背景技术
外界大气环境中存在的广泛灰尘,对光伏组件发电装置在实际运行过程有很大影响。沉积在光伏组件玻璃表面上的灰尘会降低透光率,导致光伏组件接受阳光辐照度低于清洁时候接受阳光辐照度。随着沉淀浓度越大透光率就会越低,光伏组件接受阳光辐照度越低,从而严重的降低了光伏组件发电效率。清除光伏组件玻璃表面上沉积的、灰尘,保持光伏组件清洁是很有必要的。目前,光伏组件灰尘清理主要以人工清理为主,工人利用水冲洗或者拖布之类工具来清理光伏组件灰尘,或者是需通过人为的进行控制操作才能进行除尘,自动化程度偏低,且费时费力,不能够实现自动除尘目的。并且在通过水冲洗灰尘过程中,会浪费大量的水资源。因此,如何提供水资源的利用率及循环利用,仍是光伏组件清洗技术待解决的问题。此外,温度对光伏组件的发电效率也较突出的影响,在超过30摄氏度环境温度下,广度组件的发电效率会下降15%左右。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
实施例:一种自清洁降温型光伏发电装置,如图1和图2,包括固定架1与倾斜固定连接于固定架1上的太阳能电池板2,固定架1上固定连接有若干组竖杆3,固定架1上固定连接有对太阳能电池板2起到清洁作用的清洁机构5,清洁机构5包括螺杆51、发动机52、支撑杆53、螺母54与清洁筒55,发动机52固定连接在竖杆3上,螺杆51的一端同轴连接在发动机52的输出端上,另一端转动连接在固定架1上同侧的竖杆3上,螺母54套设在螺杆51上,支撑杆53固定连接在螺母54上,且支撑杆53与螺杆51之间的夹角为直角,清洁筒55通过转轴6转动连接在支撑杆53上,清洁筒55与支撑杆53之间的夹角为直角,需要对太阳能电池板2清洁时,操作人员驱动发动机52,发动机52带动螺杆51转动,螺杆51带动螺母54沿螺杆51的长度方向移动,此时,螺母54带动支撑杆53移动,进而支撑杆53带动清洁筒55移动,清洁筒55在转轴6的转动下转动,清洁筒55对太阳能电池板2的表面进行清洁,固定架1倾斜的一侧的最低侧沿宽度方向设有收集箱7,收集箱7与固定架1相对的一侧均固定连接有磁条8(如图4),收集箱7可以收集清洁筒55扫下的灰尘,磁条8便于收集箱7与固定架1之间的拆卸与安装,便于倒置收集箱7内的灰尘,保持太阳能电池板2表面的洁净,使得光照更好的照射在太阳能电池板2的表面,提高太阳能电池板2的透光率,则太阳能电池板2的发电效果更好。
如图1和图3,固定架1上固定连接有吹风机4,吹风机4的吹风口朝向太阳能电池板2倾斜设置,吹风机4一方面可以将太阳能电池板2表面的灰尘吹下,另一方面对太阳能电池板2具有散热效果,提高太阳能电池板2的降温效果,太阳能电池板2朝向地面的一侧固定连接有水冷管9,固定架1上固定连接有储水箱10与冷却箱11,冷却箱11的放置高度高于储水箱10的放置高度,储水箱10的顶端开设有进水口13,储水箱10的顶端与进水口13的同一水平方向开设有引水槽14,引水槽14与进水口13连通,引水槽14对雨水起到导向的作用,使得雨水更好的流入到储水箱10内,水冷管9的一端通过抽水泵18与储水箱10连通,另一端与冷却箱11连通,操作人员驱动抽水泵18,抽水泵18将水从储水箱10内抽入到水冷管9内,水冷管9内的水吸收太阳能电池板2表面的热量,对太阳能电池板2起到降温的作用,然后水冷管9内的水流入到冷却箱11内,冷却箱11内放置有冷却液,冷却液对吸收热量的水进行冷却,使得吸收热量的水冷却,冷却箱11通过虹吸管12与储水箱10连接,冷却箱11经过冷却的水利用虹吸原理将水从虹吸管12内输入到储水箱10内,从而水在储水箱10、水冷管9与冷却箱11之间循环利用,节省水资源,储水箱10与冷却箱11的表面固定连接有隔热层15,隔热层15采用的是玻璃纤维,隔热层15对储水箱10与冷却箱11起到隔热的作用,减少储水箱10与冷却箱11内水升温的可能,使得水对太阳能电池板2的降温效果更好,储水箱10的底部开设有出水管16,出水管16上铰接又要盖板17,当储水箱10内的水经过多次使用后,操作人员打开盖板17,将污水从出水管16排出,减少储水箱10、水冷管9与冷却箱11的内壁附着有污垢的可能,然后向储水箱10内重新注水,提高水对太阳能电池板2的降温效果。
操作步骤:需要对太阳能电池板2清洁时,操作人员驱动发动机52,发动机52驱动螺杆51转动,螺杆51带动螺母54沿螺杆51的长度方向移动,此时,螺母54带动清洁筒55沿太阳能电池板2的表面移动,从而清洁筒55清洁太阳能电池板2的表面,提高太阳能电池板2表面的洁净,提高太阳能电池板2的透光率;
需要对太阳能电池板2降温时,操作人员驱动抽水泵18,抽水泵18将水从储水箱10内抽入到水冷管9内,此时,水冷管9内的水吸收太阳能电池板2表面的热量,对太阳能电池板2起到降温的作用,固定架1上朝向太阳能电池板2倾斜方向固定连接有吹风机4,吹风机4对太阳能电池板2的表面吹风,对太阳能电池板2起到散热的作用,进一步提高太阳能电池板2的降温效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种自清洁降温型光伏发电装置,其特征在于:包括固定架(1)与倾斜设于固定架(1)上的太阳能电池板(2),所述固定架(1)上设有若干组竖杆(3),所述固定架(1)上设有吹风机(4),所述吹风机(4)的吹风口朝向太阳能电池板(2)倾斜设置,所述固定架(1)上固定连接有对太阳能电池板(2)起到清洁作用的清洁机构(5);
清洁机构(5):包括螺杆(51)、发动机(52)、支撑杆(53)、螺母(54)与清洁筒(55),所述发动机(52)设在竖杆(3)上,所述螺杆(51)的一端同轴连接在发动机(52)的输出端上,另一端设在固定架(1)上同侧的竖杆(3)上,所述螺母(54)套设在螺杆(51)上,所述支撑杆(53)设在螺母(54)上,所述清洁筒(55)设在支撑杆(53)远离螺母(54)的一端,所述清洁筒(55)与支撑杆(53)之间的夹角为直角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁降温型光伏发电装置,其特征在于:所述清洁筒(55)通过转轴(6)转动连接在支撑杆(53)上,所述清洁筒(55)同轴连接在转轴(6)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自清洁降温型光伏发电装置,其特征在于:所述固定架(1)倾斜的一侧的最低侧沿宽度方向设有收集箱(7),所述收集箱(7)与固定架(1)相对的一侧均设有磁条(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁降温型光伏发电装置,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板(2)朝向地面的一侧设有水冷管(9),所述水冷管(9)的一端通过抽水泵(18)连通有储水箱(10),另一端连通有冷却箱(11),所述储水箱(10)与冷却箱(11)均设在固定架(1)上,所述冷却箱(11)与储水箱(10)之间通过虹吸管(12)连接,所述冷却箱(11)放置的高度高于储水箱(10)的放置高度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自清洁降温型光伏发电装置,其特征在于:所述储水箱(10)的顶端开设有进水口(13),所述储水箱(10)的顶端与进水口(13)的同一水平方向开设有引水槽(14),所述引水槽(14)与进水口(13)连通。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种自清洁降温型光伏发电装置,其特征在于:所述储水箱(10)与冷却箱(11)的表面固设有隔热层(15),所述储水箱(10)的底部开设有出水管(16),所述出水管(16)上设有盖板(17)。
