The length measuring wheel 320 and the pressing wheel 340 are elastically pressed mutually, when a cable passes through the space between the length measuring wheel 320 and the pressing wheel 340, the friction force rotates the length measuring wheel 320 and the pressing wheel 340 in the process that the cable is pulled out forwards, and the counter counts the number of turns of the rotation on the length measuring wheel.
In the cable guide device 400, the cable passes through the third guide roller unit 420, and the third horizontal guide roller 421 and the third vertical guide roller 422 can both rotate, so that the cable smoothly passes through the third guide roller unit 420, and the third guide roller unit 420 reciprocates up and down through the second lifting unit 430, so that the cable can be sequentially wound on the baffle 521 from top to bottom and then from bottom to top, and the cable is wound very neatly.
The winding device 500 fixes the cable head on the turntable through the clamp 530, the third driving device 530 drives the turntable 520 to rotate, and the cable is automatically wound on the baffle 521 of the turntable.
The working principle of the whole machine is as follows:
opening the unclamping unit 140 so that the two support frames 111 are far away from each other, the distance between the support frames 111 being enough to put the cable drum between the two support frames 111, rolling the cable drum with the whole cable roll between the support frames 111 of the cable unreeling device 100, and lowering the rotating unit 120 to a proper position by the first lifting unit 130 so that the first support end shaft 121 and the second support end shaft 122 are exactly aligned with the shaft holes of the cable drum; the unclamping unit 140 is opened, the two support frames 111 are close to each other, the first support end 121 shaft and the second support end 122 shaft clamp the cable drum, the shift lever 125 is inserted into the cable drum at the moment, the cable drum is lifted to a proper position through the first lifting unit 130, namely, the cable drum corresponds to the traction device 200 and the length counting device 300, the first driving device 150 is opened, the first driving device 150 drives the second support end shaft 122 to rotate, and the shifting plate assembly 123 drives the cable drum to rotate so as to realize cable unwinding;
the dragging cable passes through the middle of the first guide roller unit 260, passes between the two crawler belts 233 on the traction device 200, and passes through the middle of the second first guide roller unit 260; then enters the middle of the first second guide roller unit 370, passes between the length measuring wheel 320 and the pressing wheel 340, then passes through the middle of the second guide roller unit 370, then passes through the middle of the third guide roller unit 420, and then the cable end is fixed on the turntable through the clamp 530.

The winding device 500 is also pulling the cable and winding the cable, when the cable passes between the length measuring wheel 320 and the pressing wheel 340, due to the action of the spring 312, the pressing wheel 340 and the length measuring wheel 320 clamp the cable all the time, so that the cable passes between the length measuring wheel 320 and the pressing wheel 340 and drives the length measuring wheel 320 to rotate, and at the moment, the counter 360 calculates the number of turns of the length measuring wheel 320.
The cable passes through the third guide roller unit 420, and the third guide roller unit 420 moves up and down on the cable guide frame 410 through the second lifting unit 430, so that the cable is wound on the baffle from bottom to top and then from top to bottom, and the winding of the cable is very tidy.

the cable guide device comprises a cable guide rack, a third guide roller unit for guiding the cable to move and a second lifting unit which is arranged on the cable guide rack and drives the third guide roller unit to reciprocate up and down, wherein the third guide roller unit is connected with the second lifting unit;
the winding device comprises a winding rack and a rotary table, a third driving device used for driving the rotary table to rotate is arranged on the winding rack, a plurality of circumferentially and uniformly distributed baffles are arranged on the upper surface of the rotary table, intervals are arranged between every two adjacent baffles, and clamps used for clamping and fixing cable ends are arranged on the rotary table.
