the transmission principle of the packaging bag strip is as follows: the packaging bag strip 17 is wound on the conveying roller 19, the movable end of the packaging bag strip 17 is pulled out, the packaging bag strip passes through the supporting piece 16, the second rotating shaft 153, the first rotating shaft 152, the former 10, the heat sealer 8 and the bag-pulling roller 6, and traction force is provided for the packaging bag strip by the bag-pulling roller 6 through the heat sealer 8 and the bag-pulling roller 6, namely, the packaging bag strip 17 is pulled, so that the packaging bag strip moves downwards according to the setting.
In the transmission process of the packaging bag strip 17, in order to accurately position the packaging bag strip, the packaging bag strip is provided with the color strips, the color strips are identified through the photoelectric eyes 12, and the photoelectric eyes 12 identify the color strips to position the packaging bag strip; the photoelectric eye 12 is arranged above the former 8 and is fixedly arranged on a support rod 13, and the support rod 13 is fixed on a support vertical plate 14.
The packaging bag strip 17 is made into a packaging bag shape through the forming device 10, the packaging bag strip moves to the air heater 8, the bottom and the side of the packaging bag are subjected to heat sealing, materials enter the packaging bag, when the packaging bag strip 17 continuously descends to a set position, the heat sealer 8 seals the top of the packaging bag, the packaging bag strip continuously moves to a position designated by the cutter 6, the cutter 6 cuts the prepared packaging bag and the packaging bag strip 17, the packaging bag 5 falls into the sliding groove 4 below, and the sliding groove 4 guides and slides the packaging bag 5 to the outside of the supporting member 3.
