背景技术
转炉钢渣是转炉炼钢工序产生的一种废渣,转炉渣外观呈黑色和黑中透绿,性脆、坚硬、结构致密,密度约为4.0~4.5kg/m3,转炉渣中主要成分是铁硅酸盐和磁性氧化物,主要以铁橄榄石、磁铁矿和辉石的形式存在,另外钢渣中还夹杂着可观的铁质金属,需要对转炉钢渣进行筛选,现有的转炉渣振动筛选装置,转炉钢渣的废料分离不够全面,无法将其中混杂的铁质金属分离回收。
所以,如何设计一种转炉渣振动筛选装置,成为我们当前要解决的问题。

针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种转炉渣振动筛选装置,有效的解决了现有的转炉渣振动筛选装置,转炉钢渣的废料分离不够全面,无法将其中混杂的铁质金属分离回收的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:包括装置本体,所述装置本体外部前端铰接有门板,装置本体外部一侧固定有开关按钮,装置本体顶端一侧固定有进料斗,装置本体内部开设有空腔,空腔上部两侧均固定有支撑板,支撑板顶端固定有弹簧座,弹簧座顶端固定有输送板,输送板内侧开设有分离槽,输送板外部两侧均固定有振动器。
优选的,所述空腔内侧位于输送板底端之间固定有滑板,滑板底端固定有吸铁板,滑板底端和吸铁板外部一侧固定有第一分隔板。
优选的,所述空腔内部位于滑板底端两侧均固定有固定架,固定架内侧之间固定有输送机,输送机外侧固定有吸铁条,固定架底端一侧固定有固定板,固定板内侧位于吸铁条底端之间挡板,空腔内部顶端位于输送机底端一侧固定有第二分隔板,固定架、滑板和输送板顶端两侧均固定有护栏。
优选的,所述输送板、滑板和输送机的横截面为下倾式结构,其与水平面的夹角大小为30度。
优选的,所述吸铁条和吸铁板均为一种强磁吸铁材质构成,吸铁条均匀固定与输送机输送带表面。
优选的,所述开关按钮数量为2个,振动器和输送机均与开关按钮电性连接,开关按钮、振动器和输送机均与市电电性连接。
本实用新型结构新颖,构思巧妙,通过振动器将废渣进行初步的振动筛选,从而方便将不同大小的废渣进行分离存放,通过吸铁板和吸铁条可以将铁质金属吸附住,从而方便对铁质金属进行分离回收。

实施例一,由图1、图2、图3和图4给出,本实用新型包括装置本体1,装置本体1外部前端铰接有门板2,通过门板2打开或关闭装置本体1内部,装置本体1外部一侧固定有开关按钮3,通过开关按钮3控制电器部件,装置本体1顶端一侧固定有进料斗4,通过进料斗4将废渣倒入装置本体1内,装置本体1内部开设有空腔5,空腔5上部两侧均固定有支撑板6,通过支撑板6支撑固定输送板8,支撑板6顶端固定有弹簧座7,通过弹簧座7使输送板8在受到振动时能随着震动,弹簧座7顶端固定有输送板8,输送板8将废渣传递到下方,输送板8内侧开设有分离槽9,通过分离槽9将不同大小的废渣块分隔开,输送板8外部两侧均固定有振动器10,通过振动器10振动时输送板8共振,从而使输送板8上的废渣不会堆积,使不同大小的废渣进行分离槽9内滑落到下方。
实施例二,在实施例一的基础上,由图2和图3给出,空腔5内侧位于输送板8底端之间固定有滑板11,滑板11底端固定有吸铁板12,滑板11底端和吸铁板12外部一侧固定有第一分隔板13,当细小的废渣掉落到滑板11上时,通过倾斜的滑板11便可将细小的废渣滑落到第一分隔板13和空腔5形成的储存空间内,同时废渣内的铁质金属也是细小的所以很容易被滑板11底端固定的吸铁板12磁性吸附在滑板11上,从而方便的将细小的废渣和铁质金属分离开。
实施例三,在实施例一的基础上,由图2和图3给出,空腔5内部位于滑板11底端两侧均固定有固定架14,固定架14内侧之间固定有输送机15,输送机15外侧固定有吸铁条16,固定架14底端一侧固定有固定板17,固定板17内侧位于吸铁条16底端之间挡板18,空腔5内部顶端位于输送机15底端一侧固定有第二分隔板19,固定架14、滑板11和输送板8顶端两侧均固定有护栏20,当较大的废渣通过输送板8滑落掉在输送机15时,输送机15同时转动输送带,使掉落的废渣被输送带向下倾斜传递,从而掉落的废渣被输送机15均匀的传递掉落到空腔5和第二分隔板19一侧的储存空间内,而废渣内的铁质金属则被输送带表面均匀固定的吸铁条16吸附住,在废渣掉落下去时,铁质金属可以随着吸铁条16移动到输送机15的底端,铁质金属在通过第二分隔板19随着输送机15旋转移动过程中,当移动到底端固定的挡板18前时,由于挡板18距离吸铁条16很近,较大的铁质金属便无法通过挡板18和吸铁条16之间的缝隙,从而使铁质金属被挤落到空腔5和第二分隔板19另一侧形成的储存空间内,从而可以清楚的将较大的废渣和铁质金属分离进行存放。
实施例四,在实施例一的基础上,输送板8、滑板11和输送机15的横截面为下倾式结构,其与水平面的夹角大小为30度,通过倾斜的输送板8、滑板11和输送机15便于废渣的滑落,30度的倾斜更方便废渣的掉落。
实施例五,在实施例二的基础上,吸铁条16和吸铁板12均为一种强磁吸铁材质构成,吸铁条16均匀固定与输送机15输送带表面,强磁吸铁材质的吸铁条16和吸铁板12能更好的将铁质金属吸附住,吸铁条16固定在输送机15上输送带表面,从而可以直接吸附住较大的铁质金属。
实施例六,在实施例一的基础上,由图4给出,开关按钮3数量为2个,振动器10和输送机15均与开关按钮3电性连接,开关按钮3、振动器10和输送机15均与市电电性连接,通过开关按钮3控制振动器10和输送机15的开关,从而便于装置的正常工作,市电给装置被电器提供电量。
在本实施例中:振动器10采用ZKF150振动器,输送机15采用sdt-vx-001输送机。
工作原理:本实用新型使用时,需要对转炉渣进行筛选分离时,可以将废渣倒入到进料斗4内,当废渣进入到输送板8上时,可以通过开关按钮3启动振动器10,振动器10工作振动带动输送板8一同振动,输送板8底端的弹簧座7使输送板8可以振动的幅度更好,由于输送板8处于倾斜安装在空腔5内,当输送板8振动时顶端放置的废渣一同振动的朝下方移动,不同大小的废渣会进入到分离槽9内,细小的废渣会从底端分离槽9的缝隙掉落到滑板11上,当细小的废渣掉落到滑板11上时,通过倾斜的滑板11便可将细小的废渣滑落到第一分隔板13和空腔5形成的储存空间内,同时废渣内的铁质金属也是细小的所以很容易被滑板11底端固定的吸铁板12磁性吸附在滑板11上,从而方便的将细小的废渣和铁质金属分离开,而较大的废渣会随分离槽9内的空间和输送板8掉落到输送机15上,当较大的废渣通过输送板8滑落掉在输送机15时,通过开关按钮3启动输送机15,使输送机15上的输送带转动,使掉落的废渣被输送带向下倾斜传递,从而掉落的废渣被输送机15均匀的传递掉落到空腔5和第二分隔板19一侧的储存空间内,而废渣内的铁质金属则被输送带表面均匀固定的吸铁条16吸附住,在废渣掉落下去时,铁质金属可以随着吸铁条16移动到输送机15的底端,铁质金属在通过第二分隔板19随着输送机15旋转移动过程中,当移动到底端固定的挡板18前时,由于挡板18距离吸铁条16很近,较大的铁质金属便无法通过挡板18和吸铁条16之间的缝隙,从而使铁质金属被挤落到空腔5和第二分隔板19另一侧形成的储存空间内,从而可以清楚的将较大的废渣和铁质金属分离进行存放,这样便可以通过装置将不同大小的废渣进行分离,同时铁质金属也能进行很好的分离存放,分离完后,人们可以打开门板2将其取出,在进行下一步的加工。
本实用新型结构新颖,构思巧妙,通过振动器将废渣进行初步的振动筛选,从而方便将不同大小的废渣进行分离存放,通过吸铁板和吸铁条可以将铁质金属吸附住,从而方便对铁质金属进行分离回收。

1.一种转炉渣振动筛选装置,包括装置本体(1),其特征在于:所述装置本体(1)外部前端铰接有门板(2),装置本体(1)外部一侧固定有开关按钮(3),装置本体(1)顶端一侧固定有进料斗(4),装置本体(1)内部开设有空腔(5),空腔(5)上部两侧均固定有支撑板(6),支撑板(6)顶端固定有弹簧座(7),弹簧座(7)顶端固定有输送板(8),输送板(8)内侧开设有分离槽(9),输送板(8)外部两侧均固定有振动器(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转炉渣振动筛选装置,其特征在于:所述空腔(5)内侧位于输送板(8)底端之间固定有滑板(11),滑板(11)底端固定有吸铁板(12),滑板(11)底端和吸铁板(12)外部一侧固定有第一分隔板(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种转炉渣振动筛选装置,其特征在于:所述空腔(5)内部位于滑板(11)底端两侧均固定有固定架(14),固定架(14)内侧之间固定有输送机(15),输送机(15)外侧固定有吸铁条(16),固定架(14)底端一侧固定有固定板(17),固定板(17)内侧位于吸铁条(16)底端之间挡板(18),空腔(5)内部顶端位于输送机(15)底端一侧固定有第二分隔板(19),固定架(14)、滑板(11)和输送板(8)顶端两侧均固定有护栏(20)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种转炉渣振动筛选装置,其特征在于:所述输送板(8)、滑板(11)和输送机(15)的横截面为下倾式结构,其与水平面的夹角大小为30度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种转炉渣振动筛选装置,其特征在于:所述吸铁条(16)和吸铁板(12)均为一种强磁吸铁材质构成,吸铁条(16)均匀固定与输送机(15)输送带表面。
