The container modular small-sized grinding station provided by the invention is suitable for grinding of all materials, can be matched with a small-sized roller mill, a cyclone dust collector, a circulating fan, a container modular dust collector and a material storage unit for discharging, meets the requirements of users, simultaneously realizes the modular design, manufacture and construction of the container, solves the construction requirements of equipment fixing, transport packaging, construction site installation and the like, greatly shortens the construction period, perfectly realizes that the container is an equipment factory or a package transport box, and simultaneously realizes the aim of shortening the field construction installation period by 1.5 months.

A container modularized small-sized grinding station comprises a container modularized raw material allocation unit (1), a containerized material grinding unit (2), a container modularized dust collection unit (3), a container modularized material storage and product allocation unit (4), a containerized cement packaging and shipping unit (5) and a containerized air supply, water supply, air supply and power supply and distribution unit (6), and is characterized in that the container modularized raw material allocation unit (1) is connected with the container modularized material grinding unit (2) through a pipeline; the containerized material grinding unit (2) is connected with the container modular material storage and product preparation unit (4) through a pipeline; the container modular dust collection unit (3) is connected with the containerized material grinding unit (2) and the container modular material storage and product preparation unit (4); the container module type material storage and product preparation unit (4) is connected with the containerized material packaging and shipping unit (5) through a pipeline.

The container modular compact milling station as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the container modular raw material blending unit (1) comprises a hopper (11), the material outlet of the hopper (11) is connected with the quantitative feeder (12) by a pipe, the material outlet of the quantitative feeder (12) is connected to a belt conveyor in the conveying device (13) by a pipe, the material outlet of the belt conveyor is connected to a bucket elevator inlet in the conveying device (13) by a pipe, the material outlet of the bucket elevator is connected to the material milling unit (2) by a pipe.

The container modular compact milling station according to claim 2, characterized in that the containerized material milling unit (2) comprises a roller mill (21) having an inlet connected by a pipe to a bucket elevator of the containerized modular material blending unit (1); an air outlet of the roller mill (21) is connected with a cyclone dust collector (22), and a material outlet at the bottom of the cyclone dust collector (22) is connected with an inlet of a spiral conveyer at the bottom of the first bag dust collector (31) through a pipeline; an air inlet of the circulating fan (23) is connected with an air outlet of the cyclone dust collector (22) through an air pipe, and the air outlet of the circulating fan (23) is respectively connected with the first bag dust collector (31) and the roller mill (21) through air pipes.

The container modular compact grinding station as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the container modular dust collection unit (3) comprises a first bag collector (31) and a second bag collector (33), wherein the air outlets of the first bag collector (31) and the second bag collector (33) are respectively connected to a first bag collector fan (32) and a second bag collector fan (34) by air ducts, and the inlet of the first bag collector (31) of the container material grinding unit (2) is connected to the air outlet of the circulating fan (23) by an air duct; an inlet of a second dust collector (33) of the container modular material storage and product preparation unit (4) is connected to each dust raising point of the container modular material storage and product preparation unit (4) through an air pipe, outlets at the bottoms of the first bag dust collector (31) and the second dust collector (33) are directly connected to an inlet of a spiral conveyor of the container modular dust collection unit (3), and a material outlet of the spiral conveyor is connected to an inlet of a bucket elevator of the container modular material storage and product preparation unit (4) through a pipeline; and the outlets of the first bag dust collector fan and the second bag dust collector fan discharge the gas meeting the discharge standard into the atmosphere through air pipes.

The container modular compact powdering station according to claim 1, characterized in that said container modular material storage and product dispensing unit (4) is connected to the screw conveyor outlet of the container modular dust collecting unit (3) and to the containerized cement packaging and shipping unit (5), wherein the container modular material storage and product dispensing unit (4) comprises an warehousing conveying device (41), a material storage warehouse (42), a warehouse bottom aeration system (45), an ex-warehouse metering device (43) and an ex-warehouse conveying device (44), wherein the outlet of the material storage warehouse (42) is connected to the inlet of the ex-warehouse metering device (43) through a pipeline; an air outlet of the warehouse bottom inflation system (45) is connected to an open chute in the warehouse through a pipeline, materials sent out by the open chute in the warehouse are connected to warehouse-out conveying equipment (44) through a pipeline, wherein the warehouse-out conveying equipment (44) comprises a spiral conveyor, a bucket elevator and a chute, a material outlet of warehouse-out metering equipment (43) is connected to an inlet of the warehouse-out spiral conveyor through a pipeline, a material outlet of the spiral conveyor is connected to an inlet of the bucket elevator through a pipeline, a material outlet of the bucket elevator is connected to an inlet of the chute through a pipeline, and a material outlet of the chute is connected to a middle bin (51) of the containerized material packaging and delivering unit (5) through a pipeline.

The modular compact container milling station as defined in claim 1, wherein the containerized material packaging and shipping unit (5) is connected to the delivery means (44) of the modular container material storage and product dispensing unit (4) via piping, wherein the containerized material packaging and shipping unit (5) comprises an intermediate bin (51), a packaging machine (52), a bale cleaner (53), and a loader (54), wherein the material outlet of the intermediate bin (51) is connected to the inlet of the packaging machine (52); the bagged materials packed by the packing machine (52) are sent into a bag cleaning machine (53) through a conveying device; the bag cleaning machine (53) sends the bagged materials into a car loader (54) through a conveying device; the car loader (54) places the bagged materials on an automobile for transportation through conveying equipment of the car loader.

The container modular compact flour mill station according to claim 3, characterized in that the containerized air, water, air and power supply and distribution unit (6) comprises an air heating furnace (61), a water spraying system (62), an air compressor (63) and a power supply and distribution board (64), wherein the outlet of the air heating furnace (61) is connected to the hot air inlet of the roller mill (21) through a pipeline, the water outlet of the water spraying system (62) is connected to the water inlet of the roller mill (21) through a pipeline, the air compressor (63) supplies air to all equipment using compressed air in the container modular compact flour mill station, and the power supply and distribution board (64) meets all equipment operation and production control services of the container modular compact flour mill station.

The container modular compact grinding station of claim 1, wherein the material grinding system is a double-fan system consisting of a compact roller mill, a cyclone dust collector and a circulating air mechanism, wherein the cyclone dust collector is a novel high-efficiency low-resistance cyclone dust collector.
