Claims (7)
1. A photovoltaic bracket provided with angular-driving clamps and used for a color steel tile roof is characterized by comprising two tracks, a plurality of solar panels, a plurality of angular-driving clamps, a plurality of first solar panel fixing devices and a plurality of second solar panel fixing devices;
the two rails are arranged in parallel, a first sliding groove is formed in the upper surface of each rail, and a second sliding groove is formed in the lower surface of each rail;
the plurality of angular-driving clamps comprise a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, the lower parts of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are respectively provided with a clamping part which is matched with each other, and the clamping parts are used for fixing the angular-driving clamps on external color steel tiles; the top of the first clamping plate is provided with a fixing plate, the fixing plate is perpendicular to the first clamping plate, a first connecting hole is formed in the fixing plate, a first stud is arranged on the first connecting hole, the top of the first stud is provided with a top block, the other end of the first stud is provided with a first nut, circular inserting holes are formed in the upper portions of the side faces of the two ends of the first clamping plate, a square hole is formed in one side, close to the side face of the first clamping plate, of each circular inserting hole, the square hole extends to the side face of one side of the first clamping plate and is communicated with the circular inserting holes, and the height of each square hole is smaller than the diameter of the circular inserting hole; the top end of the second clamping plate is provided with a circular inserting part matched with the circular inserting hole, and the first clamping plate is hinged with the first clamping plate through the circular inserting part; the upper parts of the two side surfaces of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are respectively provided with two second connecting holes, and the two second connecting holes are positioned at the same height of the first clamping plate or the second clamping plate; a first bolt is arranged on the second connecting hole, a flat gasket is arranged on the first bolt, a spring gasket is arranged between the first bolt and the flat gasket, and a second nut is arranged at the end part of the first bolt;
the plurality of first solar cell panel fixing devices comprise second bolts, first fixing blocks and first sliding blocks; a fourth connecting hole is formed in the center of the upper surface of the first fixing block, the second bolt is connected with the first fixing block through the fourth connecting hole, first material pressing parts horizontally and outwards extend from two sides of the upper surface of the first fixing block, the shape of the first sliding block is matched with that of a first sliding groove in the track, and the first sliding block is in threaded connection with the second bolt;
the plurality of second solar cell panel fixing devices comprise third bolts, second fixing blocks and second sliding blocks; a bolt fixing part is horizontally arranged at one side of the bottom of the second fixing block, a fifth connecting hole is formed in the first bolt fixing part, the third bolt is connected to the second fixing block through the fifth connecting hole, a second material pressing part is arranged at one side of the top of the second fixing block, which is horizontally deviated from the top, the second material pressing part and the bolt fixing part are respectively located at different sides of the second fixing block, the second sliding block is connected to the third bolt in a threaded manner, and the shape of the second sliding block is matched with that of the first sliding groove in the track;
the angle relaxation clamps are fixed on the two rails at equal intervals through the matching of the first studs and the first nuts, and clamping parts on the clamping clamps are clamped on external angle relaxation type color steel tiles and are locked through the first bolts; the solar panels are arranged on the two rails, the solar panels positioned at the end parts of the rails are fixed through the second solar panel fixing devices, and the two adjacent solar panels are fixed through the first solar panel fixing devices.
2. The photovoltaic bracket provided with the angle relaxation clamp for the color steel tile roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first nut and the second nut are flange nuts.
3. The photovoltaic bracket provided with the angular-relaxation clamp for the color steel tile roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner surfaces of the clamping parts on the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate and the upper surface on the fixing plate are provided with a sawtooth-shaped anti-slip layer.
4. The photovoltaic bracket for color steel tile roofs with angle-relaxation clamps as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first connecting holes are kidney-shaped holes.
5. The photovoltaic bracket provided with the angular-relaxation clamp for the color steel tile roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are both provided with a positioning groove, and the positioning groove passes through the circle center of the second connecting hole of the first clamping plate or the second clamping plate.
6. The photovoltaic bracket provided with the angle-relaxation clamp for the color steel tile roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the clamping part on each of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate is extended outwards to form a stabilizing part.
7. The photovoltaic bracket provided with the angle relaxation clamp for the color steel tile roof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first bolt, the second bolt and the third bolt are all hexagon socket head cap bolts.
