It can be understood that the connecting plate 513 may have a limiting groove 5131, and the housing 1 may have a limiting protrusion engaged with the limiting groove 5131; alternatively, the housing 1 has a limiting groove 5131, and the connecting plate 513 has a limiting protrusion engaged with the limiting groove 5131. Furthermore, it is understood that the mounting assembly 3 can be used not only for mounting and fixing the nozzle 2 in the air conditioning indoor unit 100, but also for mounting and fixing the nozzle 2 of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 to other devices. Because the installation component 3 is easy to disassemble and assemble, the installation component 3 not only can effectively improve the production and assembly efficiency of the indoor unit 100 of the air conditioner, but also is convenient for connecting and fixing the spray pipe 2 and other devices.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, one of the fixing base 31 and the mounting base 32 is provided with a slot 322, and the other of the fixing base 31 and the mounting base 32 is provided with a tongue 312 inserted into the slot 322.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fixing base 31 may be provided with an insertion tongue 312, the mounting base 32 may be provided with an insertion groove 322, the insertion tongue 312 may be inserted into the insertion groove 322 to implement the insertion connection between the fixing base 31 and the mounting base 32, and the quick positioning and mounting structure of the fixing base 31 and the mounting base 32 is simple and is easy to machine and mold.
Of course, the positions of the insertion tongue 312 and the insertion groove 322 may be interchanged, specifically, the fixing base 31 may be provided with the insertion groove 322, and the mounting base 32 may be provided with the insertion tongue 312.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the fixing base 31 may include a fixing plate 314, and a lower edge of the fixing plate 314 may form a tongue 312. Optionally, the tongue 312 may be supported at a connection position of the baffle 323 and the mount body 324 to limit the fixing seat 31 in the up-down direction, so as to achieve the pre-positioning of the fixing seat 31 in the two-dimensional direction.
Still further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the lower edge of the fixing plate 314 may have a notch 3143 with an opening facing downward, a portion of the fixing plate 314 surrounding the notch 3143 may form the insertion tongue 312, for example, a portion of the fixing plate 314 located at the upper side of the notch 3143 may form the insertion tongue 312. When the insertion tongue 312 is inserted into the insertion groove 322, two inner side surfaces of the notch 3143 opposite to each other may abut against two end surfaces of the baffle 323, respectively, so as to limit the fixing seat 31 in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the fixing plate 314, thereby realizing pre-positioning of the fixing seat 31 in a three-dimensional direction, and achieving a better pre-positioning effect of the fixing seat 31.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the mounting base body 324 may have a supporting surface 3241 and a limiting side surface 3242 perpendicular to each other, the limiting side surface 3242 is connected to the baffle 323, as shown in fig. 7, the fixing plate 314 may include a first fixing plate 3141 and a second fixing plate 3142 extending perpendicular to each other, an upper edge of the first fixing plate 3141 is connected to an upper edge of the second fixing plate 3142, and a lower edge of the second fixing plate 3142 is formed as the insertion tongue 312. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the tongue 312 is inserted into the insertion groove 322, the first fixing plate 3141 may be supported on the support table surface 3241 to further limit the fixing base 31 in the up-down direction, and the first fixing plate 3141 may be connected to the support table surface 3241 by a fastener (see fig. 12).
That is, the first fixing plate 3141 may be provided with a first fixing hole 311, and the support table 3241 may be provided with a second fixing hole 321 facing the first fixing hole 311. The first fixing plate 3141 is supported on the supporting table surface 3241, so that the fixing seat 31 is not easy to slide, incline or rotate relative to the mounting seat 32 due to the influence of gravity and other factors, the first fixing hole 311 and the second fixing hole 321 are easier to align, the pre-positioning effect is better, the fastener is easier to penetrate into the first fixing hole 311 and the second fixing hole 321, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the position of the first fixing hole 311 includes, but is not limited to, the first fixing plate 3141, and optionally, in other embodiments, the second fixing plate 3142 may also be provided with the first fixing hole 311, which is also within the scope of the present invention.

Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the mounting plate 313 may have a fixing groove 3131, the spout 2 may be embedded in the fixing groove 3131, and the fixing groove 3131 may support and limit the spout 2 to fix the spout 2. Alternatively, in a further embodiment, the nozzle 2 (see fig. 9) and the fixing groove 3131 may be connected by interference fit or welding, so that the nozzle 2 is more stably fixed and the nozzle 2 is prevented from sliding or rotating.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, mount 32 may include: first plate body 325, second plate body 326 and third plate body 327, wherein first plate body 325 and third plate body 327 link to each other with second plate body 326 respectively to first plate body 325 and third plate body 327 extend to same side to the direction of keeping away from second plate body 326, and first plate body 325 and third plate body 327 set up at the interval to make first plate body 325, second plate body 326 and third plate body 327 can inject and dodge the space. 1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
a housing having a mounting hole and a support;
the spray tube, the spray tube is worn to locate the casing, the spray tube has the setting element, the setting element with the casing is connected, the setting element with support piece pegs graft in order to prevent the spray tube rotates around its self axis.
2. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the supporting member has a fitting groove, and the positioning member has a stopper protrusion fitted to the fitting groove.
3. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the supporting member is provided in plurality, the limit projection is provided in plurality, and the fitting groove of each supporting member is fitted to at least one of the limit projections in a corresponding fitting manner.
4. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the supporter is L-shaped and includes:
a first section, one end of the first section being connected to the housing;
the second section is spaced from the shell, one end of the second section is connected with the other end of the first section, and part of the structure of the positioning piece is located in a space defined by the second section, the first section and the shell.
5. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the supporting member is a plurality of protruding structures provided on the casing,
and part of the structure of the positioning piece is positioned between two adjacent supporting pieces.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the positioning member is welded to the nozzle.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the positioning member is connected to the casing by a screw fastener.
8. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing member for mounting the nozzle, the fixing member comprising:
the supporting seat is used for mounting the spray pipe, the supporting seat is fixed on the shell, and a first limiting hole is formed in the supporting seat;
the device comprises a pressing seat, one end of the pressing seat is clamped with one end of a supporting seat, the other end of the pressing seat is connected with the other end of the supporting seat through a fastener, a second limiting hole opposite to the first limiting hole is formed in the pressing seat, a containing space is limited by the first limiting hole and the second limiting hole, the spray pipe is arranged in the containing space in a penetrating mode, and the peripheral wall of the spray pipe, located in the containing space, is attached to the peripheral wall of the first limiting hole and the peripheral wall of the second limiting hole.
9. An indoor unit of an air conditioner as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the support base and the press-fit base is provided with a locking groove, and the other of the support base and the press-fit base is provided with a locking hook engaged with the locking groove.

a first connection section;

13. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising a mounting assembly for mounting the nozzle, the mounting assembly comprising:
the fixed seat is used for installing the spray pipe and is provided with a first fixed hole;
the mounting seat is connected with the fixing seat in an inserting mode, a second fixing hole opposite to the first fixing hole is formed in the mounting seat, and the mounting seat and the fixing seat are fixedly connected through fasteners matched with the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole respectively.
14. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 13, wherein one of the fixing base and the mount base is provided with an insertion groove, and the other is provided with an insertion tongue inserted into the insertion groove.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 14, wherein the fixing base includes a fixing plate, a lower edge of the fixing plate forms the insertion tongue, the mount includes a mount main body and a baffle plate, a lower end of the baffle plate is connected to the mount main body and an upper end of the baffle plate is spaced apart from the mount main body to define the insertion groove.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 15, wherein a lower edge of the fixing plate has a notch having a downward opening, a portion of the fixing plate surrounding the notch forms the insertion tongue, and when the insertion tongue is inserted into the insertion groove, two inner side surfaces of the notch facing each other respectively abut against two end surfaces of the baffle plate.
17. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 15, wherein the mount body has a support surface and a restricting side surface perpendicular to each other, the restricting side surface is connected to the baffle, the fixing plate includes a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate extending perpendicular to each other, the first fixing plate is connected to an upper edge of the second fixing plate, a lower edge of the second fixing plate is formed as the insertion tongue, and when the insertion tongue is inserted into the insertion groove, the first fixing plate is supported on the support surface and connected to the support surface by the fastener.
18. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 15, wherein the holder further includes:
and the mounting plate is used for mounting the spray pipe, is connected with the fixed plate and extends towards the direction far away from the mounting seat.
19. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 18, wherein the mounting plate has a fixing groove into which the nozzle is fitted.
20. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 13, wherein the mount includes:
the first plate body and the third plate body are respectively connected with the second plate body and extend towards the direction far away from the second plate body, the first plate body and the third plate body are arranged at intervals so that the first plate body, the second plate body and the third plate body limit avoiding space, wherein,
the second plate body is connected with the fixing seat in an inserting mode, at least one of the first plate body, the second plate body and the third plate body is connected with the fixing seat through the fastening piece, and the fastening piece stretches into the avoiding space.
21. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 13 to 20, wherein the fixing base is provided in plurality at intervals in an extending direction of the nozzle, and the mounting base is provided in plurality in one-to-one correspondence with the fixing base.
