A chip transfer machine is used for moving chips between a test board and a tray and is characterized by comprising a rack, a workbench, a pressing device, a suction nozzle device, a first feeding device for feeding the test board and a second feeding device for feeding the tray, wherein the workbench is arranged on the rack, the first feeding device, the second feeding device, the pressing device and the suction nozzle device are all arranged on the workbench, the first feeding device and the second feeding device are arranged side by side in a spaced mode, the output end of the first feeding device is used for being connected with the test board, the output end of the second feeding device is used for being connected with the tray, the first feeding device drives the test board to intermittently move and feed along the horizontal direction, and the feeding directions of the first feeding device and the second feeding device are consistent; the pressing device is positioned above the first feeding device and comprises a pressing plate for unlocking a chip positioned on the test plate, a buffer structure for relieving the pressure of the pressing plate and a driver for driving the pressing plate to lift up and down, the buffer structure is arranged below the pressing plate, the pressing plate is connected with the output end of the driver, and the pressing plate faces downwards to the first feeding device; the suction nozzle device is selectively positioned above the first feeding device or the second feeding device and comprises at least two suction nozzles, a driving mechanism for driving the suction nozzles to ascend and descend and a transverse moving mechanism for driving the driving mechanism to move between the first feeding device and the second feeding device, the suction nozzles are installed on the output end of the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is installed on the output end of the transverse moving mechanism, and the suction nozzles are selectively and oppositely arranged with the pressing plate.

The chip transfer machine according to claim 4, wherein a spacing adjustment mechanism for adjusting the spacing between the driving mechanisms is further disposed between the traversing mechanism and the driving mechanisms, the spacing adjustment mechanism includes a housing, a pulley assembly installed in the housing, and connection blocks installed on the output ends of the pulley assembly, the number of the connection blocks is at least two and is consistent with the number of the drivers, one of the connection blocks is correspondingly connected with one of the driving mechanisms, and the pulley assembly drives the connection blocks to move at different speeds to adjust the spacing between the drivers.

The chip transfer machine according to claim 1, further comprising at least two knocking mechanisms for vibrating and aligning the chips in the tray, wherein the knocking mechanisms are respectively disposed on the peripheral sides of the tray, each knocking mechanism comprises a driving cylinder and a vibrating block connected to an output end of the driving cylinder, and the driving cylinder drives the vibrating block to selectively impact the peripheral sides of the tray.
