By increasing or decreasing the number of the washers 43, the position of the cutting saw disc 35 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 34 can be changed, so that the distance between the two cutting saw discs 35 can be adjusted.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickness dimension of the washer 43 is provided with several specifications, so that the distance adjustment of the two cutting saw discs 35 is more accurate, and the cutting dimension of the aluminum plate is more accurate.
In a preferred embodiment, the middle of the cutter transverse adjusting groove 32 is fixedly provided with a bearing plate 36 along the conveying direction of the feeding roller line 11, which plays a supporting role for the aluminum plate during cutting, so that the aluminum plate can smoothly pass through the cutting platform 31 and can not be blocked in the cutter transverse adjusting groove 32.
In a preferred embodiment, the limit baffle 23 and the guide baffle 24 are made of aluminum alloy material and are integrally bent, so that the limit baffle is more durable and is not easily damaged by collision of the aluminum plate during transmission.

a material receiving roller line is arranged on one side, away from the feeding roller line, of the cutting mechanism; the middle part of one end of the material receiving roller line close to the cutting mechanism is provided with a plurality of small rollers; and the two sides of the small rollers are symmetrically provided with cut edge recovery ports.
