When emergency flood discharge is needed, the gate emergency controller 200 operates and generates a corresponding operation signal, after receiving the operation signal, the controller 100 first stops lifting the flood discharge gate, then starts the broadcasting device 400 to perform early warning prompt for 5 minutes, and finally continues lifting the flood discharge gate.
