unit, a refrigeration unit; the first environmental parameter adjusting module comprises a first refrigerating pipeline, a first temperature sensor, an inert gas supply pipe, an exhaust pipe communicated with the atmosphere, a humidifier and a humidity sensor, wherein the first refrigerating pipeline, the first temperature sensor, the inert gas supply pipe, the exhaust pipe communicated with the atmosphere and the humidity sensor are arranged in the fresh-keeping warehouse; a first valve controlled by a first temperature sensor is arranged between the first refrigeration pipeline and the refrigeration unit; the inert gas supply pipe is connected with the inert gas supply unit, and the humidifier controls the humidity in the fresh-keeping warehouse according to the data of the humidity sensor.

The vending system of fresh and frozen goods according to claim 2, wherein the inert gas supply unit is a liquid nitrogen tank, a liquid carbon dioxide tank, or a nitrogen generator, and the refrigeration unit is a refrigeration unit using a compressor for refrigeration, a liquid nitrogen tank, or a liquid carbon dioxide tank.

The vending system of fresh, frozen produce according to claim 2, wherein said second environmental parameter adjustment module comprises a second refrigeration conduit and a second temperature sensor disposed within the freezer; and a second valve controlled by a second temperature sensor is arranged between the second refrigeration pipeline and the refrigeration unit.
5. The vending system for fresh, frozen produce according to claim 2, further comprising a controller; the first environmental parameter adjusting module also comprises a pressure sensor, an oxygen concentration detection probe and ethylene removing equipment which are arranged in the fresh-keeping warehouse;
the second environment parameter adjusting module, the first conveying unit and the second conveying unit are all electrically connected to the controller.

The vending system for fresh and frozen products according to claim 1, wherein the vending area is divided into a fresh selling area connected to the fresh keeping warehouse and a frozen selling area connected to the freezing warehouse; the fresh food selling area is connected with the fresh food storehouse through a first conveying unit; the frozen product selling area is connected with the freezer through a second conveying unit; give birth to being equipped with in the bright district of selling and be used for adjusting the third environmental parameter regulation module who gives birth to temperature, inert gas content, humidity in the bright district of selling of bright district, frozen article sell and are equipped with the fourth environmental parameter regulation module who is used for adjusting frozen article and sell district's temperature in the district.

A fresh and frozen product distribution and sale system, which is characterized by comprising a plurality of fresh and frozen product automatic sale systems as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, a transport vehicle and a logistics cabinet arranged in the vehicle of the transport vehicle, wherein the logistics cabinet is a logistics cabinet with a heat preservation function; an electric refrigeration module is arranged on the outer side of the logistics cabinet, and a third refrigeration pipeline is arranged in the logistics cabinet; and a dry ice containing area for filling dry ice is also arranged in the logistics cabinet.

The fresh food and frozen product distribution and sale system according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the fresh food and frozen product stored and sold in the fresh food and frozen product vending system and the logistics cabinet are boxed or sealed bagged fresh food and frozen product; a water-permeable and air-permeable layer is arranged on the box or the sealing gasket for packaging the fresh food; a sealing layer which can be torn off is arranged outside the water-permeable and air-permeable layer;
when the boxed or bagged fresh food enters the fresh food and frozen product vending system, the sealing layer seals the water-permeable and air-permeable layer; inert gas is injected into the boxed fresh food and the bagged fresh food;
and when the boxed or bagged fresh food enters the fresh food and frozen product vending system, tearing off the sealing layer.
