Optionally, the sorting element 200 may be a plate body separated between the first blocking wall 110 and the second blocking wall 120, or a rod body, and preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the sorting element 200 may be a round rod, the top surface of the round rod is an arc-shaped surface, and the curved form of the arc-shaped surface is consistent with the turning direction of the chopsticks in the sorting element 200, so as to improve the convenience of turning the chopsticks in the sorting element 200, and accordingly improve the smoothness of sorting. Specifically, the sorting member 200 may be a round bar-shaped reinforcing bar.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, a plummer 300 is connected to a side of the first blocking wall 110 away from the second blocking wall 120, the plummer 300 is slidably connected with a pusher 400 for pushing the rod-shaped member 500, a length direction of the pusher 400 is parallel to the first blocking wall 110, and a length of the pusher 400 is identical to a length of the first blocking wall 110. When a plurality of chopsticks are flatly laid on the top ends of the sorting piece 200 and the first blocking wall 110, the pushing piece 400 can be used for pushing forwards, one end of each chopstick extending out of the first blocking wall 110 is pushed to be aligned, then the pushing piece 400 is continuously pushed forwards, the pushing piece 400 can push all the chopsticks to slide forwards synchronously, and then the chopsticks with the tail facing forwards turn over and enter the second accommodating area at the same time; the pushing member 400 is continuously pushed, the chopsticks continue to advance, and then the chopsticks with leading ends are simultaneously turned over into the first accommodation area. The arrangement of the pushing piece 400 can improve the synchronism of chopstick sorting and further improve the sorting efficiency.
Alternatively, the top surface of the carrier 300 may be coplanar with the top end of the first blocking wall 110, and the second blocking wall 120 and the side plate between the second blocking wall 120 and the first blocking wall 110 are higher than the first blocking wall 110. The bearing table 300 can also be used for bearing the tiled chopsticks, so that the operation convenience and stability of tiling the chopsticks are further improved; in addition, in the process that the chopsticks slide forward, the second blocking wall 120 and other side plates can limit the chopsticks, so that the occurrence of the condition that the chopsticks slide out is further reduced.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a first position-limiting seat 310 and a second position-limiting seat 320 may be disposed on the carrier 300, the first position-limiting seat 310 has a first guiding hole 311, the second position-limiting seat 320 has a second guiding hole 321, and the first guiding hole 311 corresponds to the second guiding hole 321; one end of the pushing member 400 is slidably engaged with the first guiding hole 311, and the other end is slidably engaged with the second guiding hole 321. Here, the pushing member 400 is slidably connected to a specific form of the plummer 300, and the first guiding hole 311 and the second guiding hole 321 respectively limit and guide two ends of the pushing member 400, so as to improve the accuracy of the pushing member 400 pushing chopsticks. Specifically, the sliding engagement of the pusher 400 with the guide hole may take the following form: as shown in fig. 3, the pushing member 400 may include a push rod 410 and two sets of clamping members 420, each clamping member 420 includes a sliding rod 421 and a clamping head 422 fixedly connected to one end of the sliding rod 421, wherein the other end of the sliding rod 421 of one set of clamping members 420 passes through the first guiding hole 311 and is fixedly connected to the first end of the push rod 410, and the clamping head 422 is clamped outside the first guiding hole 311; the other end of the sliding rod 421 of the other set of engaging members 420 passes through the second guiding hole 321 to be fixedly connected with the second end of the pushing rod 410, and the engaging head is engaged with the outer side of the second guiding hole 321. Specifically, the clamping member 420 may be a bolt, a bolt head of the bolt serves as the clamping head 422, a screw rod serves as the sliding rod 421, the screw rod of the bolt penetrates through the guide hole from outside to inside and is in threaded connection with the end surface of the push rod 410, and the bolt head of the bolt is clamped outside the guide hole, so that the pushing member 400 is in sliding clamping connection with the guide hole.
In addition to the above forms, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the plummer 300 may also be provided with a first limiting seat 310 and a second limiting seat 320 which are parallel to each other, and the pushing member 400 is slidably clamped between the first limiting seat 310 and the second limiting seat 320. The first and second limiting seats 310 and 320 respectively limit two ends of the pushing member 400, so as to improve the position accuracy of the pushing member 400 sliding back and forth. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, two ends of the pushing member 400 may be respectively provided with a pushing arm 430, wherein one of the pushing arms 430 is located above the first position-limiting seat 310 and extends out of the first position-limiting seat 310; the other pushing arm 430 is located above the second stopper seat 320 and extends out of the second stopper seat 320. During operation, an operator respectively holds one pushing arm 430 with two hands and then pushes two ends of the pushing member 400 at the same time, so that the pushing convenience and stability of the pushing member 400 are improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, a first position-limiting groove 312 may be disposed at the top of the first position-limiting seat 310, and a second position-limiting groove 322 may be disposed at the top of the second position-limiting seat 320, wherein one of the pushing arms 430 is slidably engaged with the first position-limiting groove 312 and extends out of the first position-limiting groove 312; the other pushing arm 430 is slidably engaged with the second limiting groove 322 and extends out of the second limiting groove 322. The first and second limiting grooves 312 and 322 can limit the back and forth movement path of the push arm 430.
Optionally, the sorting device can be made of food-grade stainless steel; the box body 100 may be rectangular, and when the total length of the chopsticks is 300mm, d 1-125 mm, d 2-175 mm, L1-L2-165 mm may be provided (the length may be set to be half of the total length of the chopsticks plus 15mm),

The length of box body 100 can be 500mm, and the chopsticks tail width of chopsticks is approximately 6mm, then sorting device can once sort 60 ~ 70 chopsticks, sorts 10s when once approximately using, and manual sorting is about 2/s, and 60 uses 30s when sorting, so it can improve letter sorting efficiency greatly to see the sorting device who adopts this application.

the sorting piece (200) is arranged between the first blocking wall (110) and the second blocking wall (120), and the sorting piece (200) is higher than the first limiting part (130) and the second limiting part (140); in the same cross section, the distance between the top end of the sorting piece (200) and the top end of the first blocking wall (110) is L1, the distance between the top end of the sorting piece (200) and the top end of the second blocking wall (120) is L2, the distance between the top end of the sorting piece (200) and the first limiting part (130) is L3, and the distance between the top end of the sorting piece (200) and the second limiting part (140) is L4;
d2 > L1, L2 > d1, and L4 < d1+ d 2; or d2 is more than L1 is more than d1, L2 is less than or equal to d1, L3 is more than d1+ d2, and when the rod-shaped piece (500) is lapped on the sorting piece (200) and the first blocking wall (110), the extension line of the length direction of the rod-shaped piece (500) is higher than that of the second blocking wall (120).

The sorting device according to claim 1, wherein the accommodating component comprises a box body (100) with an upward opening, the box body (100) comprises a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates surrounding the bottom plate, two opposite side plates of the side plates are a first blocking wall (110) and a second blocking wall (120), respectively, a joint of the first blocking wall (110) and the bottom plate forms the first limiting part (130), and a joint of the second blocking wall (120) and the bottom plate forms the second limiting part (140); the sorting piece (200) is connected to the side plate.

A sorting device according to claim 3, characterised in that the first blocking wall (110) and the second blocking wall (120) are both arranged vertically, and the sorting element (200) is arranged in parallel with the first blocking wall (110), the second blocking wall (120), the first limiting part (130) and the second limiting part (140).
5. Sorting device according to claim 4, characterised in that L1-L2 and L3-L4.
6. Sorting device according to claim 2, characterised in that the top end of the sorting element (200) coincides in height with the top end of the first retaining wall (110) and that the top end of the sorting element (200) is lower than the top end of the second retaining wall (120).

Sorting device according to any one of claims 1-6, characterised in that a carrier (300) is connected to the side of the first blocking wall (110) facing away from the second blocking wall (120), that the carrier (300) is slidably connected to a pusher (400) for pushing a rod-like member (500), that the pusher (400) is arranged in a length direction parallel to the first blocking wall (110), and that the pusher (400) has a length corresponding to the length of the first blocking wall (110).

Sorting device according to claim 7, characterized in that the carrier (300) is provided with a first limit seat (310) and a second limit seat (320), the first limit seat (310) is provided with a first guide hole (311), the second limit seat (320) is provided with a second guide hole (321), the first guide hole (311) corresponds to the second guide hole (321); one end of the pushing piece (400) is in sliding clamping connection with the first guide hole (311), and the other end of the pushing piece is in sliding clamping connection with the second guide hole (321).
9. Sorting device according to claim 7, characterized in that the carrier (300) is provided with a first limit seat (310) and a second limit seat (320) arranged in parallel, the pushing member (400) being slidably clamped between the first limit seat (310) and the second limit seat (320).
