本实用新型属于房屋改造领域,尤其涉及一种被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统。
背景技术
我国长江以北的地区在冬天的时候都采用集体供暖或火炉供暖,使用煤炭取暖既浪费能源也污染环境,虽然国家开始倡导煤改电工程,但是电力同样也是能源,之所以房屋需要在冬季的时候时刻供暖是因为房屋自身的热桥效应造成其不断的在散热。我国的南方地区虽然没有在冬天使用暖气供暖,但是造成的问题是冬季室内温度比室外还冷,夏季室内又闷热潮湿。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:我国冬季由于房屋的保温性不好,需要时刻的进行供暖,夏季室内不停地使用空调制冷,造成能源的大量浪费以及环境污染。

针对现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统。
本实用新型是这样实现的,所述被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统的基本原则就是能效。设置有杰出的最新型高效隔热保温材料层墙体、顶棚及地面、创新的被动式节能门窗、高效的热回收新风系统、太阳能光伏发电和太阳能热水器等都是解决能效的基础。所述高效节能保温材料层铺设在房屋内部表面,所述节能门窗替换房屋原有门窗,所述水循环系统主要铺设在地板下方,所述新风系统安装在房屋内部墙壁及顶棚,所述空气源热泵放置在室外。本实用新型主要针对既有旧建筑改造,即可以四季提供生活热水,又可以解决冬季室内的取暖和夏季制冷的问题。

被动式节能屋不需要主动加热,它基本上是依靠被动收集来的热来使房屋本身保持一个舒适的温度。使用太阳、人体、家电及热回收装置等带来的热能,不需要主动热源的供给。
进一步,所述高效隔热保温材料层通过装配式全装修实现对房屋内部的全覆盖。

本实用新型的被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造技术及方案,是根据电冰箱的原理,在被改造的旧房屋内,对天花板、地面和四壁先进行气密性围护机构处理,再使用A级防火的、高效隔热的、耐久保温的高效节能保温材料层1(如气凝胶、微孔硅酸盐等),不留热桥的全部铺设,装配式全装修集成地面、吊顶、照明、排水、卫浴和给水系统,最大程度地达到保温隔冷热,降低建筑供暖或供冷的需求。同时,将房屋的门窗更换为被动式节能门窗2。再配上高效热回收新风系统4,充分利用可再生能源,同时利用空气能热源泵5进一步减少能源消耗,即可将水循环系统3进行太阳能加热,实现旧房改造节能率达到90%以上,常年室内恒温保持在20—26度之间。所以要实现建筑的被动式重在先进的墙体维护体系和门窗设计,结合特有的材料打破传统建筑的束缚。

1.一种被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统,其特征在于,所述被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统设置有高效隔热保温材料层、高气密性围护结构、被动式节能门窗、遮阳棚、高效热回收新风系统、太阳能光伏发电系统、太阳能热水器水循环系统、空气源热泵或磁悬浮水汽能热泵空调;
所述高效隔热保温材料层和高气密性围护结构铺设在房屋内部墙壁、顶棚和地面,所述被动式节能门窗替换房屋原有门窗,所述遮阳棚架设在室外窗户上方,所述高效热回收新风系统安装在房屋内部顶棚,所述太阳能光伏发电系统和太阳能热水器水循环系统放置在室外屋顶上,所述空气能热泵或磁悬浮水汽能热泵空调放置在室外机房。
2.如权利要求1所述的被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统,其特征在于,所述高效隔热保温材料层,采用A级防火的、高效隔热的、耐久保温的节能材料,不留热桥的在室内屋顶、墙壁和地面整体铺设。
3.如权利要求1所述的被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统,其特征在于,所述高气密性围护结构,使用粘接内透型、外透型防水隔汽膜及胶粘剂,实现高强度的气密防风,避免水蒸气扩散渗透。
4.如权利要求1所述的被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统,其特征在于,所述被动式节能门窗采用多层温屏节能中空玻璃。
5.如权利要求1所述的被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统,其特征在于,所述水循环系统外部设置有水循环机。
6.如权利要求1所述的被动式恒温超低能耗旧房改造系统,其特征在于,所述空气能热泵或磁悬浮水汽能空调设置有压缩机。
