本实用新型涉及一种橡胶磨粉机，尤其涉及一种橡胶双辊磨粉机。
背景技术
目前的橡胶磨粉机采用双磨盘结构，磨盘表面镶入合金刀条其工作原理是每分钟1400左百转下高转速运转下容易产生高温、从而容易导致胶粉高温着火（胶粉着火点很低及易燃）同时磨盘损耗也大能耗高生产效率低。
发明内容
针对以上缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提高一种具有操作简单、无高温风险及不会导致胶粉着火的橡胶双辊磨粉机。
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种橡胶双辊磨粉机，其特征在于它包括机架、转辊、辊套和电机；两转辊平行设置在机架上，每一转辊连接一电机，在转辊外侧设置一辊套，在辊套外侧设有一金刚砂层；两转辊的转速比为1:3～1:5。
本实用新型通过在转辊外侧设一辊套可实现辊面磨损方便快速跟换，降低设备维护成本低，在辊套的外辊面喷金刚砂可增加辊面的耐磨性及加大对物料的摩擦系数，减少设备损耗，在生产效率上大大节省了维护成本提高产能效率。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所具有的优点为：本实用新型通过两辊的转速差来实现高剪磨把橡胶粉颗粒磨成达到相应的细度，具有操作简单、无高温风险及不会导致胶粉着火的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示，一种橡胶双辊磨粉机，其特征在于它包括机架1、转辊2、辊套3和电机4；两转辊2平行设置在机架1上，每一转辊2连接一电机4，在转辊2外侧设置一辊套3，在辊套3外侧设有一金刚砂层5；两转辊2的转速比为1:3～1:5。
本实用新型的工作原理为，将橡胶放入两转辊2之间，两转辊2在电机4的带动下转动，其中一转辊2的转速为25转/分，另一转辊2的转速为100转/分，两转辊2带动辊套3转动将橡胶高剪磨成粉状。
