本实用新型公开了一种分段式防堵排污型水利管道,包括进水管、出水管、排污管和过滤组件,过滤组件包括三通式排污腔室、过滤球、支架以及高压储水罐,三通式排污腔室设有进水口、出水口和排污口,与进水口正对位置设有过滤球,过滤球连接有引导杆,引导杆头部固连有防止堵塞的圆形引导球,支架对称设置于三通式排污腔室的出水口和排污口,在进水口的轴线方向上、过滤球的另一侧设有高压储水罐,高压储水罐的加压出水口正对过滤球,该分段式防堵排污型水利管道借助高压储水罐的增压,将过滤球挤压进入进水管,将进水管内表面沉积的污垢进行全面清洗,再由进水管进水,污水管排水,使得水管内的污垢一次性全部排放干净,提高水利灌溉的速度。

本实用新型涉及水利管道设备技术领域,特别是一种分段式防堵排污型水利管道。
背景技术
随着工业现代化进程的逐步加快,水利工程已普遍用于控制和调配自然界的地表水和地下水,达到除害兴利目的而修建的工程。水利工程中的水利管道愈发受到人们的重视,但现有的水利管道尚不完善,依然存在着许多缺点。
目前技术下的水利管道,虽然设置了过滤装置,但引水管道容易堵塞,引来的水常常有污物,无法观察流量;采用封闭式管道,长期使用后,泥沙堵塞,极难清除;过滤装置将污物堆积于引水管内,时间久了就会影响水流的速度和流量,人们无法尽快察觉以将其清除,影响了水利灌溉的速度;引水管与导管为硬性连接或一体连接,无法根据需要改变导管的方向。
实用新型内容
本实用新型设计目的是:鉴于现有的水利管道出现泥沙堵塞、污物堆积等问题,我们设计提出一种分段式防堵排污型水利管道,改善现有水利管道对清除泥沙堵塞、污物堆积的技术难题,大幅度提高水利灌溉的速度和效率。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种分段式防堵排污型水利管道,包括进水管、出水管、排污管和过滤组件,
所述过滤组件包括三通式排污腔室、过滤球、吸附固定过滤球的支架以及高压储水罐,所述三通式排污腔室设有进水口、出水口和排污口,分别与进水管、出水管、排污管的管口法兰连接,与所述进水口正对位置设有过滤球,所述过滤球连接有引导杆,所述引导杆头部固连有防止堵塞的圆形引导球,所述支架对称设置于所述三通式排污腔室的出水口和排污口,在所述进水口的轴线方向上、所述过滤球的另一侧设有高压储水罐,所述高压储水罐的加压出水口正对所述过滤球,当需要对进水管进行排污清洗处理时,放空进水管中的水,并关闭出水管和排污管的阀门,打开高压储水罐的阀门,将过滤球顶起并进入到进水管中,进水管开口端排除气体和污垢后,在接通水源或水泵,关闭高压储水罐并打开污水管的阀门,通过进水再充分清洗污垢,输入排污管排出管体,进而有效清洗进水管。
进一步地,所述过滤球的直径略大于所述进水管的内管直径。
进一步地,所述支架设有球面型的吸附件和若干只固定脚,所述球面型的吸附件与所述过滤球贴附后即可吸附牢固,所述固定脚环形阵列布置在所述出水口或排污口的边缘。
进一步地,所述过滤球材质为橡胶或硅胶。
与现有技术方案相比,实施本的分段式防堵排污型水利管道,具有以下有益效果:
该分段式防堵排污型水利管道借助高压储水罐的增压,将过滤球挤压进入进水管,将进水管内表面沉积的污垢进行全面清洗,再由进水管进水,污水管排水,使得水管内的污垢一次性全部排放干净,有效改善对水利管道的排污处理工作效率,提高水利灌溉的速度。

请参阅图1,本实施例提出一种分段式防堵排污型水利管道,包括进水管1、出水管2、排污管3和过滤组件,所述过滤组件包括三通式排污腔室7、过滤球5、吸附固定过滤球的支架以及高压储水罐4,所述三通式排污腔室7设有进水口、出水口和排污口,分别与进水管1、出水管2、排污管3的管口法兰连接,与所述进水口正对位置设有过滤球5,所述过滤球5连接有引导杆51,所述引导杆51头部固连有防止堵塞的圆形引导球52,所述支架对称设置于所述三通式排污腔室7的出水口和排污口,与所述进水口的轴线方向上,还在所述过滤球5的另一侧设有高压储水罐4,所述高压储水罐4的加压出水口41正对所述过滤球5。
具体地说,当需要对进水管1进行排污清洗处理时,放空进水管1中的水,并关闭出水管2和排污管3的阀门,打开高压储水罐4的阀门,将过滤球5顶起并进入到进水管1中,进水管1开口端排除气体和污垢后,在接通水泵,关闭高压储水罐4并打开污水管3的阀门,通过进水再充分清洗污垢,输入排污管3后排出除管体,进而有效清洗进水管1。
进一步的实施方案是,所述过滤球5的直径略大于所述进水管1的内管直径。
进一步的实施方案是,所述支架设有球面型的吸附件6和4只固定脚61,所述球面型的吸附件6与所述过滤球5贴附后即可吸附牢固,所述固定脚61环形阵列布置在所述出水口或排污口的边缘。
进一步的实施方案是,所述过滤球5材质为橡胶。
进一步的实施方案是,通过法兰连接进水管1、出水管2以及排污管3,可以有效对三通式排污腔室7内的过滤球5进行清洗维修。
