SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To overcome the problems in the related art, the present disclosure provides a packing box that can be lifted when opening the packing, thereby displaying the packed product.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a packing box including:
at least one drawer box;
the lifting box is connected with the at least one drawing box through at least two first connecting parts, and the first connecting parts are foldable plates; and
the envelope is in a cylindrical shape with two open ends, a lifting port is formed in the wall of the envelope, the pull box and the lifting box are accommodated in the envelope, the first connecting part can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state by operating the pull box to enter and exit the envelope,
when the drawing box is received in the envelope, the first connecting part is in a folded state and at least partially overlapped with the bottom of the lifting box,
when the pull box is pulled out of the jacket, the first connecting part is unfolded and supports the lifting box to at least partially leave the jacket through the lifting opening.
Preferably, the packing box further includes a foldable plate-shaped second connecting portion, the first connecting portion is connected to the lifting box and the second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is connected to the drawer box, the second connecting portion is at least partially clamped between the drawer box and the lifting box when the second connecting portion is in a folded state, and the second connecting portion separates the drawer box from the lifting box when the second connecting portion is in an unfolded state.
Preferably, the rigidity of the second connecting portion is smaller than the rigidity of the first connecting portion.
Preferably, the pull box can be completely or partially exposed from the envelope when the first connector and/or the second connector are in the unfolded state.
Preferably, the first connecting portion is divided into a first plate and a second plate by a bending line, the bending line extends along a front-rear direction of the packing box, and when the first connecting portion is in an unfolded state, the first plate can be in a substantially vertical state to support the lifting box to be lifted up in an up-down direction.
Preferably, the two drawing boxes are arranged on two opposite sides of the lifting box.
Preferably, the first connecting portions are connected to both end positions of the lifting box in the left-right direction.
Preferably, the shape and size of the lifting port are the same as those of the cross-section of the lifting box.
Preferably, the pull box and the lifting box are hollow cuboids with openings at the tops.
Preferably, the drawer box is provided with an operating part facilitating drawing.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can obtain the following beneficial effects: when the packing carton is opened in the pull, the box that goes up and down can rise automatically to better show the product of packing.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In the following embodiments, the left-right direction X refers to a direction in which the drawer box 1 moves, the up-down direction Z refers to a direction in which the elevator box 2 moves, and the front-back direction Y is perpendicular to the left-right direction X and the up-down direction Z.
First embodiment
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the utility model provides a packing box for packing and showing products, this packing box includes pull box 1, lift box 2, envelope 3, first connecting portion 4 and second connecting portion 5, links together pull box 1 and lift box 2 through first connecting portion 4 and second connecting portion 5, and envelope 3 is the tube-shape, and pull box 1 and lift box 2 can insert in envelope 3.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 to 6, the drawer 1 is a housing with a cavity, and the top of the housing may be provided with an opening through which products and/or product accessories can be placed in the drawer 1. Further, the drawer 1 may have two parallel sides, which may function as guides when the drawer 1 is drawn in the left-right direction X. For example, the drawer 1 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, and the front side and the rear side may serve as a guide.
The drawer 1 may be provided with one or more, for example, two drawer 1, and two drawer 1 may be provided on opposite sides, for example, left and right sides, of the elevator box 2.
Further, the drawer 1 may be provided with an operation portion (not shown) for facilitating the drawing, and the drawer 1 may be drawn out from the jacket 3 through the operation portion, such as a ribbon, a pull ring, a groove, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 to 6, the lifting box 2 is a cylindrical hollow casing with an axis along the up-down direction Z, and the top of the lifting box 2 is provided with an opening through which a product and/or a product accessory can be placed in the lifting box 2, for example, the lifting box 2 may be a quadrangular prism with an opening at the top.
In the present embodiment, the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2 may have the same shape, for example, both are hollow cuboids with an opening at the top.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the jacket 3 is a cylindrical shape with both ends open, and for example, both ends of the jacket 3 in the left-right direction X are provided with openings through which the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2 can be housed in the jacket 3. The wall of the envelope 3 is provided with a lifting port 31, for example, the lifting port 31 is located at the top of the envelope 3, the shape and size of the lifting port 31 may be the same as the shape and size of the section (cross section) of the lifting box 2 along the horizontal direction, and the lifting box 2 can move in and out of the envelope 3 along the vertical direction Z through the lifting port 31.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the first connection portion 4 is a plate shape that can be bent along a bending line 43, the first connection portion 4 is divided into a first plate 41 and a second plate 42 by the bending line 43, and the bending line 43 may extend in the front-rear direction Y. The second connection portion 5 is plate-shaped and bendable along a bending line 53, the second connection portion 5 is divided into a third plate 51 and a fourth plate 52 by the bending line 53, and the bending line 53 may extend in the front-rear direction Y. The first connection portion 4 can support the lifting box 2, and the second connection portion 5 does not need to play a supporting role, so the rigidity of the second connection portion 5 can be less than that of the first connection portion 4. For example, the first connecting portion 4 may be a gray cardboard having a thickness of 2 mm, and the second connecting portion 5 may be a white cardboard having a thickness of 0.3 mm.
The first plate 41 is connected to the elevator box 2, the second plate 42 is connected to the third plate 51 of the second connector 5, and the fourth plate 52 is connected to the drawer box 1. The first connecting portion 4 is provided with a plurality of, for example, two, specifically, two first plates 41 connected to two edge positions in the left-right direction X of the lifting cassette 2, so that the first connecting portion 4 can stably support the lifting cassette 2. The drawer 1 and the first connector 4 are connected by a second connector 5. Two first connecting portions 4 are symmetrically arranged along a center line of the lifting box 2 extending along the front-rear direction Y, and the second plates 42 of the two first connecting portions 4 are bent along the bending line 43 in opposite directions, that is, one second plate 42 is bent leftward and the other second plate 42 is bent rightward.
As shown in fig. 4, when the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2 are installed in the jacket 3, the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2 are arranged side by side and at substantially the same height, and the first connecting portion 4 and the second connecting portion 5 are folded. When the first connecting portion 4 is folded, the first connecting portion 4 is folded such that the bending lines 43 of the two first connecting portions 4 are close to each other, and the first plate 41 and the second plate 42 are overlapped. The first connecting portion 4 is in a plate shape in a horizontal state as a whole when it is in a folded state, and the first connecting portion 4 is located at the bottom of the lifting box 2. Although the second coupling part 5 is not more clearly shown in fig. 4, it is understood that the second coupling part 5 is in a plate shape of a vertical state as a whole in a folded state, and the second coupling part 5 is sandwiched between the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2.
Further, since the first connecting portion 4 has a certain thickness after being folded, in order to enable the upper surfaces of the drawer 1 and the elevator box 2 to be located on the same plane, the height of the elevator box 2 may be smaller than the height of the drawer 1.
As shown in fig. 5, when the first connecting portion 4 is in the unfolded state, the first plate 41 may stand up and may assume a substantially vertical state, and may support the elevator box 2 to lift the elevator box 2. When the second connecting portion 5 is in the expanded state, it is expanded so as to extend substantially in the horizontal direction.
Fig. 6 may show an intermediate state from the opening of the packing box of fig. 4 to fig. 5, in which the second coupling portion 5 is unfolded first and then the first coupling portion 4 is unfolded to support the elevator box 2 when the drawer box 1 is pulled out.
The opening process of the package is described below:
the drawer 1 and the elevator box 2 are in the state shown in fig. 1 in the envelope 3, and when the packing box is opened, the two drawer 1 are pulled out in opposite directions, and the drawer 1 is pulled out from the two openings in the left-right direction X of the envelope 3 as shown in fig. 2. When the drawer box 1 is pulled out, the first connecting portion 4 and the second connecting portion 5 are transformed from the folded state to the unfolded state, i.e., from fig. 4 to fig. 5. The second connecting portion 5 is unfolded from a vertical folded state to a horizontal state, and the first connecting portion 4 is unfolded from a folded state to a state that the first plate 41 and the second plate 42 form an included angle, which may be, but is not limited to, 90 degrees, and the first plate 41 can support the lifting box 2 to automatically lift part of the lifting box away from the envelope 3 through the lifting opening 31. When the packing box is opened, the eye-catching frightening feeling can be brought to people, thereby attracting the attention of consumers.
Second embodiment
The overall structure of the packing box according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to that of the packing box according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. In the present embodiment, the same or similar components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 7, the utility model provides a packing box, packing box include pull box 1, lift box 2, envelope 3, first connecting portion 4 and second connecting portion 5, link together pull box 1 and lift box 2 through first connecting portion 4 and second connecting portion 5.
The drawing box 1 is provided with one, and the drawing box 1 is connected to the lifting box 2 through two first connecting parts 4 and two second connecting parts 5. The two first plates 41 are connected to two edge positions in the left-right direction X of the elevator box 2, the second plates 42 of the two first connecting portions 4 are bent in the same direction along the bending line 43, and the second plates 43 are bent toward the side where the drawer box 1 is located. The fourth plate 52 is connected to the drawer 1 and the two second plates 43 can be connected to one third plate 51, so that the second plate 43 is connected to the drawer 1 via the second connector 5. By drawing out the drawer box 1, the two first connecting portions 4 can be unfolded and support the elevator box 2 to rise. When the second connecting portion 5 is in a folded state, a part of the third plate 51 and the fourth plate 52 are overlapped and held between the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2. When the drawer box 1 is accommodated in the jacket 3, one first connecting portion 4 is folded to be located at the bottom of the elevator box 2, and the other first connecting portion 4 is folded to be located at the side of the elevator box 2.
It is understood that one end of the jacket in the left-right direction X is provided with an opening through which the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2 can be loaded into the jacket, and the jacket is provided with a space capable of accommodating the first connection part 4 located at the side of the elevator box 2.
Third embodiment
The overall structure of the packing box according to the third embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to that of the packing box according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. In the present embodiment, the same or similar components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the present invention provides a packing box, which comprises a drawing box 1, a lifting box 2, a cover 3, a first connecting portion 4 and a second connecting portion 5, wherein the drawing box 1 is connected with the lifting box 2 through the first connecting portion 4 and the second connecting portion 5.
The drawing box 1 is provided with a plurality of, for example, 4, and the lifting box 2 is provided with a plurality of, for example, two, and each lifting box 2 is connected with two drawing boxes 1 through the first connecting part 4 and the second connecting part 5. The two lifting boxes 2 are arranged along the front-rear direction Y, and the drawing box 1 is disposed on opposite sides, such as left and right sides, of the lifting boxes 2. The first plate 41 is connected to the elevator box 2, the second plate 42 is connected to the third plate 51 of the second connector 5, and the fourth plate 52 is connected to the drawer box 1. The lifting box 2 can be supported and lifted by drawing out a pair of drawing boxes 1 connected to the same lifting box 2.
Fourth embodiment
The overall structure of the packing box according to the third embodiment of the present disclosure is similar to that of the packing box according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. In the present embodiment, the same or similar components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 10, the utility model provides a packing box, the packing box includes pull box 1, lift box 2, envelope 3, first connecting portion 4 and second connecting portion 5, links together pull box 1 and lift box 2 through first connecting portion 4 and second connecting portion 5.
The drawing box 1 and the lifting box 2 are provided with a plurality of drawing boxes, for example, the drawing box 1 and the lifting box 2 are both provided with two, the two drawing boxes 1 are positioned on the same side, for example, the left side, of the lifting box 2, and each drawing box 1 is connected with one lifting box 2. The two elevator boxes 2 are arranged along the front-rear direction Y, the two first plates 41 are connected to two edge positions in the left-right direction X of the elevator boxes 2, the second plates 42 of the two first connecting portions 4 are bent in the same direction along the bending line 43, and the second plates 43 are bent toward the side where the drawer box 1 is located. The second connector 5 is connected to the drawer 1, and two second plates 43 can be connected to one second connector 5, so that the second plates 43 are connected to the drawer 1 through the second connectors 5. When the drawer box 1 is accommodated in the jacket 3, the first connecting portion 4 is folded and positioned at a side portion of the elevator box 2.
It is understood that one end of the jacket in the left-right direction X is provided with an opening through which the drawer box 1 and the elevator box 2 can be loaded into the jacket, and the jacket is further provided with a space capable of receiving the first connection part 4 located at the side of the elevator box 2.
Although the specific technical solutions of the present disclosure are explained in detail in the above specific embodiments, it should be also explained that:
(1) the elevator box 2 according to the present disclosure is not limited to the rectangular parallelepiped, and the elevator box 2 may also be other prism shapes such as a hexagonal prism or a cylindrical shape.
(2) Although the first and second connection parts 4 and 5 are paper boards in the above-described embodiment, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the first and second connection parts 4 and 5 may also be made of a plastic material.
(3) In the above embodiment, the second connecting portion 5 is not necessary, and the two drawer boxes 1 can be pulled out more from the jacket 3 when the elevator box 2 is lifted by providing the second connecting portion 5. The drawer 1 and the elevator 2 may be different in length in the left-right direction X.
