In the present embodiment, the first direction 500 and the second direction 600 form an acute angle, please refer to fig. 6. The second direction 600 generates a rotation angle compared to the prior art, with the first direction 500 not being the reference direction. The air outlet direction of the first air curtain hole group 300 is perpendicular to the second direction 600 of the air outlet plate 200, i.e. the process that the original air outlet direction is parallel to (coincident with) the first direction 500 is changed into the process that an included angle exists. The air-out direction of first air curtain pore group 300 rotates the skew downwards this moment, has enlarged original oil smoke temporary storage area to obtain bigger oil smoke temporary storage area, thereby can hold more oil smoke gas at the same time, improve kitchen environmental pollution's problem.
More specifically, referring to fig. 6, when the second direction 600 rotates (counterclockwise in the figure), the included angle between the first direction 500 and the second direction 600 is an acute angle, and the included angle decreases with the rotation. When the second direction 600 is rotated continuously, so that the air outlet plates 200 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal section 400, until the second direction 600 is approximately coincident with the first direction 500, the obtained temporary storage area of the oil smoke is in the maximum state, but the blocking capacity (suction capacity) of the temporary storage area of the oil smoke to the oil smoke is also the weakest. A plurality of air curtain holes are arranged on the air outlet plate 200 at certain intervals in sequence, and an air curtain with strong stability can be provided.
More specifically, referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for arranging a smoke collecting hood 100 in the smoke collecting hood inclined plane air curtain device. Specifically, the lower end of the fume collecting cover 100 is rectangular, the lower end of the fume collecting cover 100 is provided with an opening 110, the two ends of the lower end of the fume collecting cover 100, which are different from the far end 120 and the near end 130, are respectively a left end and a right end, and the left end and the right end are both provided with a second air curtain hole group 700.
