Abstract

In addition, the efficiency is increased and the damage of the light guide plate and the far infrared ray release layer is avoided by adding the reflective layer. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the flexible device capable of emitting far infrared rays and visible light according to the present invention includes a light guide plate 1, a far infrared ray releasing layer 3, and a reflective layer 4; the far infrared ray releasing layer 3 is coated on the first surface of the body 2 and can emit far infrared rays.
The far infrared ray releasing layer 3 is a transparent powder coating in this embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the application manner, and can be applied to the first surface or the second surface of the body 2 in any manner.
The light guide plate 1 comprises a body 2, a reflective strip 7 and a bayonet 8, wherein the body 2 is made of transparent high polymer such as Polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), coefficient of performance (COP), carbon black (COC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), Polystyrene (PS) and the like, the body 2 is provided with a first surface 5 and a second surface 6, the second surface 6 faces a user, and the reflective strip 7 is positioned on the second surface 6 of the body 2.
The reflective layer 4 is made of material capable of reflecting visible light and far infrared rays, and is attached to the first surface 5 of the body 2, if the far infrared ray release layer 3 is applied to the first surface 5 of the body 2, the reflective layer 4 is attached to the far infrared ray release layer 3, and the visible light and the far infrared rays which penetrate through the first surface 5 are reflected to the direction of the second surface 6, so that the illumination efficiency of the direction of a user is increased.
In fig. 1 and 2, it can be seen that the body 2 has a plurality of bayonets 8 for an additional visible light source (not shown) with a plurality of ear buttons to be fastened on the device, the device is flexible to approximately match the face contour of the user and is fixed in front of the face of the user by the ear buttons, and the visible light enters the body 2 from the first face 5 of the body 2, is reflected by the reflective strips 7, is conducted and dispersed in the body 2, and then is emitted from the second face 6 of the body 2.
In fig. 3 and 4, it can be seen that the device can be used in conjunction with different body parts to change shape, which is a type of application to the lower body of a user, and at this time, the bayonet 8 can be used for installing a visible light source (not shown) with a fixed buckle; the far infrared ray releasing layer 3 is applied on the whole surface in this embodiment, and the main body 2 is made of transparent high molecular polymer such as polycarbonate PC, PET, COP, COC, PMMA, PS, etc.
Referring to fig. 5, the device can be further manufactured into a product shape corresponding to the head and hair irradiation position.
Referring to FIG. 6, the device can be further manufactured to conform to the product configuration of the elbow and joint irradiation position.
Referring to fig. 7, the device can be further manufactured into a product form conforming to the abdomen irradiation position, in which the far infrared ray release layer 3 is applied on the reflective layer 4, that is, the far infrared ray release layer 3 is disposed between the body 2 and the reflective layer 4.

A flexible device capable of emitting far infrared rays and visible light simultaneously is characterized in that: the light guide plate comprises a body and a reflective strip, wherein the body is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other, and the reflective strip is arranged on the second surface; also comprises a far infrared ray release layer which is spliced or coated on the body or the reflecting layer.

The flexible device of claim 1, further comprising a visible light source, wherein the visible light source comprises a flexible printed circuit board and a plurality of light emitting diodes disposed on the flexible printed circuit board, and the visible light source is coupled to the first surface of the body.
3. The flexible device of claim 1, wherein the first surface of the body is laminated with a reflective layer, the reflective layer having an opening corresponding to the reflective strip.
4. The flexible device of claim 1, wherein the far infrared releasing layer is a transparent powder coating.
5. The flexible device of claim 1, wherein the far infrared ray releasing layer is laminated or coated on the first surface or the second surface of the body or the reflective layer.
6. The flexible device of claim 1, wherein the size and shape of the flexible device are designed to correspond to the area of human body for irradiation.
