Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In recent years, wall-mounted heating stoves installed indoors have become popular, and such heating stoves are generally provided with a combustion unit such as a burner block and a heat exchange unit inside a combustion chamber, and a blowing unit for supplying fuel gas to the combustion unit. When the heating stove is operated, noise is generated in the combustion part, and noise is also generated in the air supply part. In the case where the heating stove is installed indoors, the quietness of the heating stove is more and more emphasized, and therefore it is desirable to improve the quietness of the heating stove.
The present inventors have made extensive studies and have proposed an unprecedented technical subject that utilizes an expansion tank to improve the quietness of a heating stove, and have completed the present invention. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic sectional configuration view showing a heating stove according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the heating stove includes a casing 10, and a combustion unit 20 and an expansion tank 30 are provided inside the casing 10. Further, the housing 10 includes a housing main body and a front cover 11. Generally, the casing 10 of the heating stove has an opening (not shown) for disposing various members such as the combustion unit 20 and the expansion tank 30 inside the casing 10. To facilitate inspection of the heating stove, an opening portion is generally provided on the front surface side of the casing 10, i.e., the front cover side. In the case of the wall-mounted heating stove, the front surface side is the side opposite to the side where the heating stove is mounted, such as a wall. The front cover 11 is used to close the opening of the case main body. The expansion tank 30 is disposed between the combustion unit 20 and the front cover 11.
In the present embodiment, the expansion tank 30 is disposed between the front cover 11 constituting a part of the casing 10 and the combustion unit 20. By disposing the expansion tank 30 as described above, it is possible to reduce the noise generated in the combustion unit 20 from leaking to the outside through the front cover 11 by the sound absorption or shielding of the expansion tank 30 to some extent. That is, by disposing the expansion tank 30 in this manner, the expansion tank 30 can be made to have a silencing function, and the quietness of the heating stove can be improved.
In the case of one preferred embodiment, the expansion tank 30 is configured to overlap a considerable area of the front surface portion of the combustion unit 20 in the space between the front cover 11 and the combustion unit 20. In the present embodiment, by disposing the expansion tank 30 as described above, it is possible to reduce the noise generated in the combustion unit 20 from leaking to the outside through the front cover 11 by sound absorption or shielding of the expansion tank 30. That is, by disposing the expansion tank 30 in this manner, the expansion tank 30 can be made to have a silencing function, and the quietness of the heating stove can be improved.
Also, since the expansion tank 30 needs to have a volume corresponding to the capacity of the heating path and the heating terminal, that is, the expansion tank 30 needs to have a volume matching the capacity of the heating path of the installation place of the heating stove, it generally becomes a considerable component. In the present embodiment, the expansion tank 30 having a large volume is disposed in front of the combustion unit 20, so that the sound generated from the combustion unit 20 can be blocked, thereby improving the quietness of the heating stove.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the combustion unit 20 may include a combustion unit 22 and an air blowing unit 21, the combustion unit 22 may burn the fuel gas, and the air blowing unit 21 may supply the fuel gas to the combustion unit 22.
In the present embodiment, the expansion tank 30 is preferably disposed at a position covering at least the combustion portion 22 when viewed from the front cover 11.
In the present embodiment, the expansion tank 30 is preferably disposed at a position covering at least the blower 21 when viewed from the front cover 11.
In the present embodiment, the expansion tank 30 is preferably disposed at a position covering at least the air blowing part 21 and the combustion part 22 when viewed from the front cover 11.
By disposing the expansion tank 30 at a position covering the combustion portion 22, the sound generated from the combustion portion 22 such as a burner assembly can be shielded. By disposing the expansion tank 30 at a position covering the air blowing part 21, it is possible to block sound generated from a fan or the like of the air blowing part 21. Accordingly, the quietness of the heating stove can be improved.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the expansion tank 30 is disposed immediately behind the front cover 11 when viewed from the front cover 11. That is, among all the constituent components of the heating stove except the housing 10, the expansion tank 30 is disposed foremost among the in-appliance constituent components. That is, among the components in the heating furnace, the expansion tank 30 is disposed at the forefront. Accordingly, the shielding effect of the expansion tank 30 on noise can be preferably utilized, and the quietness of the heating stove can be preferably improved.
In the present embodiment, although the expansion tank 30 is schematically illustrated as being square in fig. 1, the expansion tank 30 may be formed in various shapes such as a circle or an ellipse. The internal structure of the expansion tank is not particularly limited, and any expansion tank that can be used in the related art may be used.
Further, in the present embodiment, the case main body of the housing 10 may be box-shaped.
Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to a heating furnace having only a heating function or a heating furnace having only a domestic hot water function, except for a heating furnace having a domestic hot water function and a heating function such as a gas heating water heater. As long as the heating stove that possesses expansion tank and set up the environment use that needs silence such as indoor in the utensil inside, just can use the utility model discloses.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a heating system may be provided, which may include any one of the heating stove described in the above embodiment and a heating terminal connected to the heating stove. By constituting the heating system, the beneficial effect of improving the quietness of the heating stove can be realized. And will not be described in detail herein.
The above-mentioned embodiments, and other objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention are further described in detail, it should be understood that the above description is only the embodiments, examples, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
