Abstract
本实用新型提供一种背光模组及显示装置,背光模组包括背板、胶框和膜片,膜片设置于背板和胶框之间;背板具有用于支承膜片的承载面,承载面上凸设有背板挂耳;胶框具有用于将膜片压紧于背板的压合面;膜片边缘设有与背板挂耳相配合的膜片挂孔,背板挂耳设置于膜片挂孔中;背板挂耳具有朝向胶框的支撑面的外凸弧面,膜片挂孔具有与外凸弧面相配合的凹弧形受力面,支撑面垂直于压合面。显示装置包括上述背光模组。本实用新型提供的背光模组,在垂直于支撑面的方向上,背板挂耳朝向支撑面的外凸弧面与膜片挂孔的凹弧形受力面相适配,增加膜片与背板挂耳的接触面积、避免膜片挂耳应力集中,从而降低甚至避免膜片由于震动引起的膜片挂耳断裂的问题。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型一般涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板及背光模组。现有技术中,背光模组中的膜片1通过背板挂耳2实现连接固定操作,背板挂耳2为凸出于背板的条状板件,膜片挂耳上开设有匹配背板挂耳的连接孔3,连接孔3开设于膜片挂耳处,图1中连接孔优选为腰形孔,此外连接孔也可以设计为矩形孔,能够与背板挂耳相适配即可,背板挂耳2插入膜片1的连接孔3即可实现膜片的固定连接。
在运输显示装置的过程中,颠簸会使得机体震动,背光模组中膜片挂耳与背板连接处,膜片挂耳所受应力比较集中,参照图1中A示意的部位,由于应力集中导致膜片挂耳容易损坏,情况严重会发生断裂。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望提供一种背光模组及显示装置。
一方面,本实用新型提供一种背光模组,包括:背板、胶框和膜片,所述膜片设置于所述背板和所述胶框之间;
所述背板具有用于支承所述膜片的承载面,所述承载面上凸设有背板挂耳;
所述胶框具有用于将所述膜片压紧于所述背板的压合面;
所述膜片边缘设有与所述背板挂耳相配合的膜片挂孔,所述背板挂耳设置于所述膜片挂孔中;
所述背板挂耳具有朝向所述胶框的支撑面的外凸弧面,所述膜片挂孔具有与所述外凸弧面相配合的凹弧形受力面,所述支撑面垂直于所述压合面。
优选的,所述背板挂耳与所述膜片挂孔间隙配合。
优选的,所述背板挂耳与所述膜片挂孔之间的配合间隙为0.5mm~1mm。
优选的,所述膜片挂孔还具有与所述凹弧形受力面相对的第一非受力面,所述凹弧形受力面与所述第一非受力面之间通过圆弧角过渡连接。
优选的,所述第一非受力面为平面或曲面。
优选的,所述背板挂耳还具有背向所述外凸弧面的第二非受力面,所述第二非受力面为平面或曲面。
优选的,所述背板相对的两边沿分别设有所述胶框,所述膜片通过两个所述胶框的压合面压紧于所述背板,两个所述胶框的支撑面相对设置,所述膜片位于两个支撑面之间。
另一方面,本实用新型提供一种显示装置,包括上述背光模组。
本实用新型提供的背光模组中,膜片位于背板的承载面和胶框的压合面之间,在垂直于支撑面(也即平行于压合面)的方向上,背板挂耳具有朝向支撑面的外凸弧面,与背板挂耳相配合的膜片挂孔具有与该外凸弧面相配合的凹弧形受力面,外凸弧面与凹弧形受力面相配合,有效增加膜片与背板挂耳的接触面积、避免膜片挂耳承受的应力集中,从而降低甚至避免膜片由于显示装置的震动引起的膜片挂耳断裂的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释相关实用新型,而非对该实用新型的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与实用新型相关的部分。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本实用新型中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本实用新型。
参考图2至图4,本实用新型实施例提供一种背光模组,包括:背板10、胶框20和膜片30,膜片30设置于背板10和胶框20之间;
背板10具有用于支承膜片30的承载面,承载面上凸设有背板挂耳11;
胶框20具有用于将膜片30压紧于背板10的压合面;
膜片30边缘设有与背板挂耳相配合的膜片挂孔31,背板挂耳11设置于膜片挂孔31中;
背板挂耳11具有朝向胶框20的支撑面21的外凸弧面12,膜片挂孔31具有与外凸弧面相配合的凹弧形受力面32,支撑面21垂直于压合面。
上述背光模组中膜片30位于胶框20压合面和背板10承载面的部分设置有膜片挂孔31,背板10承载面上凸设有背板挂耳11,背板挂耳11穿过膜片挂孔31,进而膜片30通过膜片挂孔31及背板挂耳11与背板10和/或胶框20固定。
膜片20具有膜片挂耳,膜片挂耳处开设有膜片挂孔31,膜片挂耳位于胶框20压合面和背板10承载面之间,胶框20具有压合面和垂直于压合面的支撑面21,膜片20的边缘位于支撑面的内侧。在运输显示装置过程中,显示装置内的膜片30在垂直于支撑面21的方向上会由背板挂耳支撑,背板挂耳11朝向支撑面21的外凸弧面12,膜片挂孔31具有与外凸弧面12相配合的凹弧形受力面32,通过外凸弧面12和凹弧形受力面32相配合,能够有效增大背板挂耳11与膜片挂孔31之间的接触面积,承受应力减小,通过凹弧形受力面与外凸弧面有效分散膜片所承受的应力,有效避免显示装置震动引起的膜片挂耳断裂的问题。
如图2所示,胶框20的压合面处还设有胶框下胶条22,将膜片30压紧于胶框20与背板10之间。
进一步的,背板挂耳11与膜片挂孔31间隙配合,为防止膜片在背光模组长时间常温时受热膨胀导致膜拱,影响画面品质,所以在设计时膜片挂孔与背板挂耳之间要留有适当的间隙配合。
进一步的,背板挂耳11与膜片挂孔31之间的配合间隙为0.5mm~1mm,确保背板挂耳与膜片挂孔之间具有适当的配合间隙。
进一步的,膜片挂孔31还具有与凹弧形受力面32相对的第一非受力面33,凹弧形受力面32与第一非受力面33之间通过圆弧角过渡连接,如此减小凹弧形受力面与第一非受力面连接处的应力。
进一步的,由于膜片挂耳受力主要集中在凹弧形受力面,第一非受力面可以是平面,也可以是曲面。
进一步的,背板挂耳11还具有背向外凸弧面12的第二非受力面13,第二非受力面可以是平面,也可以曲面。
进一步的,参考图3,膜片30具有两个相对的膜片挂耳,各膜片挂耳处开有膜片挂孔31,相应的,背板10相对的两边沿分别设有胶框20,膜片30通过两个胶框20的压合面压紧于背板10,两个胶框20的支撑面相对设置,膜片30位于两个支撑面之间。如此设计,膜片30位于相对两个支撑面的内侧,相对的两个胶框20使得膜片30稳定地固定在胶框20与背板10之间。
进一步的,背光模组还包括:反射片40以及扩散板50,反射片40设于膜片30朝向承载面的一侧,扩散板50位于反射片40朝向膜片30的一侧。反射片40把从背板底面逸散出来的光能反射回背板,扩散板50将光线均匀化。
另一方面,本实用新型提供一种包括上述背光模组的显示装置,在该显示装置中,可以将组装完成后的背光模组整体设置在其中。在运输显示装置的过程中,该背光模组中的膜片挂耳不容易因颠簸震动断裂,从而提升显示装置的可靠性。上述显示装置可以为:液晶电视、手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑显示屏、电子纸、OLED显示面板或者数码相框等具有任何显示功能的产品或部件。

Claims (8)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:背板、胶框和膜片,所述膜片设置于所述背板和所述胶框之间;
所述背板具有用于支承所述膜片的承载面,所述承载面上凸设有背板挂耳;
所述胶框具有用于将所述膜片压紧于所述背板的压合面;
所述膜片边缘设有与所述背板挂耳相配合的膜片挂孔,所述背板挂耳设置于所述膜片挂孔中;
所述背板挂耳具有朝向所述胶框的支撑面的外凸弧面,所述膜片挂孔具有与所述外凸弧面相配合的凹弧形受力面,所述支撑面垂直于所述压合面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板挂耳与所述膜片挂孔间隙配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板挂耳与所述膜片挂孔之间的配合间隙为0.5mm~1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述膜片挂孔还具有与所述凹弧形受力面相对的第一非受力面,所述凹弧形受力面与所述第一非受力面之间通过圆弧角过渡连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一非受力面为平面或曲面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板挂耳还具有背向所述外凸弧面的第二非受力面,所述第二非受力面为平面或曲面。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板相对的两边沿分别设有所述胶框,所述膜片通过两个所述胶框的压合面压紧于所述背板,两个所述胶框的支撑面相对设置,所述膜片位于两个支撑面之间。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的背光模组。
