本实用新型涉及一种减速机，具体涉及一种减速机的联接法兰组件。
背景技术
减速机上，联接法兰组件的设置目的是使减速机的减速传动部件与电机部件的联接变得简单，为减速机大规模标准化生产提供技术支持。联接法兰组件在减速机组装时，联接法兰的内侧端面与减速机箱体连接，联接法兰的外侧端面与电机连接。现有技术的减速机的联接法兰组件，并不具有测速功能，联接法兰内部的长度空间白白浪费，减速机要具备测速功能，需要在另外传动轴位置进行速度传感器的设置。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种自带测速功能，而且避免出现差错的数显联接法兰组件。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：
数显联接法兰组件，包括联接法兰和在联接法兰内孔作转动设置的输入轴，输入轴的左端轴头外伸于联接法兰的内侧端面，输入轴的右端轴头设有与减速电机联接的联接孔，其特征在于：联接法兰的内孔中间设有环形腔，环形腔内设有测速齿轮，测速齿轮固定安装于输入轴的中间位置，与测速齿轮的外圆对准位置，联接法兰的联接段套筒壁上安装测速探头。
测速齿轮在靠近外圆的内侧端面安装磁铁，与磁铁的对准位置，联接法兰的联接段套筒壁上还安装有霍尔传感器。
上述技术方案的数显联接法兰组件，在联接法兰的内孔中间设有环形腔，环形腔内设置测速齿轮，而联接法兰的联接段套筒壁上安装测速探头，进而使减速机的联接法兰组件自带测速功能，然后通过数字仪表进行显示；而且，测速齿轮在内侧端面安装磁铁，还能进行霍尔传感器的传感测速，这样一来，确保减速机在长期运行过程中避免出现差错。

1.数显联接法兰组件，包括联接法兰和在联接法兰内孔作转动设置的输入轴，输入轴的左端轴头外伸于联接法兰的内侧端面，输入轴的右端轴头设有与减速电机联接的联接孔，其特征在于：联接法兰的内孔中间设有环形腔，环形腔内设有测速齿轮，测速齿轮固定安装于输入轴的中间位置，与测速齿轮的外圆对准位置，联接法兰的联接段套筒壁上安装测速探头。
2.如权利要求1所述的数显联接法兰组件，其特征在于：测速齿轮在靠近外圆的内侧端面安装磁铁，与磁铁的对准位置，联接法兰的联接段套筒壁上还安装有霍尔传感器。
