A stationary wave and current combined power plant according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the ocean current energy water turbine comprises an upper spoke, a lower spoke and blades; the blades are spiral blades and are arranged between the upper spoke and the lower spoke; one end of a main shaft of the ocean current energy water turbine is installed on a lower spoke of the water turbine, and the other end of the main shaft penetrates through the upper spoke of the water turbine and the bottom of the wave current combined power generation chamber and is connected with an axial motor inside the wave current combined power generation chamber.

A stationary wave-current combined power plant according to claim 3, characterized in that: the ocean current energy water turbine comprises an upper spoke, a lower spoke and blades; the blades are spiral blades and are arranged between the upper spoke and the lower spoke; one end of a main shaft of the ocean current energy water turbine is installed on a lower spoke of the water turbine, and the other end of the main shaft penetrates through the upper spoke of the water turbine and the bottom of the wave current combined power generation chamber and is connected with an axial motor inside the wave current combined power generation chamber.

A stationary wave and current combined power plant according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the fixing device is a tree crown type fixing device; the tree crown-shaped fixing device comprises a fixing base and a long fixing arm; the fixed base is of an annular structure; the fixed base is arranged above the wave and current combined power generation chamber; one end of the long fixed arm is installed on the fixed base, and the other end of the long fixed arm is installed on the outer wall of the wave-flow combined power generation chamber.

A stationary wave-current combined power plant according to claim 3, characterized in that: the fixing device is a tree crown type fixing device; the tree crown-shaped fixing device comprises a fixing base and a long fixing arm; the fixed base is of an annular structure; the fixed base is arranged above the wave and current combined power generation chamber; one end of the long fixed arm is installed on the fixed base, and the other end of the long fixed arm is installed on the outer wall of the wave-flow combined power generation chamber.
