Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the inner container 2 has a heating chamber for cooking food, a heating plate 21 is provided on the bottom surface of the inner container 2, and the heating plate 21 has a certain water storage space. When the electric steam box works, the box door 1 is closed and completely covers the heating cavity, a high-temperature and high-pressure closed heating space is formed in the inner container 2, food in the heating cavity is subjected to steam heating, and moisture and nutrition of the food are reserved. In this embodiment, the heating plate 21 is detachably connected to the bottom surface of the inner container 2 and fixed by screws, and a sealing ring is disposed at the connection portion. The detachable heating plate 21 is convenient to clean and replace, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to assemble and disassemble. When the electric steam box works, water needing to be heated is conveyed to the heating disc 21, the heating disc 21 heats the water and converts the water into steam, and the inner container 2 is filled with the steam to form a high-temperature high-pressure heating environment. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a water outlet 52 is disposed on the back of the water receiving bar 5, the water outlet 52 is communicated with the water receiving tank 51, and when the amount of water collected in the water receiving tank 51 exceeds the water outlet 52, water flows out from the water outlet 52, so as to prevent the water collected in the water receiving tank 51 from overflowing too much. As shown in fig. 4, the back surface of the water receiving strip 5 is provided with one or more screw holes 55, the number of the screw holes 55 can be set according to actual needs, the screw holes 55 are also arranged at corresponding positions of the front frame 3, and the water receiving strip 5 is fixed on the front frame 3 in a screw connection mode, so that the mounting mode is reliable in connection and convenient to disassemble and assemble.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the water receiving strip 5 is connected with the front frame 3 by clamping. One or more hooks 54 are arranged on the back of the water receiving strip 5, the corresponding positioning holes 32 are arranged on the front frame 3, and the number of the hooks 54 is set according to actual requirements. When the water receiving strip 5 is installed, the clamping hook 54 penetrates through the positioning hole 32, the water receiving strip 5 is pressed downwards, and the clamping hook 54 is clamped and fixed with the front frame 3; when the water receiving strip 5 is detached, the water receiving strip 5 is lifted up to separate the hook 54 from the front frame 3, and then the water receiving strip 5 is removed by moving the hook 54 outwards to pass through the positioning hole 32. The connecting structure enables the water receiving strip 5 to be convenient to disassemble and assemble, and is convenient for users to clean. The clamping hook 54 and the water receiving strip 5 are integrally formed, and the strength of the clamping hook 54 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 6, a water conduit 53 is arranged on the water receiving bar 5, the front end of the water conduit 53 is connected with the water outlet 52, water in the water receiving tank 51 flows along the water conduit 53 after flowing out of the water outlet 52, and the water conduit 53 can guide the water in the water receiving tank 51 to a designated position, so as to prevent the water from dropping to the ground or the inside of the electric steam box and damaging the environment.
Preferably, the water receiving strip 5 and the water guiding pipe 53 are integrally formed, so that the processing and the production are convenient, the reliable connection between the water receiving strip 5 and the water guiding pipe 53 is ensured, and the water leakage at the connection part is prevented.
In order to make the back of the water receiving bar 5 fit with the surface of the front frame 3 without leaving a water dripping gap, the front frame 3 is provided with an outlet hole 33 through which the water conduit 53 passes. When the water receiving strips 5 are assembled, the water guide pipe 53 penetrates through the water outlet hole 33, the water guide pipe 53 extends into the integrated stove, and the condensed water in the water receiving strips 5 is guaranteed not to flow to the outside.
Preferably, the bottom plate 4 is provided with a water leakage hole 41, the end of the water conduit 53 is located above the water leakage hole 41, and water flowing out of the water conduit 53 can leak from the water leakage hole 41 and cannot be accumulated on the bottom plate 4. The aperture of the water leakage hole 41 is larger than the pipe diameter of the water guide pipe 53, and the aperture can be increased according to the actual water flow effect, so that the water can be ensured to flow out smoothly and cannot drop on the bottom plate 4.
Preferably, the conduit 53 is inclined towards the floor 4, the inclined conduit 53 allowing gravity flow of water to exit the end of the conduit 53. The inclined direction and angle of the water conduit 53 are such that the end of the water conduit 53 is close to the water leakage hole 41, so that the water flowing out of the water conduit 53 can completely pass through the water leakage hole to prevent the water from flowing to the bottom plate 4 or other parts.
In order to collect the condensed water uniformly, the position of the water leakage hole 41 is arranged above the oil receiving box 8, so that the accumulated water in the water receiving bar 5 can be discharged through the water guide pipe 53, and the discharged water can pass through the water leakage hole 41 and directly enter the oil receiving box 8. Collect the comdenstion water and connect oil box 8, can unify the clearance, can not drip subaerially, guarantee sanitation.
