Abstract
本实用新型提供一种新型模块化暖气片,包括散热板、连接件和进/出液管。所述暖气片由至少一块所述散热板按照一定的连接方式组装而成。所述散热板内具有热超导管路,所述热超导管路中填充有传热工质。所述散热板内还包括导热液通道,填充有传热工质的散热板能够快速吸收导热液的热量或者电加热产生的热量,并将热量均摊开来,向周围房间内部快速散热。本实用新型通过高效导热、均热的散热板,通过不同的连接和组装方式可满足不同客户的个性化供暖需求,实用性强,进一步减少了升温时间及运输成本。

本实用新型属于暖气片技术领域,特别涉及一种新型模块化暖气片。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高和对供暖产品多样化需求的提升,对采暖设备也提出了更高的要求。暖气片是一种采暖为主的采暖设备,以前多使用铸铁材质暖气片,因其重量大、效果差,铸铁暖气片已经逐步退出了市场舞台,钢制暖气片、铜铝复合散热器、铝制暖气片等新型暖气片无论从材质上还是制作工艺上都优于铸铁散热器,成为市场上主流的暖气片。现在市面上的暖气片多是以一个整体形式出现,或加装散热翅片,制作工艺也较复杂,移动不便、运输不便、对安装位置也存在一定的要求,另外暖气片无法做到迅速升温,无法满足客户的个性化需求。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种新型模块化暖气片,导热和散热快、散热面积自定义、组装方便、运输方便,可用于连接集中供暖装置,也可以采用电加热的方式供热,满足客户的个性化需求。
本实用新型提供的一种新型模块化暖气片,以散热板为模块,包括散热板、连接件、进/出液管;所述散热板内具有相互连通的封闭热超导管路,所述热超导管路中具有传热工质;所述散热板上还具有导热液通道,所述导热液携带热量流经导热液通道,所述散热板将热量迅速摊开,最终导热液流经导热液通道从出液管流出。将热超导管路和导热液通道结合在一块散热板上,传热路径变短,热阻减少,导热和散热速度进一步提升。
优选地,所述散热板上至少具有一条导热液通道,所述导热液通道沿所述散热板的长度方向延伸和/或高度方向延伸。
优选地,所述暖气片至少具有一块所述散热板。
优选地,所述散热板的形状为平板形、波浪形、瓦楞状或螺旋形。
优选地,多个所述散热板间并联或串联或串并联形成所述暖气片。
优选地,所述散热板材料为铜、铜合金、铝、铝合金、铁或玻璃等非金属材料。
优选地,所述暖气片以导热液为热源,所述导热液携带热量流经导热液通道,所述散热板将热量迅速摊开并扩散到目标空间内。
优选地,所述暖气片采用电加热方式供热,所述散热板将热源点热量迅速摊开并扩散到目标空间内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过高效导热、均热的散热板,通过不同的连接和组装方式可满足不同客户的个性化供暖需求,实用性强,进一步减少了升温时间及运输成本;综上所述,本实用新型设计灵活,供暖见效快,可满足客户的个性化供暖需求。

请参阅图1至图4,需要说明的是,本实施例中所提供的图示仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本构想,虽图中显示与实用新型中有关的组件而非按照实际实施时的组件数目、形状及尺寸绘制,其实际实施时各组件的形态,数量及比例可为一种随意的改变、且其组件布局形态也可能更为复杂。
本实用新型提供的一种新型模块化暖气片,其结构原理图如图1和图3所示,所述新型模块化暖气片包括散热板1、连接件2和进/出液管3;所述散热板1内填充有传热工质(未示出);所述散热板上还包括横向导热液通道12和/或竖向导热液通道13。所述散热板导热液通道12和13两端具有与连接件2相对应的螺纹结构,所述连接件2用于连接所述多块散热板1,形成具有一定结构的暖气片。
可以理解的是,所述散热板1的形状可以为平板形、波浪形、瓦楞状、螺旋形等多种形状。其中散热板1内所填充的传热工质可以为气体或液体或者气体和液体的混合物,例如水、油、冷媒、酒精等。所述散热板1上具有相互连通的热超导管路11,热超导管路11和横向导热液通道12及竖向导热液通道13在散热板1上呈单面膨胀、双面胀或双面平整结构。其中,热超导管路11为封闭结构,所述封闭的热导管路11的形状可以为相互连通的六边形蜂窝状,也可以为相互连通的四边形、三边形、圆形和Z字形等形状。同样地,横向导热液通道12及竖向导热液通道13的横截面也可以为方形、圆形和菱形等多种形状。填充有传热工质的散热板1具有吸热、传热速率快和均温性好的特点,能够快速吸收导热液通道中导热液的热量或者电加热过程中产生的热量,并把热量均摊开来。
本实用新型技术方案提供的暖气片,包括散热板、连接件和进/出液管。多个散热板按照一定的连接方式进行串联、并联或串并联形成暖气片。填充有传热工质的散热板能够快速吸收导热液通道中导热液的热量或者电加热过程中产生的热量,并把热量均摊开来,以使房间内达到迅速升温目的。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,请一并参阅图1至图2,多个散热板1并联排列形成暖气片,所述多个散热板1间通过连接件2固定连接。所述散热板1上分布有热超导管路11和横向导热液通道12及竖向导热液通道13,其中,热超导管路11中用以填充上述传热工质,而横向导热液通道12和竖向导热液通道13用以通入水、油和空气等任一种或多种流体。所述每块散热板1上的横向导热液通道12与竖向导热液通道13贯通,所述相邻两散热板1的竖向导热液通道13贯通连接。所述最顶端散热板1两侧竖向导热液通道端口由所述堵头4进行密封,防止导热液流出。
进一步地,多个散热板1均具有横向导热液通道12和竖向导热液通道13,所述横向导热液通道12沿散热板1的长度方向延伸,所述竖向导热液通道13沿散热板1的高度方向延伸并将所述散热板贯通,横向导热液通道12与竖向导热液通道13贯通连接。本实施例中,两条竖向导热液通道13置于散热板1的两侧,一条横向导热液通道12置于散热板1下部。当然,在其他实施例中,可以有多条横向导热液通道12,多条横向导热液通道12可以平行分布,也可以不平行。所述横向导热液通道12和竖向导热液通道13内可以通入水、油和空气等任意一种或多种流体作为导热液,往其中一进/出液管中通入导热液,所述导热液通过竖向导热液通道13和横向导热液通道12后,再从另一个进/出液管流出。该过程属于热交换过程,导热液流经横向导热液通道12和竖向导热液通道13之后将热量传递给散热板1,散热板1由于填充有传热工质,具有很好的导热性和均温性,因此散热板1可以迅速均温,之后将热量散发到目标空间内,达到迅速升温的目的。
在本实用新型的另一实施例中,请参阅图3和图4所示,散热板1为平板形散热板,暖气片由多个平板形散热板1串联组装而成。
进一步地,所述散热板1包括横向导热液通道12,横向导热液通道12沿散热板1的长度方向延伸并将所述散热板1的两端贯通。当然,在其他实施例中,可以具有多条横向导热液通道。该横向导热液通道的首尾两端分别开设有进口和出口,所述导热液从横向导热液通道12的进口进入后,沿着横向导热液通道12流经散热板1,散热板1吸收导热液中的热量迅速均摊扩散到整个散热板1和暖气片上,从而达到迅速升温目的。
在本实用新型的又一实施例中,请参阅图5所示,所述暖气片由多个平板形散热板1进行串并联组装而成。
进一步地,多个散热板1均具有横向导热液通道12 和竖向导热液通道13。每一列所述散热板进行并联连接,最下端一排所述散热板进行串联连接。当然,在其他实施例中,每一排散热板可以进行串联连接,每一列散热板可以进行并联连接;或者其中几排散热板进行串联连接,每一列散热板进行并联连接。

1.一种新型模块化暖气片,包括散热板、连接件、进/出液管;所述散热板内具有热超导管路和导热液通道,所述热超导管路中填充有传热工质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型模块化暖气片,其特征在于,所述散热板上至少具有一条导热液通道,所述导热液通道沿所述散热板的长度方向延伸和/或高度方向延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型模块化暖气片,其特征在于,所述暖气片至少具有一块所述散热板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型模块化暖气片,其特征在于,所述散热板的形状为平板形、波浪形、瓦楞状或螺旋形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型模块化暖气片,其特征在于,多个所述散热板间并联、串联或串并联形成所述暖气片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型模块化暖气片,其特征在于,散热板材料为铜、铜合金、铝、铝合金、铁或玻璃等非金属材。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种新型模块化暖气片,其特征在于,所述暖气片以导热液为热源,所述导热液携带热量流经导热液通道,所述散热板将热量迅速摊开并扩散到目标空间内。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种新型模块化暖气片,其特征在于,所述暖气片采用电加热方式供热,所述散热板将热源点热量迅速摊开并扩散到目标空间内。
