Referring to fig. 3, the top ladder 11 is rotatably connected to the top of the frame 20. The top ladder 11 comprises a slide guide 111. The guide groove 132 includes a sliding portion 133 and a check portion 134. The check part 134 is located at one end of the sliding part 133 away from the frame 20, and the positioning pin 124 is limited in the check part 134. The non-return portion 134 is disposed at an angle to an end of the sliding portion 133 remote from the frame 20. The check portion 134 is obliquely provided toward one side of the sliding portion 133. The angle between the check portion 134 and the sliding portion 133 is acute. When the positioning pin 124 is accommodated in the non-return portion 134, the positioning pin 124 is not easy to slide into the sliding portion 133 from the non-return portion 134, and the positioning pin 124 can ensure the positioning between the bottom ladder 13 and the middle ladder 12.
One end of the guide 131 near the backstop 134 is provided with a reinforcement structure 135. The reinforcing structure 135 can reinforce the strength of the end of the guide mechanism 131 where the check portion 134 is provided, and prevent the guide mechanism 131 from being deformed due to concentration of the force of the positioning pin 124 between the guide mechanisms 131. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the guide mechanisms 131 are provided in two and opposed to each other. The two guide mechanisms 131 respectively constitute the left and right sides of the bottom ladder 13. It is understood that there may be one guide mechanism 131. The bottom ladder 13 has a guide mechanism 131 on one side and other plates on the other side, and the positioning pin 124 can slide and rotate in the guide groove 132 to realize the relative movement between the bottom ladder 13 and the middle ladder 12.
The junction of the top ladder 11 and the frame 20 is a first junction, and the junction of the bottom ladder 13 and the frame 20 is a second junction. The first pin 136 is disposed at an end of the guiding mechanism 131 away from the frame 20, and the first pin 136 is connected to an end of the middle ladder 12, which is accommodated in the guiding groove 132, in a limiting manner. When the positioning pin 124 is positioned in the guide groove 132, in order to prevent the positioning pin 124 from sliding in the guide groove 132, which results in the inclined plane of the ladder stand 10 not being stably fixed, the first pin 136 is used for positioning the middle ladder 12 and preventing the middle ladder 12 and the bottom ladder 13 from sliding again.
It can be understood that the first pin 136 is inserted into the guiding mechanism 131 of the bottom ladder 13, and passes through the middle ladder 12 or is tightly abutted against the middle ladder 12, so that the middle ladder 12 is connected with the bottom ladder 13 in a limiting manner.
The bottom ladder 13 also includes a second latch 137. The second latch 137 is provided in the middle of the bottom ladder 13. The second bolt 137 is connected with the middle ladder 12 in a limiting way. When the ladder 10 is not in use, the ladder 10 is adjusted to a closed position, i.e. the bottom ladder 13 is closed overlapping the middle ladder 12, overlapping and secured to the frame 20. The second latch 137 secures the bottom ladder 13 to the middle ladder 12. The middle ladder 12 and the bottom ladder 13 are kept closed even during the running of the tank car. The second pin 137 is provided in the middle of the guide mechanism 131 to keep the force between the bottom ladder 13 and the middle ladder 12 uniform.
referring to fig. 6, the bottom ladder 13 further includes a connecting structure 138 connected between the two guiding mechanisms 131. The connecting structure 138 is supported between the two guide mechanisms 131 and is disposed perpendicular to the two guide mechanisms 131. The connecting structure 138 may increase the strength of the bottom ladder 13 to enable the bottom ladder 13 to stably support the middle ladder 12 and the top ladder 11.
The handle 139 is also provided on the outside of the guide 131 of the bottom ladder 13. The handle 139 may facilitate hand grasping and opening and closing of the bottom ladder 13.
