A file binding device comprises a placing block (1), a top plate (2), a bottom plate (3), two groups of side plates, an electric cylinder (4), an expansion link (5) and a pressing plate (6), wherein the top end of the electric cylinder (4) is connected with the bottom end of the top plate (2), the top end of the expansion link (5) is connected with the bottom output end of the electric cylinder (4), and the pressing plate (6) is installed at the bottom end of the expansion link (5); the novel threaded pipe rack is characterized by further comprising four groups of threaded pipes (7) and four groups of threaded rods (8), wherein first placing grooves are formed in the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the top end of the bottom plate (3), first ball bearings and first limiting pieces are arranged in the four groups of first placing grooves, first blocking pieces (9) are arranged at the top ends of the four groups of first placing grooves, the bottom ends of the four groups of threaded pipes (7) penetrate through the four groups of first blocking pieces (9) respectively, are inserted into the four groups of first ball bearings respectively and are connected with the four groups of first limiting pieces, the bottom ends of the four groups of threaded rods (8) are inserted into the top ends of the four groups of threaded pipes (7) respectively and are screwed into the top ends of the four groups of threaded pipes (7), and the top; the multifunctional hanging tool further comprises a handheld rod (10), a cleaning broom (11) and a carrying handle (12), wherein the top end of the handheld rod (10) is connected with the carrying handle (12), the bottom end of the handheld rod (10) is connected with the cleaning broom (11), a hanging ring (13) is arranged at the top end of the carrying handle (12), the multifunctional hanging tool further comprises a hanging belt (14), the upper portion of the rear side of the hanging belt (14) is installed on the front side of the top plate (2), a magic tape pasting layer is arranged above the front side of the hanging belt (14), a magic tape female pasting layer is arranged below the front side of the hanging belt (14), the magic tape female pasting layer is pasted at the magic tape pasting layer, and the hanging ring (13) is hung on the hanging belt (14); still including placing case (15), traveller (16) and layer board (17), it places the chamber to place inside being provided with of case (15), it is provided with and places the mouth to place case (15) top intercommunication, layer board (17) are located and place inside case (15), it is provided with intercommunication groove (18) to place case (15) left side intercommunication, traveller (16) right-hand member passes intercommunication groove (18) and stretches into to placing inside being connected with layer board (17) of case (15), traveller (16) can communicate groove (18) longitudinal sliding relatively, traveller (16) left end is provided with handle (19).

A file binding apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a buffer plate (20), a retractable tube set and a spring set (21), wherein the top end of the retractable tube set is connected to the bottom end of the pressing plate (6), the bottom end of the retractable tube set is connected to the top end of the buffer plate (20), the top end of the spring set (21) is connected to the bottom end of the pressing plate (6), the bottom end of the spring set (21) is connected to the top end of the buffer plate (20), and the spring set (21) is sleeved outside the retractable tube set.
3. An apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a replacement plate (22), wherein the top end of the replacement plate (22) is provided with a mounting block (23), and the mounting block (23) is riveted to the bottom end of the buffer plate (20).

An apparatus for binding documents according to claim 3, further comprising four sets of clamping blocks (24), four sets of clamping springs, and four sets of clamping plates (25), wherein the four sets of clamping blocks (24) are respectively mounted on the left side, the front side, the right side, and the rear side of the top end of the placing block (1), one ends of the four sets of clamping springs are respectively connected to the inner sides of the four sets of clamping blocks (24), and the other ends of the four sets of clamping springs are respectively connected to the four sets of clamping plates (25).

The file binding device according to claim 4, further comprising a handle (26), a connecting frame (27), a rotating column (28), a first gear (29) and four sets of second gears (30), wherein the four sets of second gears (30) are respectively sleeved and fixed on the outer sides of the four sets of threaded pipes (7), the four sets of second gears (30) are all meshed with the first gear (29), the first gear (29) is sleeved and fixed on the outer side of the rotating column (28), the handle (26) is rotatably fixed on the connecting frame (27), and the top end of the rotating column (28) is connected with the bottom end of the connecting frame (27).

The file binding device according to claim 5, wherein a second placing groove is arranged in the middle of the top end of the bottom plate (3), a second ball bearing and a second limiting piece are arranged in the second placing groove, a second stopping piece (31) is arranged at the top end of the second placing groove, the bottom end of the rotating column (28) penetrates through the second stopping piece (31) to be inserted into the second ball bearing and connected with the second limiting piece, rollers (32) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the first gear (29), and the bottom ends of the two sets of rollers (32) are in contact with the top end of the bottom plate (3).

The file binding device according to claim 6, wherein the two sets of side plates each comprise an adjusting post (33) and an adjusting tube (34), the bottom ends of the two sets of adjusting posts (33) are inserted into the top ends of the two sets of adjusting tubes (34), respectively, and further comprising two sets of upper squeeze posts, two sets of squeeze springs (35), and two sets of lower squeeze posts, the two sets of upper squeeze posts are mounted at the bottom ends of the two sets of adjusting posts (33), respectively, the top ends of the two sets of squeeze springs (35) are connected with the two sets of upper squeeze posts, respectively, the bottom ends of the two sets of squeeze springs (35) are connected with the two sets of lower squeeze posts, respectively, the two sets of lower squeeze posts are mounted at the inner bottom side walls of the two sets of adjusting tubes (34), respectively, pulley blocks (36) are disposed at the outer sides of the two sets of adjusting posts (33), respectively, the top ends of the two sets of adjusting posts (33) are connected with the left side and, the bottom top ends of the two groups of adjusting pipes (34) are connected with the top end of the bottom plate (3), and the placing box (15) is installed on the left side of the adjusting pipe (34) on the left side.
8. The file binding device according to claim 7, further comprising two sets of fixing frames (37), wherein one ends of the two sets of fixing frames (37) are respectively installed at the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the top plate (2), and the other ends of the two sets of fixing frames (37) are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the electric cylinder (4).
