本实用新型涉及炼钢炉用耐火材料技术领域，尤其涉及出钢过程中用的出钢口砖的结构。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济的发展，房地产行业的蓬勃发展，我国对钢材的需求大大增加，出钢口砖是炼钢炉器的重要的耐火材料部件，它承担着高温钢水由炉内到炉外器具的输送任务。出钢口砖质量的好坏及结构设计是否合理直接影响着炼钢周期、安全生产等方面。出钢口砖一般由出钢口座砖及出钢口管砖构成。由于出钢口管砖内孔在出钢时受着高温钢水的熔损、冲刷、侵蚀，使用寿命远比炼钢炉整体寿命短，出钢口管砖属于易损部件，在整个炉役过程中需要对其多次更换。
发明内容
为了解决现有出钢口砖更换麻烦的不足，本实用新型提供一种出钢口砖。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种出钢口砖，其分为座砖和管砖，所述座砖为圆柱中空结构，所述座砖中设有至少五根固定筋，所述座砖中设有至少三根与固定筋连接的圆环固定筋，所述管砖为圆柱中空结构，所述管砖外直径与座砖内直径尺寸相差5-10毫米，所述管砖的内壁中设有若干内凹的拆卸条，所述管砖内设有不锈钢内套，所述不锈钢内套外设有耐火层，所述座砖的内壁中设有孔洞，所述管砖上设有可以伸缩的固定管，所述固定管与不锈钢内套连接。
作为本实用新型出钢口砖的一种改进，所述座砖与管砖间设有石棉层。
作为本实用新型出钢口砖的一种改进，所述固定管远离管砖的一端设有钩爪。
本实用新型出钢口砖通过结构的改变能够方便更换安装，能够大大提高工厂的生产效率，提高炼钢厂的炼钢效率；将出钢口砖安装在出钢口处，座砖中设有的固定筋和圆环固定筋能够加强其强度，座砖上设有孔洞，管砖内设有的不锈钢内套能够加强其强度，防止被钢水冲刷出现裂纹，管砖上设有的可以伸缩的固定管能够通过座砖上的孔洞伸出固定，固定管上设有的钩爪能够牢牢固定住管砖，座砖和管砖间设有的石棉层能够将管砖和座砖之间的位置固定，防止座砖和管砖之间装配间隙过大，也能在钢水通过管砖的时候由于热量热胀冷缩撑开，管砖内设有的拆卸条能够方便管砖的更换。

如图1和图2所示，出钢口砖由管砖1、固定筋1-1、圆环固定筋1-2、孔洞1-3、管砖2、不锈钢内套2-1、固定管2-2、钩爪2-3和拆卸条2-4，座砖1为圆柱中空结构，座砖1中设有五根固定筋1-1，座砖1中设有三根与固定筋1-1连接的圆环固定筋1-2，座砖1中设有孔洞1-3，管砖2为圆柱中空结构，管砖2外直径与座砖1内直径尺寸相差5-10毫米，管砖2的内壁中设有若干内凹的拆卸条2-4，管砖2内设有不锈钢内套2-1，不锈钢内套2-1外设有耐火层，管砖2上设有可以伸缩的固定管2-2，固定管2-2与不锈钢内套2-1连接，固定管2-2远离管砖2的一端设有钩爪2-3，座砖1与管砖2间设有石棉层，在所述的钩爪2-3内设置有耐磨片，所述的耐磨片为刚玉片，所述的刚玉片通过吸盘与钩爪2-3之间连接，刚玉片与钩爪2-3之间设置有吸盘，吸盘之间设置有方格状格挡，所述的方格状格挡内设置有回弹压簧。
