After people excrete, if the tap water pressure is enough, the control switch 32 is opened, the tap water is ejected from the small hole of the first nozzle 8, and the excretion part of the human body is cleaned; if the tap water pressure is insufficient or the water supply is stopped, the rocker 5 drives the manual booster pump 4 to work, the water in the spray washing water storage tank 3 is pressed into the second spray pipe 9 and sprayed out from the small holes of the second spray pipe 9 under the action of the manual booster pump 4, and the excretion part of the human body is cleaned.
