A mechanical grating cleaner comprises a rack (1), a driving motor (2) and a rotary rake tooth chain (3), wherein an upper rotating shaft (4) and a lower rotating shaft (5) are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the inner side of the rack (1), the upper rotating shaft (4) and the lower rotating shaft (5) can be rotatably arranged on the rack (1), an upper rotating roller (6) and a lower rotating roller (7) are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the upper rotating shaft (4) and the lower rotating shaft (5), two ends of the rotary rake tooth chain (3) are sleeved on the upper rotating roller (6) and the lower rotating roller (7), rake teeth (8) are arranged at the outer side of the rotary rake tooth chain (3), a driven wheel (9) in transmission connection with the upper rotating shaft (4) is arranged at the top of the rear end of the rack (1), the driving motor (2) is arranged at the top of the rear end of the rack (1), and a driving wheel (10) is arranged at the output end of the driving, the driving wheel (10) is in transmission connection with the driven wheel (9) through a chain; the device is characterized by further comprising a transmission shaft (11), a medium-pressure water pump (12), a reciprocating screw (13), a limiting rod (14) and a mounting plate (15), wherein a first front mounting groove and a second front mounting groove are formed in the inner wall of the front side of the rack (1), a first front ball bearing (16) and a second front ball bearing (17) are respectively mounted in the first front mounting groove and the second front mounting groove, a first rear mounting groove and a second rear mounting groove are formed in the inner wall of the rear side of the rack (1), a first rear ball bearing (18) and a second rear ball bearing (19) are respectively mounted in the first rear mounting groove and the second rear mounting groove, the first rear ball bearing (18) and the second rear ball bearing (19) are respectively positioned right behind the first front ball bearing (16) and the second front ball bearing (17), and the front end and the rear end of the transmission shaft (11) are respectively inserted into the first front ball bearing (16) and the first rear ball bearing (18), the transmission shaft (11) is positioned on the right side of the upper rotating shaft (4), a first gear (20) is arranged at the front end of the outer side of the transmission shaft (11), a second gear (21) is arranged at the front end of the outer side of the upper rotating shaft (4), the first gear (20) is meshed with the second gear (21), steel wire bristles (22) are arranged on the outer side of the transmission shaft (11), the end parts of part of the steel wire bristles (22) are tightly attached to the right end of the rotary rake teeth chain (3), the front end and the rear end of the reciprocating screw (13) are respectively inserted into a second front ball bearing (17) and a second rear ball bearing (19), the reciprocating screw (13) is positioned right above the transmission shaft (11), a sleeve (23) matched with the reciprocating screw (13) is arranged on the outer side of the reciprocating screw (13), a third gear (24) is arranged at the front end of the outer side of the reciprocating screw (13), and the third gear (24) is meshed with the first gear (20), a fixing through hole which is through from front to back is arranged in the left half area of the mounting plate (15), the rear end of the sleeve (23) penetrates through the fixing through hole from the front end of the mounting plate (15) and is inserted into the second rear ball bearing (19), the sleeve (23) is fixedly connected with the mounting plate (15), a limit hole which is through from front to back is arranged in the right half area of the mounting plate (15), the rear end of the limiting rod (14) penetrates through the limiting hole from the front end of the mounting plate (15) and is connected with the inner wall of the rear side of the rack (1), the front end of the limiting rod (14) is connected with the inner wall of the front side of the rack (1), the left end of the mounting plate (15) is provided with a spray head, the input end of the medium pressure water pump (12) is communicated with an external water source, the output end of the medium pressure water pump (12) is provided with a communication hose (25), and the output end of the communication hose (25) is communicated with the input end of the spray head.

The mechanical grill cleaner according to claim 8, further comprising two sets of front positioning rods (40) and two sets of rear positioning rods, wherein the front positioning holes are formed in the left side and the right side of the front fixing plate (36), the bottom ends of the two sets of front positioning rods (40) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the top end of the front support plate (32), the top ends of the two sets of front positioning rods (40) respectively penetrate through the two sets of front positioning holes from the bottom end of the front fixing plate (36) to the upper side of the front fixing plate (36), the rear positioning holes are formed in the left side and the right side of the rear fixing plate, the bottom ends of the two sets of rear positioning rods are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the top end of the rear support plate, and the top ends of the two sets of rear positioning.
