Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a phenol-containing sewage treatment apparatus, which includes a solid impurity filtering grid 1, an acid-base adjusting tank 2, a water collecting tank 3, a coagulation sedimentation tank 4 and an air stripping tower 5, wherein phenol-containing sewage enters the acid-base adjusting tank 2 after passing through the solid impurity filtering grid 1, the acid-base adjusting tank 2 is connected to the coagulation sedimentation tank 4 through a pipeline, and the coagulation sedimentation tank 4 is connected to the air stripping tower 5 through a pipeline, and is characterized in that the air stripping tower 5 sequentially passes through a secondary sedimentation tank 10, a nitrification tank 9, a denitrification tank 8 and an upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor 7 connected in series through a pipeline, the upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor 7 is connected to a reagent reaction kettle 6 through a pipeline, a liquid outlet at the upper end of the reagent reaction kettle 6 is connected to an oxidation tank 11 through a pipeline, and a liquid outlet of the oxidation tank 11 is sequentially connected to a membrane bioreactor 12 and a nanofiltration device 13 through a pipeline, a liquid outlet pipeline of the nanofiltration device 13 is connected with a disinfection tank 14, and a reclaimed water recycling connecting pipe and an outer discharge pipe are arranged on the disinfection tank 14.

In the embodiment, large-particle solid impurities in high-concentration phenol-containing sewage are removed through a solid impurity filtering grid 1, the sewage is conveyed to an acid-base adjusting tank 2, the pH of the sewage is adjusted to be between 7 and 8, then the sewage enters a coagulation reaction sedimentation tank 4, particles which are difficult to precipitate in the water can be mutually polymerized to form colloid, then the colloid is combined with impurities in a water body to form a larger flocculating constituent, then a liquid-gas phase enters a stripping tower 5 to remove dissolved gas and certain volatile substances in the water, a medicament reaction kettle 6 is used for adding a proper amount of reaction reagent aiming at different phenol-containing sewage, then the sewage enters an up-flow anaerobic sludge bed reactor 7 to carry out three-phase separation, a small amount of amino acid impurities are removed through a denitrification tank 8 and a nitrification tank 9 after the three-phase separation, finally the sewage is precipitated through a secondary sedimentation tank 10 and then enters a membrane bioreactor 12 to carry out membrane filtration, and then heavy water separation and sterilization treatment are carried out, thereby achieving the emission standard.

A phenol-containing sewage treatment device comprises a solid impurity filtering grid (1), an acid-base adjusting tank (2), a water collecting tank (3), a coagulation reaction sedimentation tank (4) and a stripping tower (5), wherein phenol-containing sewage passes through the solid impurity filtering grid (1) and then enters the acid-base adjusting tank (2), the acid-base adjusting tank (2) is connected with the coagulation reaction sedimentation tank (4) through a pipeline, the coagulation reaction sedimentation tank (4) is connected with the stripping tower (5) through a pipeline, the phenol-containing sewage treatment device is characterized in that the stripping tower (5) is sequentially connected with a secondary sedimentation tank (10), a nitrification tank (9), a denitrification tank (8) and an up-flow anaerobic sludge bed reactor (7) through pipelines, the up-flow anaerobic sludge bed reactor (7) is connected with a medicament reaction kettle (6) through a pipeline, and an upper end liquid outlet of the medicament reaction kettle (6) is connected with an oxidation tank (11) through a pipeline, the liquid outlet of oxidation pond (11) pipe connection membrane bioreactor (12) and nanofiltration device (13) in proper order, the liquid outlet pipe connection disinfection pond (14) of nanofiltration device (13), be equipped with reuse of reclaimed water takeover and outer calandria on disinfection pond (14).

The phenol-containing wastewater treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: a heat preservation and heating system (71) is arranged on the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (7), and a gas phase separation pipe on the upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor (7) is connected with the denitrification tank (8).

The phenol-containing wastewater treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the secondary sedimentation tank (10) is connected with a sludge concentration tank (15), and the sludge concentration tank (15) connects sludge at the bottom with a filter press (16) through a conveying auger.

The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the upper part of the sludge concentration tank (15) is connected with the acid-base adjusting tank (2) through a pipeline, and a water suction pump is arranged on the pipeline of the sludge concentration tank (15) and the pipeline of the acid-base adjusting tank (2).
5. The phenol-containing wastewater treatment device according to claim 1, wherein: a return pipe (81) is arranged between the nitrification tank (9) and the denitrification tank (8), and an electric ball valve is arranged on the return pipe.
