Description

本实用新型涉及一种金属切削刀具，尤其是能够改变切削角度的机夹式弹簧角度车刀。
目前，公知的金属切削刀具，是在同刀杆构成一体的鹅头刀体刀孔内装有刀头，并用内六角螺栓固定，在切削时，不能改变车刀的角度，使用不方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种机夹式弹簧角度车刀，它不仅能够改变切削角度，而且能够减轻切削时的振动。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，在同刀杆构成一体的鹅头刀体的刀孔内装有刀头，并用内六角螺栓固定，在鹅头刀体上设置两个相通的圆孔，在中间的圆孔内安装带有开口槽的弹簧套，在另一个圆孔的边缘处设置有开口槽，设置有刻度盘和开口槽的刀体弹性固定套套接于刀杆之上，并通过固定螺栓所固定。
由于采用上述方案，在切削金属材料时，可调整切削角度，并能减轻车刀在切削时所产生的振动，以提高车刀的使用寿命，它可进行粗车，精车，车制单头或多头外螺纹。

在图1所示实施例中，刀杆与鹅头刀体（1）构成一体，在鹅头刀体（1）的前侧刀孔内安装有车刀，并为内六角螺栓（5）固定，在鹅头刀体（1）上设置两个相通的圆形孔，在中间的圆形孔内安装带有开口槽的弹簧套（3），在另一个圆孔的边缘处设置有开口槽，设置有刻度盘和开口槽的外形为方形的刀体弹性固定套（2）套接于刀杆之上，并通过固定螺栓（4）固定于刀杆上。

  1. 一种机夹式弹簧角度车刀，在同刀杆构成一体的鹅头刀体(1)的刀孔内装有刀头，并用内六角螺栓(5)固定，其特征在于鹅头刀体(1)上设置两个相通的圆孔，在中间的圆孔内安装带有开口槽的弹簧套(3)，在另一个圆孔的边缘处设置有开口槽，设置有刻度盘和开口槽的刀体弹性固定套(2)套接于刀杆之上，并通过固定螺栓(4)所固定。
