背景技术
锚索,是以钢绞线为主体结构的岩土锚固装置,作为一种支护方式,其优点是强度大,抗拉吨位高,但由于锚索的基本原材料是高碳钢绞线,其缺点是延伸率低,锚索的延伸率通常只有3%-5%,材料的吸收功低,抗冲击性能差,在有冲击地压和大变形的条件下极易破断,因此,在有冲击低压和大变形的的矿井中使用,必须提高锚索的冲击功和变形性能。

根据以上现有技术中的不足,本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为解决上述问题,提供一种鸟窝式防冲锚索,鸟窝式防冲锚索就是利用高强度高碳钢绞线作为原材料,通过在鸟窝吸能防冲段增设吸能鸟窝来提高锚索的吸收功。

5.根据权利要求4所述的鸟窝式防冲锚索,其特征在于:所述锚固段鸟窝(3)和非锚固段吸能鸟窝(4)的大小设计制造的比钻孔小2毫米。
6.根据权利要求5所述的鸟窝式防冲锚索,其特征在于:所述鸟窝吸能防冲段(2)上套设有垫圈(6)、加强管(7)和与所述鸟窝吸能防冲段(2)配合的用于压紧所述垫圈(6)的索具(5),垫圈(6)位于加强管(7)与索具(5)之间。
