Background
The permeability is an important test index of the waterproof material, and is related to the performance of the waterproof material, and the permeability of the waterproof material is performed on a permeability test device.
The permeability inspection device comprises a segmented cavity, wherein the segmented cavity is an upper cavity and a lower cavity respectively, a part for clamping waterproof materials is arranged between the upper cavity and the lower cavity, when the permeability inspection device is used, the waterproof materials are clamped between the upper cavity and the lower cavity and are horizontally arranged, penetrating fluid, such as oil or water, is contained in the upper cavity, and after a certain time, whether penetrating fluid permeates into the lower cavity or under the waterproof materials is measured, so that the permeation condition of the waterproof materials is known. In the prior art, the waterproof material is not further sealed between the upper cavity and the lower cavity of the waterproof material permeability testing device, the periphery of the waterproof material is tightly clamped by the contact part of the upper cavity and the lower cavity, and in actual use, the part cannot be very tight, so that penetrating fluid can often permeate into the lower part of the waterproof material from the side edge of the waterproof material, the permeability of the waterproof material is not accurately detected, and the detection effect is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to the above-mentioned disadvantages, and an object of the present invention is to provide a device for testing the permeability of a waterproof material, which can prevent a permeation fluid from permeating through the side of the waterproof material between an upper chamber and a lower chamber, and can improve the accuracy of the test.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: a waterproof material permeability inspection device comprises a segmented cavity body, wherein the segmented cavity body is an upper cavity body and a lower cavity body respectively, a part for clamping a waterproof material is arranged between the upper cavity body and the lower cavity body, when the waterproof material permeability inspection device is used, the waterproof material is clamped between the upper cavity body and the lower cavity body and is horizontally arranged, penetrating fluid is filled in the upper cavity body, contact parts for pressing the waterproof material are arranged below the upper cavity body and above the lower cavity body, and the contact parts are of annular structures; the method is characterized in that: the glue supply groove is provided with an output pipeline, a plurality of openings are formed around the contact part, and the pipeline leads to the openings.
Furthermore, the contact part is provided with an annular groove, and the opening is formed in the annular groove.
Furthermore, an electric heating wire is arranged inside the contact part and along the side surface of the groove, and the electric heating wire is connected with a power supply.
Further, the contact portion has a groove surrounding the contact portion and a seal ring disposed in the groove.
Furthermore, the contact part of the upper cavity and the contact part of the lower cavity are provided with a plurality of matched annular grooves and projections.
Furthermore, the upper surface of the upper cavity is of a sealed structure, and an outlet for high-pressure air supply is communicated with the inside of the upper cavity.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the waterproof material permeability inspection device has the advantages that penetrating fluid can be prevented from permeating from the side face of the waterproof material between the upper cavity and the lower cavity, and the detection accuracy is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a device for inspecting the permeability of a waterproof material comprises a segmented cavity, wherein the segmented cavity is an upper cavity 1 and a lower cavity 2, a part for clamping the waterproof material 3 is arranged between the upper cavity 1 and the lower cavity 2, when the device is used, the waterproof material 3 is clamped between the upper cavity 1 and the lower cavity 2, the waterproof material is horizontally arranged, penetrating fluid is filled in the upper cavity 1, a contact part 4 for pressing the waterproof material 3 is arranged below the upper cavity and above the lower cavity, and the contact part 4 is in an annular structure; the method is characterized in that: it also comprises a glue supply tank 5, said glue supply tank 5 having an outlet conduit 6, said contact portion 4 having a plurality of openings 7 around it, said conduit leading to the openings.
When the device is used, the waterproof material is clamped between the upper cavity 1 and the lower cavity 2, the glue supply groove 5 sprays the bonded sealant to the opening 7 through the output pipeline 6, so that a sealed structure is formed at the contact position of the waterproof material 3 and the contact position 4, and penetrating fluid cannot penetrate below the waterproof material through the periphery of the waterproof material, so that the effect of accurate test is achieved, and the aim of the invention is fulfilled.
Furthermore, the contact region 4 has an annular recess 8, and the opening 7 opens into the annular recess 8. This enables the sealant to form a tight seal around the waterproof material 3.
Furthermore, an electric heating wire 9 is arranged inside the contact part and along the side surface of the groove, and the electric heating wire is connected with a power supply. This facilitates drying of the sealant.
Furthermore, the contact region 4 has a groove running around the contact region 4, in which a sealing ring 10 is arranged. This makes the peripheral sealing effect of the waterproof material better.
Furthermore, the contact part of the upper cavity and the contact part of the lower cavity are provided with a plurality of matched annular grooves and protrusions 11. This makes it possible to improve the sealing effect of the periphery of the waterproof material 3.
Furthermore, the upper surface of the upper cavity 1 is of a sealed structure, and an outlet 12 for high-pressure air supply is communicated with the inside of the upper cavity 1, so that the permeation liquid on the waterproof material 3 can be pressurized.
