To achieve the above object, the components of the extension socket may be arranged in various ways, and the configuration of the components will be described in detail below by taking specific embodiments as examples.
The front face of the extension socket housing 1 is provided with a plurality of sets of through holes 11 (shown in fig. 1), and the plug pins pass through the through holes 11 and are inserted into the plug bushes 22.
The lower end of the wiring housing 31 is fixed to the extension socket housing 1, and the extension socket using the wiring assembly 3 is a wireless extension socket (no pull wire is provided on the extension socket). As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connecting housing 31 generally includes three separate cavities, namely a neutral cavity 313 corresponding to the neutral conductive plate 213, a live cavity 312 corresponding to the live conductive plate 212, and a ground cavity 311 corresponding to the ground conductive plate 211. Each cavity is provided with a terminal position, each terminal position is provided with a wiring terminal 32, each wiring terminal 32 is provided with an extension body 34, and the outer side of the wiring shell 31 is provided with three independent extension bodies 34.
The terminal body 33 and the extension 34 are of an integral sheet-like structure. The terminal body 33 is provided on the wiring housing 31 in parallel with the front surface of the extension socket housing 1. The first end of each extension 34 is bent toward the front of the extension housing 1, and the bent portion forms an insertion lug, and the insertion lug forms the second insertion portion 33. The second end of each extension 34 is connected to the terminal body 33, and the second end of each extension 34 is bent to enhance the strength of the extension 34. Of course, the second end of each extension 34 may not be bent. Each extension 34 may be located in the middle of the wiring housing 31, spaced apart from both the upper end (near the front of the extension housing 1) and the lower end of the wiring housing 31.
The extension body 34 is arranged in the above way, so that the extension body 34 is conveniently connected with the conducting strip 21, and the assembly is convenient; the strength of the extension 34 can be improved, and the possibility of deformation of the extension 34 due to a force can be reduced. Of course, the first end of the extension 34 may be bent toward the rear surface of the extension case 1 to form an insertion lug.
As shown in fig. 6, the conducting strips 21 generally include a live conducting strip 212, a neutral conducting strip 213 and a ground conducting strip 211, the ground conducting strip 211 is located in the middle and perpendicular to the front surface of the extension socket housing 1, the live conducting strip 212 and the neutral conducting strip 213 are located on both sides and parallel to the front surface of the extension socket housing 1, and each conducting strip 21 is correspondingly provided with an inserting strip forming the inserting sleeve 22.
The first end of each conducting plate 21 is provided with a jack penetrating through two surfaces of the conducting plate 21, a distance is reserved between the jack and the edge of the conducting plate 21, and the jack forms a first inserting part 23. Typically, each conductive plate 21 is disposed closer to the back of the extension socket housing 1 to make room for the plug housing 22. When the extension 34 is disposed in the middle of the connection housing 31, the first end of each conductive sheet 21 is provided with a bent portion 24 bent and extending to the extension 34, and the bent portion 24 is opened to form an insertion hole. Meanwhile, the bent portion 24 may have a certain deformation capability, and when the plug pin is inserted into the plug bush 22 or pulled out from the plug bush 22, the bent portion 24 may generate a certain deformation along with the conductive piece 21.
The jacks may be oriented uniformly and face the front of the extension housing 1, and the insertion lugs of the extensions 34 may be inserted into the jacks from the jack back (facing the extension housing back). At this time, an included angle is formed between the extending bodies 34, so that the inserting lugs are arranged in an arc shape, that is, the connecting terminals 32 are arranged in an arc shape. The plug bush component 2 is installed in the process of the extension socket shell 1 so that all the plug lugs can be simultaneously inserted into and hung in corresponding jacks (the plug lug of the extension body 34 arranged in the live wire cavity 312 is inserted into the jack of the live wire conducting strip 212, the plug lug of the extension body 34 arranged in the null wire cavity 313 is inserted into the jack of the null wire conducting strip 213, the plug lug of the extension body 34 arranged in the ground wire cavity 311 is inserted into the jack of the ground wire conducting strip 211), and the assembly is convenient and rapid. After the insertion lug is inserted into the insertion hole, the insertion lug can be welded with the conducting strip 21, connection firmness is improved, and good conductivity is guaranteed. After the insertion lug is inserted into the insertion hole, the bent portion 24 of the conductive piece 21 abuts against the front surface (the surface facing the front surface of the extension housing 1) of the extension body 34, and the bent portion 24 of the conductive piece 21 is supported by the extension body 34, thereby improving the contact between the extension body 34 and the conductive piece 21.
The conductive sheets 21 are mounted differently, and the bent portions 24 are configured differently. For example, the ground conductive sheet 211 is perpendicular to the back of the extension socket housing 1, the bent portion 24 of the ground conductive sheet 211 is perpendicular to the ground conductive sheet 211 and extends toward the side of the extension socket housing 1, and the portion of the bent portion 24 where the jack is disposed is parallel to the front of the extension socket housing 1. The live wire conducting strip 212 and the neutral wire conducting strip 213 are parallel to the front surface of the extension socket housing 1, and the bent portion 24 of the live wire conducting strip 212 and the neutral wire conducting strip 213 is bent and extended toward the front surface of the extension socket housing 1, and then bent by approximately 90 degrees, so that the position of the bent portion 24 where the jack is disposed is parallel to the front surface of the extension socket housing 1.
In other embodiments, the conductive sheet 21 may be provided near the rear surface of the extension housing instead of the bent portion 24.
The above are merely examples of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
