In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. When the embodiment is applied to urban sewage treatment, the conveying trough 1 is arranged obliquely upwards, so that muddy water carried by the solid waste can flow along the conveying trough 1 to the muddy water discharge port 11 at the bottom end of the conveying trough and flow out of the muddy water discharge port 11.
Solid waste in the muddy water can include the wastes material of easy winding, if the adoption has an axle helical blade, can constantly twine solid waste on the helical blade axle, takes place the problem that can't carry solid waste very easily. The scheme of the embodiment of the application adopts the shaftless helical blade 2, and the winding resistance is strong, so that the solid waste can be adapted to various conditions.
In the specific application, the solid waste carrying the muddy water is loaded from the lower end of the conveying trough 1, the shaftless screw blade 2 is driven to rotate by the driving device 3 by utilizing the gravity of the solid waste and the friction force generated between the solid waste and the trough wall of the conveying trough 1, and when the shaftless screw blade 2 rotates, the solid waste can move upwards along the bottom of the conveying trough 1 and is discharged through the solid waste discharge port 12 at the upper end of the conveying trough 1.
Compared with the prior art, when the grate machine is used for separating the solid waste in the muddy water, the solid waste is relatively statically conveyed on the grate machine and is not extruded, so that the separated solid waste can carry a part of muddy water, the solid waste carrying the muddy water is easy to continuously generate stink, and the subsequent treatment of the solid waste is inconvenient.
According to the scheme of the embodiment of the application, the driving device 3 drives the shaftless helical blade 2 to rotate, in the process of conveying the solid waste in the conveying tank 1 upwards along the conveying tank 1, the rotation of the shaftless helical blade 2 can form stirring of the solid waste, the solid waste is stirred in the conveying tank 1 all the time, mud and water in the solid waste can be extruded out, meanwhile, the spraying device 4 is used for spraying and cleaning the solid waste in the stirring process, so that the mud and water carried by the solid waste can be effectively separated out, the mud and water flows downwards along the bottom of the conveying tank 1 to the mud and water outlet 11 to be discharged, and the solid waste is discharged from the solid waste outlet 12 at the upper end of the conveying tank 1. Discharged solid waste is squeezed and is sprayed and cleaned through stirring, muddy water is effectively separated, and then the solid waste can be effectively prevented from continuously generating the stink problem due to carrying of the muddy water, so that the subsequent treatment of the solid waste is facilitated.
In the above embodiment, the driving device 3 is used for rotating the shaftless helical blade 2. As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the driving device 3 includes:

and the input end of the speed reducer 32 is connected with the output shaft of the motor 31, and the output end of the speed reducer is connected with one end of the shaftless helical blade 2.
It will be appreciated that, for the rotation of the shaftless screw blade 2, a large torque is required, and the number of revolutions of the motor 31 can be reduced to a desired number of revolutions by the speed reducer 32, and a large torque can be obtained. It should be noted that in a specific application, the motor 31 and the reducer 32 may be separate devices, or the motor 31 and the reducer 32 may be integrated devices.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the driving device 3 is connected to the upper end of the shaftless helical blade 2.
It can be understood that if the driving device 3 is connected to the lower end of the shaftless helical blade 2, because the conveying trough 1 is arranged obliquely upward, in this way, the shaftless helical blade 2 is also arranged obliquely upward, during the process of conveying the solid waste by using the shaftless helical blade 2, the muddy water carried by the solid waste can flow onto the driving device 3 along the shaftless helical blade, and the driving device 3 is easy to enter water.
By the scheme of the embodiment, the driving device 3 is connected with one end of the shaftless helical blade 2 which is positioned above, so that the driving device 3 is positioned at a high position, and muddy water carried by the solid waste flows to a low position and cannot enter the driving device 3.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the muddy water treatment apparatus further includes:
and the base support 5 is used for supporting the conveying groove 1 and enabling the conveying groove 1 to be arranged obliquely upwards.
It can be understood that, in the above embodiment, the support of the conveying trough 1 in an obliquely upward arrangement is realized by providing the conveying trough 1 with a bracket base.
In practical application, the inclined angle between the conveying trough 1 and the ground is smaller than 90 degrees, so that the conveying trough 1 can be inclined upwards. In practical applications, the length of the conveying trough 1 is long, and in consideration of the stability problem of the inclination, in one embodiment of the application, the conveying trough 1 is arranged at an inclination angle smaller than 60 degrees.

Through the scheme of the embodiment, the cover plate 6 is arranged on the conveying trough 1, so that the solid waste in the conveying trough 1 can be prevented from being thrown out of the conveying trough 1 when rotating along with the shaftless helical blade 2; it is also possible to prevent the muddy water from being extruded and sprayed to the outside by extruding the solid waste with stirring. In practice, a cover plate 6 may be used to partially cover the trough 1, as shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment of the present application, the cover plate 6 is a transparent cover plate 6. It will be appreciated that the transparent cover 6, on the basis of the above-described function, can also perform a function of facilitating observation of the conveying condition of the solid waste in the conveying chute 1.
In this application, conveyer trough 1 slope sets up, and solid waste discharge port 12 sets up the tank bottom in conveyer trough 1 upper end, and in practical application, can place the dolly in solid waste discharge port 12 below and collect discharged solid waste. Because the solid waste discharge port 12 has a certain height from the ground, and the inclined angle of the conveying chute 1 is set to be larger, the height of the solid waste discharge port 12 from the ground is also larger, meanwhile, the solid waste is discharged from the solid waste discharge port 12 under the rotating extrusion effect, the solid waste can be discharged along the rotating direction of the shaftless helical blade 2, so that the discharge falling point of the fixed waste is not possibly below the discharge port, and the solid waste can fall outside the loading trolley in practical use.
In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the muddy water treatment apparatus further includes:
and a guide pipe 7 having one end connected to the solid waste discharge port 12.
It will be appreciated that in practice, the other end of the conduit 7 is directed towards the cart for collecting the solid waste, and the solid waste is guided by the conduit 7 to fall onto the cart, thereby preventing the solid waste from falling out of the cart.
In this application, spray set 4, set up in conveyer trough 1 top is used for spraying solid waste in the conveyer trough 1. As for the spray device 4, in one embodiment, the spray opening of the spray device 4 may be disposed along the conveying direction of the conveying trough 1; alternatively, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the spraying means 4 may be provided at the upper end of the conveying tank 1 for spraying the solid waste to be introduced into the solid waste discharge port 12, and in a specific application, the spraying angle of the spraying means 4 may be set to spray the solid waste to be introduced into the solid waste discharge port 12 to the maximum area.
In one embodiment of the present application, the trough 1 is U-shaped in cross-section.
It can be understood that when the conveying trough 1 is U-shaped in section, frictional resistance between the solid waste and the conveying trough 1 is small, and it is easy to propel the solid waste upward along the conveying trough 1 by the rotation of the shaftless screw blade 2.

and the spraying device is arranged above the conveying groove and is used for spraying the solid wastes in the conveying groove.
2. The muddy water treatment apparatus as set forth in claim 1,
