As shown in fig. 1, a sterilization device for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application includes an electrical box, an ultraviolet germicidal lamp 102 and a photocatalyst net 103, wherein two opposite sidewalls of a box body 1011 of the electrical box are provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 104, the photocatalyst net 103 covers an inner side of the sidewall provided with the ventilation holes 104, the electrical box and the photocatalyst net 103 surround to form a light-blocking enclosed space, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 102 is disposed in the light-blocking enclosed space.
The ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 250-280nm is easily absorbed by the organism, and can change the DNA structure of the microorganism cells, so that the microorganism cells can not reproduce and die, and the wavelength of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 102 in the utility model is preferably 250-280 nm. The photocatalyst net has photocatalysis under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, can effectively expand the effective sterilization area of the ultraviolet sterilization lamp, and has better sterilization effect. The ultraviolet germicidal lamp 102 is arranged in the light-proof closed space, and can effectively prevent ultraviolet light from leaking outside, damaging parts of the air conditioner and injuring human bodies.

The box cover 1012 and the box body 1011 are arranged in a matching manner, so that the sealing is ensured, and the maintenance and the disassembly are convenient. In some embodiments, a lamp holder 105 is fixed to an inner wall of the electric box, and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 102 is installed on the lamp holder 105. The sterilizing device with the structure is simple in assembly structure and high in production efficiency. When the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 102 is fixed on the lamp base 105 during assembly, the lamp base 105 can be provided with a spring buckle structure, so that the lamp can be conveniently disassembled and replaced after sale.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment discloses an air conditioner. The air conditioner is provided with the sterilization device 1 provided by the embodiment 1 of the utility model, the sterilization device 1 is arranged on the air flow path inside the air conditioner, the air enters from the ventilation hole 104 on one side of the sterilization device 1 and is discharged from the ventilation hole 104 on the other side of the sterilization device 1.
The window regulator is added with the ultraviolet sterilization function, so that the selling points of the air conditioner can be increased, the market competitiveness is improved, and the profit level of the air conditioner is improved. The sterilizing device 1 is arranged on the air flow path at the inner side of the air conditioner, so that a certain amount of circulating air passes through the sterilizing device 1, and the sterilizing efficiency is effectively improved. The sterilization device in the embodiment of the application has a simple structure, the mature air conditioner has low cost structurally, and the sterilization device can have a sterilization function after being simply installed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2-4, the air conditioner is a window type air conditioner. The sterilizing device 1 is added on the window type air conditioner, the installation mode is the same as that of the electric heating structure of the existing electric heating window type air conditioner, and the appearance of the sterilizing device can also be directly designed and installed according to the form of the electric heating structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-4, the window type air conditioner includes a volute 2 and an evaporator 3, an air duct 4 facing the evaporator 3 is formed in the volute 2, and the sterilization device 1 is disposed between the air duct 4 and the evaporator 3. The sterilization device 1 is fixed between the evaporator 3 and the air duct 4 at the indoor side, and a large amount of air entering the air duct can pass through the sterilization device 1, so that the sterilization efficiency is greatly improved. Specifically, a front partition plate 5 is arranged on one side of the volute 2 facing the evaporator 3, and the sterilizing device 1 is fixed on the front partition plate 5. Preferably, the front partition 5 is formed with an air inlet 6 communicated with the air duct 4, and the sterilizing device 1 completely covers the air inlet 6. The air inlet 6 is completely covered by the sterilizing device 1, and the air entering the air duct 4 passes through the sterilizing device 1, so that the sterilizing efficiency can be further improved.
When the window type air conditioner is started, air is primarily filtered through an air conditioner filter screen to mainly filter particles such as dust, then is driven by the power of the fan blades to be sterilized through the sterilizing device 1, then is cooled through the air duct 4, and finally the air conditioner blows the cooled and purified air into a room. Sterilizing equipment 1 can set up independent switch, only opens the fan system, also can play the degerming effect, and its effect is equivalent to air purifier, so, the window formula air conditioner that has the function of disinfecting just is equivalent to air purifier and window formula air conditioner's combination, has saved user's usage space, obtains consumer's favor more easily.
The sterilization device adopted in this embodiment is the sterilization device for the air conditioner disclosed in embodiment 1, and therefore, the air conditioner with the sterilization device also has all the technical effects described above, and details are not repeated herein.
As shown in the drawings, the window type air conditioner according to the above embodiment may further include other necessary components or structures such as the panel 7, the cabinet 8, the condenser 9, the compressor 10, the control device 11, and the motor 12, and the corresponding arrangement position and connection relationship may refer to those of the window type air conditioner in the prior art, and the connection relationship, operation, and operation principle of each of the structures which are not described are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
