Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
According to the unified deployment of the department of transportation, provincial stations are basically dismantled on 12-month national expressways in 2019, and closed charging is gradually increased to open charging. To achieve this engineering goal, a virtual toll station (also called an ETC portal) needs to be added between each charging section of the existing highway, and the specific principle is described as follows:
fig. 1 shows a closed toll system in which vehicles enter a highway from one of toll booths (which may be a main toll booth or a ramp toll booth, the same applies hereinafter) and exit from the other toll booth. The highway operator calculates and charges the toll fee at the exit of the vehicle, and the charging manner can refer to fig. 2.
Wherein, the vehicle can be driven in from A toll station and driven out from D toll station, and the toll is calculated and collected at D toll station. In the intelligent transportation system, the toll collection mode may be ETC or MTC (i.e. highway semi-automatic lane toll collection system).
Illustratively, when an MTC charging mode is adopted, a vehicle driver takes a card at a toll station A and pays a fee at a toll station D. When an ETC charging mode is adopted, the vehicle walks on an ETC lane and automatically pays at a D toll station.
It is understood that the four toll booths, A, B, C and D, are shown only as an example in the drawings, and in other embodiments, toll booths may be further provided according to actual road requirements, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 3 shows an open charging system, which is different from the closed charging system shown in fig. 1 in that an ETC portal is added to each billing unit (between toll booth and toll booth). The toll of the road section is directly deducted when the ETC vehicle passes through each ETC portal frame, and the toll is not required to be deducted when the vehicle passes through the exit toll station (namely, the exit toll station is only used as the vehicle or safety control and is not charged any more). And accumulating the toll of the road section when the MTC vehicle passes through the portal, and collecting the toll by the outlet according to the accumulated amount. The charging manner can be referred to fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, after the ETC vehicle enters from the a toll station, the vehicle can be charged for the first time at the ETC portal frame 1 (the fee from the a station to the B station is deducted), the vehicle can be charged for the second time at the ETC portal frame 2 (the fee from the B station to the C station is deducted), the vehicle can be charged for the third time at the ETC portal frame 3 (the fee from the C station to the D station is deducted), and the vehicle can directly pass through the D toll station without being charged.
After the MTC vehicle enters from the A toll station, the toll card is charged for the first time at the ETC portal frame 1 (the fee from the A station to the B station) and stored in a filling mode through 5.8G, the toll card is charged for the second time at the ETC portal frame 2 (the fee from the A station to the B station and the fee from the B station to the C station are accumulated in the toll card), the toll card is charged for the third time at the ETC portal frame 3 (the fee from the A station to the B station, the fee from the B station to the C station and the fee from the C station to the D station are accumulated in the toll card), and the fee recorded in the toll card is directly read and the toll is collected when the MTC vehicle reaches the D toll station.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the open charging system is different from the closed charging system in that a large number of ETC portal systems are added, each of which consists of a lane controller, an RSU, a license plate image recognition device, a high-definition panoramic camera, a computer, a lightning protection grounding facility, a communication device, a power supply device, a Beidou positioning and time service device and a vehicle detector.
ETC portal system is used as field application, mostly adopts outdoor communication/power rack at present, and the rack includes distribution board, equipment fixing frame/groove, industrial air conditioner etc. and the rack material is the cold-rolled steel sheet, is equipped with the air intake in order to do benefit to the heat dissipation, waterproof grade IP 55.
Compared with the common outdoor communication/power supply cabinet, the ETC portal system is provided with a plurality of built-in control devices (such as a lane controller, an RSU, a license plate image recognition device, a high-definition panoramic camera, a computer, a lightning protection grounding facility, a communication device, a power supply device, a Beidou positioning and time service device, a vehicle detector and the like), the power consumption is large, the intelligent devices such as the computer have high requirements on the working environment, and the existing communication/power supply cabinet cannot necessarily meet the use requirements.
On the other hand, the ETC portal system is generally installed on two sides of a highway, and has more internal general equipment (such as computers, industrial switches, UPS and the like), so that the anti-theft problem must be considered, and the outdoor communication/power supply cabinet generally adopts a general mechanical lock (or padlock) and is difficult to meet the anti-theft requirement.
Finally, as far as 2018/12, 9400 toll booths are available in the whole country, and according to the design requirement of "one master and one slave" of the department of transportation, nearly 4 ten thousand ETC portal systems are required (see the following figures, each virtual station needs 4 ETC portals), the workload of inspection and maintenance is large, and when severe weather (such as typhoon, heavy rain, heavy snow, sand storm and the like) occurs, if the portal control cabinet has no good self-protection capability, the toll collection efficiency is greatly influenced, so that the intelligent level of the cabinets needs to be further improved.
An embodiment of the utility model provides a wisdom rack and highway section management system is proposed to one or more in solving above-mentioned problem.

It can be understood that the type of each sensor can be set according to the actual requirement of the intelligent cabinet 10, and the embodiment of the present invention is not repeated and limited herein.
In this way, the detection unit 130 can be used to detect the working environment information of the intelligent cabinet 10 in real time.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, the intelligent cabinet 10 may further include a temperature control unit 141 and a humidity control unit 142; the temperature control unit 141 and the humidity control unit 142 are electrically connected to the control unit 120; the temperature control unit 141 is configured to adjust the working environment temperature of the intelligent cabinet 10 under the control of the control unit 120 when the temperature detection subunit 131 detects that the working temperature of the intelligent cabinet 10 is not within the preset temperature range, so that the working environment temperature of the intelligent cabinet 10 is within the preset temperature range; the humidity control unit 142 is configured to adjust the operating environment humidity of the smart cabinet 10 under the control of the control unit 120 when the humidity detection subunit 132 detects that the operating humidity of the smart cabinet 10 is not within the preset humidity range, so that the operating environment humidity of the smart cabinet 10 is within the preset humidity range.
Wherein the preset temperature range and the preset humidity range are suitable temperature ranges and humidity ranges for the electrical components in the intelligent cabinet 10 to work; within this range, the electrical performance of each electrical component is better and the performance decay is slower. Through detecting operating temperature and operating humidity to utilize temperature control unit 141 and wet control unit 142 to adjust the work humiture of wisdom rack 10 and predetermine the within range, be favorable to guaranteeing that wisdom rack 10 realizes the timely response to various environmental information, and be favorable to prolonging the life-span of wisdom rack 10.
Optionally, both the temperature control unit 141 and the humidity control unit 142 are air conditioners.
For example, the air conditioner can adjust the humidity and temperature inside the intelligent cabinet 10, so as to maintain constant temperature and humidity inside the intelligent cabinet 10, prevent the water vapor inside the intelligent cabinet 10 from condensing, and prevent the abnormal operation of each electrical component inside the intelligent cabinet 10 caused by the over-high temperature inside the intelligent cabinet 10. Exemplarily, if refrigeration equipment is not available in the south, the highest temperature in a cabinet can reach 70 ℃ in summer, and intelligent peripherals such as a computer cannot work; if no heating equipment is arranged in the north, the lowest temperature in winter can be lower than-40 ℃, and intelligent peripherals such as computers and the like can not work.
For example, the conditioning of the humidity and temperature within the smart cabinet 10 by the air conditioner may include: the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this, and the method includes starting or stopping the heater, starting or stopping the dehumidifier, starting or stopping the humidifier, starting or stopping the refrigerator, and other adjustment manners known to those skilled in the art.

The ups162 may be a system device in which a battery is connected to a host and dc power is converted to commercial power through a module circuit such as a host inverter. The ups162 is used primarily to provide a stable, uninterrupted power supply to a single computer, computer network system, or other power electronics devices such as solenoid valves, pressure transducers, and the like. When the commercial power is input normally, the UPS162 supplies the commercial power to the load for use after stabilizing the voltage, and the UPS162 is an alternating current type voltage stabilizer and also charges the battery in the machine at the same time; when the commercial power is interrupted (power failure due to accident), the UPS162 supplies the dc power of the storage battery to the load continuously by the inverter switching method to supply 220V ac power to the load, so that the load can maintain normal operation and protect the load from damage to the hardware and software. UPS162 devices typically provide protection against over-voltage or under-voltage.
For example, when the power supply voltage is abnormal and may affect the stability of the system, the power supply to the partial power utilization modules in the cabinet can be stopped, so that the computer is powered normally.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 6, the intelligent cabinet 10 may further include a door access unit 150; the door control unit 150 is used for controlling the opening of the cabinet door 112 and for obtaining evidence and giving an alarm when the cabinet door 112 is illegally opened.
In order to ensure the safety of the intelligent cabinet 10, only the worker is authorized, i.e., only the worker can open the cabinet door 112. Unauthorized persons opening the door 112 are illegal.
For example, the door control unit 150 can open the door lock (i.e., the cabinet door 112) through automatic recognition of a mobile phone App or an IC card or a human face under the control of the control unit 120, so as to prevent unauthorized opening of the smart cabinet 10.
