Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the deformable multifunctional double seat of the present invention comprises legs, a seat surface and a backrest, wherein the seat legs comprise 3 identical C-shaped first legs 11, second legs 12 and third legs 13 arranged at equal intervals in the same direction. The backrest comprises a first backrest rod 21, a second backrest rod 22, a third backrest rod 23 and two backrest surfaces arranged between the adjacent backrest rods.
As shown in fig. 4, a strip-shaped notch is longitudinally formed in the middle of the end of the upper leg of each leg, three through holes in the shape of an isosceles right triangle are correspondingly formed in the two side walls of the notch, the through hole at the right angle is a first through hole 91, and the other two through holes are a second through hole 92 and a third through hole 93. The middle position of the bottom end of each backrest rod is provided with a convex strip matched with the strip-shaped notches of the upper chair legs, two through holes with the same size as the through holes, namely a fourth through hole 94 and a fifth through hole 95, are arranged on the convex strip, and the distance between the two through holes 94 and 95 is the same as the distance between the two through holes on the right-angle side of the right-angle triangle. As shown in fig. 4, the convex strip is inserted into the strip-shaped gap, and the first pin 81 is inserted into the first through hole 91 of the upper chair leg and the fourth through hole 94 of the convex strip of the back rest lever, so that the back rest lever 2 can rotate around the first pin 81, and the first pin 81 is perpendicular to the C-shaped surface of the C-shaped chair leg; when the backrest rod 2 rotates and the fifth through hole 95 thereon is overlapped with the second through hole 92 of the upper leg, the second bolt 82 is inserted to vertically fix the backrest rod 2 on the upper leg of the leg 1 (as shown in fig. 5); when the backrest rod 2 is rotated and the fifth through hole 95 thereon is overlapped with the third through hole 93 of the upper leg, the second pin 82 is inserted to horizontally fix the backrest rod 2 on the upper leg of the leg 1 (as shown in fig. 6).
As shown in fig. 7, a notch is opened in the center of the top end of each back lever 2 in the front-rear direction of the chair, where the sitting side of the chair is front and the opposite side is rear. Two sixth through holes 96 are respectively arranged on two side walls of the notch of the backrest rod 2, a raised line matched with the notch of the backrest rod 2 is arranged in the middle of one end, connected with the backrest rod 2, of the bed leg 3, two corresponding seventh through holes 97 are arranged on the raised line, the raised line is inserted into the notch, and when the two seventh through holes 97 of the raised line and the two sixth through holes 96 on the two side walls of the notch coincide, two third inserted bolts 83 are respectively used for vertically fixing the bed leg 3 on the backrest rod 2 (as shown in fig. 8). The length of the bed leg 3 is the same as the height between the upper and lower legs of the leg, so that the bed leg 3 and the leg 1 can serve as legs to support a single bed (as shown in fig. 3) when the back rest lever 2 is rotated to be horizontal.
In fig. 1, a plurality of parallel struts, also referred to as fixed struts 41, are fixedly disposed between the upper leg of the first leg 11 and the upper leg of the second leg 12, a plurality of parallel slidable struts, also referred to as slidable struts 42, are disposed between the upper leg of the second leg 12 and the upper leg of the third leg 13, the fixed struts 41 and the slidable struts 42 are arranged in parallel and alternately to form a seat surface, one end of the slidable strut 42 is fixed on the upper leg of the third leg 13, and the other end of the slidable strut 42 passing through the upper leg of the second leg 12 can be inserted into and slid along the through hole of the upper leg of the second leg 12. The sliding end of the slidable stay 42 is provided with a convex cap 5 having a diameter larger than that of the through hole, so that the slidable stay 42 is prevented from being drawn out from the upper leg of the second leg 12 when being drawn out.
A plurality of parallel supporting rods, also called fixed supporting rods 41, are fixedly arranged between the first backrest rod 21 and the second backrest rod 22, a plurality of parallel slidable supporting rods, also called slidable supporting rods 42, are arranged between the second backrest rod 22 and the third backrest rod 23, the fixed supporting rods 41 and the slidable supporting rods 42 are arranged in parallel and alternately to form a backrest surface, one end of each slidable supporting rod 42 is fixed on the third backrest rod 23, and the other end of each slidable supporting rod passes through the second backrest rod 22 and can be inserted and slid along the through hole of the second backrest rod 22. A convex cap 5 having a diameter larger than that of the through hole is provided at the sliding end of the slidable rod 42 so that the slidable rod 42 is prevented from being pulled out of the second back lever 22 when being pulled out.
In fig. 1, a hook 6 is provided on an outer side wall of an end of an upper leg of a first leg 11, which end is far from a backrest rod, one end of the hook 6 is provided with a through hole, and is hung on a fourth bolt 84 which is nailed into the outer side wall, the hook 6 can rotate around the fourth bolt 84, and the other end of the hook 6 is in a hook shape. A hook buckle 7 (shown in fig. 3) matched with the hook is arranged on the outer side wall of the third chair leg 13 corresponding to the upper chair leg and the hook 6, and the hook buckle 7 is a screw rod screwed into the upper chair leg. Therefore, when the two double seats are oppositely arranged together in a front-to-front chair mode, the hook on each double seat can be respectively hung on the hook buckle of the other double seat, so that the two seats are fixed, and the stability is kept.
In practical use, when a double seat needs to be changed into a single seat for use, as shown in fig. 1, the third leg 13 and the third backrest rod 23 are pushed towards the second leg 12 and the second backrest rod 22, and the single seat is obtained after the third leg is pushed to the bottom (as shown in fig. 2).
When it is necessary to change the single seat into a double seat, as shown in fig. 2, the third leg 13 and the third backrest rod 23 are pulled out, and when the slidable rods are blocked by the convex caps 5 (as shown in fig. 9), the double seat is obtained (as shown in fig. 1). When the chair is used, the third latch 83 is usually removed, and the bed leg 3 is detached.
When a single bed is needed, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, three bed legs 3 are respectively and vertically installed at the connecting end of each backrest rod, the second bolt 82 on the chair leg 1 and the backrest rod 2 is taken down, the backrest rod rotates around the first bolt 81 and is slowly put down to be level with the upper chair leg, then the second bolt 82 is inserted into the third through hole 93 and the fifth through hole 95, and the single bed is formed, and at the moment, the bed legs 3 play a supporting role; meanwhile, the hook 6 is buckled on the hook buckle 7 to keep the bed body stable (as shown in figure 3).
When the single bed is folded, the second bolt 82 is firstly taken down, then the backrest rod 2 is upwards rotated to the vertical position around the first bolt 81, and then the second bolt 82 is inserted into the second through hole 92 and the fifth through hole 95; and simultaneously, the third bolt 83 is taken down, and the bed leg 3 is disassembled, so that the double seat is formed.
As mentioned above, although the present invention has been shown and described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it should not be construed as limiting the invention itself. Various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
