技术领域:
本发明涉及一种工程塑料料粒用角度可调多层直线振动筛,属于化工机械设备技术领域。
背景技术:
直线振动筛利用振动电机激振作为振动动力来源,使物料在筛网上被抛起,同时向前作直线运动,物料从给料机均匀地进入筛分机的进料口,通过多层筛网产生数种规格的筛上物、筛下物、分别从各自的出口排出。具有耗能低、产量高、结构简单、易维修、全封闭结构,无粉尘溢散,自动排料,更适合于流水线作业。
现有的直线振动筛采用双激振器驱动,当两台激振器做同步、反向旋转时,其偏心块所产生的激振力在平行于电机轴线的方向相互抵消,在垂直于电机轴的方向叠为一合力,因此筛机的运动轨迹为一直线。其两电机轴相对筛面有一倾角,在激振力和物料自重力的合力作用下,物料在筛面上被抛起跳跃式向前作直线运动,从而达到对物料进行筛选和分级的目的。这种振动筛存在的问题是:两个激振器结构复杂,对于需要调整倾角的振动筛,垂直方向的激振器意义不大且消耗电能较大,不利于节能环保。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种工程塑料料粒用角度可调多层直线振动筛,只用一套激振器实现两个方向的激振,设备结构简单并且更加节能环保。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种工程塑料料粒用角度可调多层直线振动筛,包括安装底座,所述的安装底座的一侧通过两个复位弹簧连接筛体,所述安装底座的另一侧通过两个高度可调的弹簧连接在筛体的另一端,所述的筛体底部的中心位置设置有与所述的筛体底部呈45°角的激振板,所述的底座上安装有打击所述激振板的激振器,所述筛体上部具有进料口,倾斜一侧的底部具有出料口。
所述的工程塑料料粒用角度可调多层直线振动筛,所述高度可调的弹簧包括弹簧座以及设置在所述弹簧座上的弹簧体,所述弹簧座包括一个固定安装在所述安装底座上的螺杆,所述螺杆外通过螺纹连接套筒,所述套筒上设置有弹簧支撑座,所述的弹簧支撑座里面安装所述的弹簧体。
所述的工程塑料料粒用角度可调多层直线振动筛,所述激振器包括驱动电机,所述的驱动电机的动力输出轴上设置有安装盘,所述安装盘的周边铰接一组打击锤。

有益效果:
本发明通过一个45°角设置的激振板,并且将激振板设置在筛体底部的中心位置,通过一个激振器在激振的过程中同时产生向上的分力和向前的分力,使得物料在筛面上被抛起跳跃式向前作直线运动,从而达到对物料进行筛选和分级的目的,设备结构简单并且更加节能环保。
本发明的筛体四周设置有侧板,并且顶部设置有防尘板,在使用的过程中有效防止粉尘污染,工作环境友好。

工作过程:
启动驱动电机,驱动电机带动转动盘转动的过程中,打击锤对激振板进行敲打,由于本发明的激振板呈45°角设置在筛体底部的中心位置,通过一个激振器在激振的过程中同时产生向上的分力和向前的分力,使得物料在筛面上被抛起跳跃式向前作直线运动,从而达到对物料进行筛选和分级的目的,设备结构简单并且更加节能环保。
