(1) when unqualified tobacco trays exist in the warehousing conveying system, workers move the unqualified tobacco trays into the lifting transition conveyor and move the unqualified tobacco trays onto the rotary finishing conveyor through the lifting transition conveyor; when the rotary sorting conveyor and the warehousing conveying system are not in the same plane, transferring the unqualified tobacco trays from the warehousing conveying system to the rotary sorting conveyor through the lifting of the lifting transition conveyor;
(2) the hydraulic cylinder 9 is started, the piston rod pushes the connecting rod 11 to move, so that the rotating shaft 17 is driven to rotate, the roller conveyor is driven to rotate, and the irregular surface of the tobacco tray is transferred to the front of a worker;
(3) when a plurality of irregular surfaces need to be sorted, the rotating shaft 17 is driven to rotate through the reciprocating action of the hydraulic cylinder 9, so that the roller conveyor rotates in sequence, the irregular surfaces rotate in front of workers in sequence, and the workers finish the sorting of all the irregular surfaces of the tobacco tray;
(4) after finishing the arrangement of all irregular surfaces of the tobacco trays, the workers push the tobacco trays into the lifting type transition conveyor, and the tobacco trays after arrangement are transferred into a warehousing conveying system through the lifting operation of the lifting type transition conveyor.
