The battery cap edge-covering device according to claim 5, further comprising a sealing sleeve (31), wherein the sealing sleeve (31) is sleeved on the upper side of the movable rod (4) through an inner hole of the sealing sleeve (31), the sealing sleeve (31) is slidably connected with the movable rod (4), and the top end of the sealing sleeve (31) is connected with the middle part of the bottom end of the air chamber (26).
